<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mencari tahu strategi politik yang digunakan oleh PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Klungkung dalam meningkatkan dukungan konstituen setelah gagal memenangkan pemilu 2014 sehingga pada pemilu 2019 PDI Perjuangan dapat mendominasi jumlah perolehan suara di Kabupaten Klungkung. Metode penelitian yang digunkan berupa jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori strategi politik oleh Peter Schroder yang mengenal adanya strategi defensif dan strategi ofensif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya starategi defensif yang dilakukan PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Klungkung yaitu merubah cara merangkul basis dukungan yang dimiliki, meningkatkan transparansi, melibatkan seluruh bagian partai dan terjun langsung untuk bersentuhan dengan konstituen. Strategi ofensif dilakukan dengan membentuk badan-badan dalam partai, melibatkan organisasi sayap dan membuat program yang dapat menjangkau semua kalangan. Dengan menerapkan strategi defensif dan ofensif tersebut PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Klungkung yang pada pemilu 2014 memperoleh 25.591 (21,85%) dari total 117.140 suara sehingga dapat mendominasi jumlah perolehan suara di Kabupaten Klungkung pada pemilu 2019 dengan jumlah perolehan suara 38.890 (31,28%) dari total 124.272 suara sah.]]>

<![CDATA[The research seeks to find out the political strategy used by the PDI-Perjuangan in Klungkung Regency in creasing constituent support after failing to win the 2014 election so that in the 2019 election, PDI-Perjuangan can dominate the number of votes in Klungkung Regency.. This research using qualitative method with descriptive type of analysis. This research uses theory of political strategy by Peter Schroder who recognizes a defensive strategy and an offensive strategy. The results of this study show that defensive strategy by PDI Perjuangan in Klungkung Regency is changing the way to embraces their support base, increasing transparency, involving all parts of the party and going directly to touch with constituents. Offensive strategy is carried out by forming bodies within the party, involving wing organizations and creating programs that can reach all their constituents. By implementing this defensive and offensive strategy, PDI-Perjuangan of Klungkung Regency, which in the 2014 election won 25,591 (21.85%) out of a total of 117,140 votes, was able to dominate the number of votes in Klungkung Regency in the 2019 election with a 38,890 (31.28%) votes. out of 124,272 valid votes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see how the local government of Tabanan Regency realizes social welfare in fulfilling public health services in Tabanan Regency. By using the Welfare State theory by Esping Andersen, the welfare state is generally identified with the following characteristics, namely the services and social policies provided by the state to its citizens and the form of state responsibility in providing basic services such as health. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this study indicate that the local government of Tabanan Regency provides health service guarantees to the community by trying to increase the number of BPJS Health membership so that all its people can be covered by health insurance. The government focuses on increasing participation which has an impact on the image of a good government and loves the people. However, this has not been fully optimal in meeting the welfare of the community in health services with the existence of political interpretations that have resulted in the emergence of social jealousy within the Tabanan Regency community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines traditional Balinese women who cannot be separated from gender construction which politically positions them as a group that is always dominated by patriarchal structures. So this research was carried out to then see how the culture of placing them as patriarchal when indigenous women were given space in making decisions or policies at the customary level, especially in this case the pararem in Desa Pakraman Megati Kelod, Tabanan Regency, to get an actual picture of the political construction of indigenous women in the process of forming pararem policies within an institutional structure. This study uses a type of qualitative method with the approach taken in this study, namely case study research. The findings show that the role of women in the Pakraman Megati Kelod Village in the process of forming perarem is still very suboptimal. Several factors hindered the role of women in the pararem formation process, such as unsupportive social conditions, lack of courage in expressing their voices in forums and the extent to which their capacities were controlled. These factors then prevent women from contributing further in the public sphere such as Paruman.]]>

