Abstract

The complexity of the problems, such as the uneven placement of water storage infrastructure, low public awareness of healthy living behavior, less than optimal socialization of the companion team, and weak coordination between DPOs are some of the problems that concern this study. The purpose of this study is to discuss how the implementation of the Sanimas Program in Kasemen District, Serang City and what the inhibiting factors are. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews with eight informants and data analysis through the data classification process (coding data), then the results of this data classification were made labels (labeling) and then the categories were arranged. The results showed that in general the implementation of the Sanimas Program in Kasemen District, Serang City was still not successful and running optimally. This is due to unequal access to clean water, lack of community involvement and the absence of local regulations. As for the inhibiting factors from an internal perspective, namely the inadequate quantity of human resources, a lack of coordination between interested parties, and from an external perspective, it includes the socio-cultural factors of society and the geographical conditions of the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to describe the implementation of school-based management (SBM), how to improve the quality of education through school-based management, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of school-based management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study are interview techniques, observation techniques and document study techniques. The subjects and informants in this study were the principal, vice principal, head of administrative officer, and the community. The data obtained in the field were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and finally conclusions. The results obtained: (1) The implementation of school-based management at SMP Negeri 4 Abab can be said to be running well. (2) In the process of implementing SBM at SMP Negeri 4 Abab, namely the first input at this stage the principal makes a program implementation plan through deliberation involving all interest groups. The second stage of the process, in this stage the implementation of what was previously planned. Finally, the output or result of the SBM implementation process is to produce students with high achievements and to improve the quality of education. (3) The supporting factor in implementing SBM in SMP Negeri 4 Abab is that there is support from teachers, administrative officer and the community, both in the form of personnel and financial support. While the inhibiting factors are the people who are indifferent, lack of funds and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Marriage is a sacred activity carried out to unite men and women in legal ties of the household in the eyes of religion and state. Marriage should be carried out by a man and woman who are of legal age and are vulnerable to the age of 19 years and over. However, the tradition of early marriage or marriage under the age of 19 is a common practice in Indonesian society and is even more prevalent. Early marriage is not something that is allowed considering the many negative impacts it has, starting from physical, mental, social and other health. The purpose of conducting this research and making this article is so that readers can understand and know the impact of this early marriage. Thus, it is hoped that the Indonesian people will be able to filter knowledge and news about early marriage, so that early marriage does not become a justifiable scourge anymore. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach assisted by various sources with clear facts. In fact, from the results of research through surveys filled in by several people, many early marriages occur in their environment due to several factors, one of which is pregnancy out of wedlock. With this early marriage, it can be categorized as a problem that could destroy the future of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on organizational performance mediated by innovation. This study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to test the existing hypotheses and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The sample in the study amounted to 203 SMEs in Bengkulu City. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis using WarpPLS software version 6.0. The results showed that: (1). Total Quality Management has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. (2). Innovation does not mediate the effect of Total Quality Management on organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to study and to test the effect of the principal work discipline (variable X1) on teacher performance (variable Y), the effect of the work motivation (variable X2) on teacher performance (variable Y) and the effect of the  principal's work discipline (variable X1) and motivation work (variable X2) together on the performance of teachers (variable Y). The method used of this research was survey research design. Based on the results of the data analysis that had been carried out the influence of the principal discipline variable and work motivation variable  on the teacher performance variable was 98.3%, this value implied that the principal of the discipline variable and work motivation variable jointly affect of the teacher's performance variable by 98.3%, while the remains was influenced by variables that were not examined. These results indicated that there were an influence of the principal's work discipline variable and work motivation variable on the teacher's performance variable, both individually or together.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how kerapan sapi culture can describe corporate governance from the point of view of stewardship theory. Stewardship theory states that managers will carry out their duties and responsibilities in the interests of the organization and shareholders. In this theory, the manager will put aside his personal interests. Kerapan sapi is a Madurese culture that competes for the running speed of a pair of cows using pangonong and kaleles as a place for the tokang tongko' to stand to control the cows. Tokang tongko' is a party that has an important role in creating an effective and efficient running speed of Sapi Kerap in order to become a winner, just like a company manager who is the authorized party to manage the company effectively and efficiently in order to be able to compete with competitors. Tokang tongko' is assumed to have a trustworthy, honest, and responsible nature for the trust that has been given by the owner of the cow, which is often in accordance with the theory of stewardship. Tokang tongko' will take actions in accordance with the interests of sapi kerap owners, like a manager who carries out his duties and responsibilities in the interests of shareholders.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out how the dynamics of online learning policies are in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The increasingly widespread spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the inhibiting factors in the world of education. The government's policy is to implement the Work from Home work pattern, namely all teaching and learning activities must be carried out at home, online learning to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The research method is a qualitative research, this research uses the library method, namely tracing documents, reports such as; books, journals, proceedings, articles, activity reports, news media and other written sources. Online learning activities can not be separated from problems such as; limited facilities, cultural changes, family support, not all students have laptops, cellphones. Applications that are often used in online learning such as; zoom, google classroom, teacher room and whatssap group. The researchers' conclusion; The dynamics of online learning policies in the Covid-19 pandemic era can be carried out well, according to creativity, lecturers, teachers in providing material and practice questions. The weakness of online learning such as internet network factors are uneven, not all proficient use of technology applications, lack of cultural understanding of digital media communication, cost limitations (quota internet).

Abstract

The effectiveness of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Indonesia still needs to be improved. This can be seen from the number of companies that make CSR programs only a formality obligation without thinking about how much the benefits of the program are implemented for the community and the environment. This article discusses the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility at Energy Equity Epic Sengkang Pty. Ltd. which is analyzed using indicators of goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature review, observation and interviews, then analysis and data processing are carried out using reduction techniques and relevant data grouping. The results of the research are presented using descriptive techniques in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program at Energy Equity Epic Sengkang Pty. Ltd. implemented by first communicating, coordinating and socializing with the government and the community. The areas of CSR implementation are education, health, economy, public facilities and the environment. CSR programs implemented meet effectiveness indicators, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation.

Abstract

Technological developments continue to develop very rapidly, one of which is in the electronic trading system, hereinafter referred to as e-commerce. Along with this, there are concerns from E-Commerce application media users regarding personal data stored by E-Commerce application media companies, so that more specific rules are needed regarding legal protection for E-Commerce application users. The purpose of this research is to further review the rules related to legal protection for users who are affected by the leakage of personal data on E-Commerce media such as based on the agreement in the Terms and Conditions as well as the rules of related laws such as, the ITE Law and its amendments, PP 71/2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019 concerning Trading Through Electronic Systems, Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems. The method used in this research is normative juridical research, with a statutory approach. The collection of sources of legal materials, both primary and secondary, is carried out through laws and regulations and all official documents that contain legal provisions and searches related to research results such as journals and the internet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price variables, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones and to find out the role of brand image as a mediating variable between price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones. The study population was users or had used Xiaomi in the Pasuruan area with a total sample size of 97 with a purposive sampling method and analysis was carried out with the SmartPLS 3 application. All research indicators have a loading factor above 0.7 and all research indicators have AVE 0.5. The reliability of the data was tested because it had a Cronbach Alpha value and a composite reliability 0.7. The predicted relevance value is high with Q2 0.00 so that the research is feasible. The results of the study concluded that the price had a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, prices have a positive but insignificant effect on brand image. For mediation analysis, it is concluded that brand image is a potential moderation between price and purchase decision. branding is a quasi-moderation for product quality to influence purchasing decisions. The NFI value is 0.807, which means that the model is fit because it is close to unity.