<![CDATA[Research tried to find out the subject matter in the parking policy at the minimarket in 2019 and knew the plans of Bapenda and Dishub after temporarily dismissing the parking policy. The study used the theory of State and Illegality Edward Aspinall &van Klinken. Research methods are used in the form of qualitative research types with data search through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are first, the Bekasi City Government wants to take advantage of the tax potential that can be obtained from parking in the minimarket, because it can be used as an opinion for the Bekasi City area. Second, in 2019 Bapenda engaged the organization to be the party that manages parking in the minimarket because to realize the vision-mission of the Mayor of Bekasi itself, one of the visions that Bapenda wants to realize is to create the widest range of jobs. Third, Bapenda and Dishub are currently conducting a review of the parking policy in the minimarket which has been temporarily stopped after problems between the minimarket and the organization in 2019. Bapenda and Dishub are planning to make a policy of paying contributions to parking at minimarkets. The contribution payment policy that is being designed as a form of seriousness of the Bekasi City Government in the desire to use parking in the potentially taxable minimarket.]]>

<![CDATA[Pembangunan Pusat Kebudayaan Bali (PKB) dibekas galian C Desa Gunaksa Kabupaten Klungkung melibatkan Pemerintahan Provinsi dan Kabupaten bukan hanya itu untuk melegalisir kebijakan dan peraturan pembangunan PKB juga memerlukan persetujuan DPRD selaku dewan Legislatif serta dukungan masyarakat. Menganalisis pola hubungan dan factor yang mendorong terjadinya pembangunan sangat menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian dengan judul “Politik Anggaran Daerah (Hubungan Eksekutif dan Legislatif dalam Pembangunan Pusat Kebudayaan Bali di bekas Galian C Desa Gunaksa Klungkung 2021- 2022). Dengan rumusan masalah, bagaimana hubungan Eksekutif dan Legislatif Pemprov Bali dalam pembuatan anggran pusat kebudayaan Bali dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong terjadinya pembangunan pusat kebudayaan Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan skunder, data primer didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan pihak BAPPEDA, DPRD, dan Kepala Desa. Sedangkan data skunder didapatkan dari artikel dan berita disosial media. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Agency Theory. Berdasarkan dengan analisis data yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pola hubungan Eksekutif dan Legislatif berjalan berdasarkan UU No 23 Tahun 2014. Pola hubungan Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten berjalan berdasarkan kontrak kerja sama G to G (Government to Government). Sedangkan hubungan yang terjadi antara Legislatif dengan masyarakat tidak terjalin dengan baik. Adapun faktor pendorong terjadinya pembangunan didasari 3 hal. Pertama ambisi Gubernur Bali untuk mengembalikan kejayaan kebudayaan Bali. kedua panggung budaya Art Center sudah tidak memadai untuk digunakan. Ketiga respon pemeritah terhadap penurunan ekonomi akibat pandemic covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the pattern of resolving conflicts over land disputes in the Gianyar Public Market between bendesa adat Gianyar and the Gianyar Regency Government until 2021. Conflict Management Theory in the form of mediation from Jacob Bercovith which was used as an analysis knife to dissect the factors of mediation failure between bendesa Adat Gianyar and the Gianyar district government. Using qualitative methods through interviews, the results of the study were obtained as follows: First, the factors of failure in the mediation process. Second, look at the relationship between the Gianyar district government and the Gianyar Traditional Village. Third, look at how the Gianyar district government takes a decision related to indigenous villages. Fifth, look at how indigenous villages fight for ancestral heritage and see how the Gianyar district government, namely the Regent who has the highest power in Gianyar district, takes a stand with the conflict over the Gianyar Public Market land dispute.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the form of women's resistance in Egypt, when a culture of male domination motivated by patriarchy is inevitable as patrimony. Author finds that Lila Abu-Lughod's perspective through The Women of Resistance is very influential in the gradual development of Egypt women's movement mobilization. Everyday of resistance as Judith Buttler's theory in this study also able to define resistance (power) related to the element of women's vulnerability. Using the literature study method, author identifies that everyday forms of resistance are capable of giving respect to women (awareness of feminism values), trying to break the grip of the infinite power of authority possessed by men and injustice against women.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims how to find out the political strategy of Made Muliawan Arya (De Gadjah) in the 2019 legislative elections. This study is framed using theory of political strategy as an analytical tool in research and conventional media concepts as a comparison. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study are: first, conventional media assisted De Gadjah in forming a mass base down to the grassroots, before social media was widely used in political campaigns. Second, social media in political campaigns helped De Gadjah in expanding the reach of voters and providing more variety in creating campaign content. Third, De Gadjah uses social media as a place to communicate and express aspirations.]]>
