Abstract

Indonesia has a coastal area that will be known for its enormous resource potential, biodiversity, the potential for aquaculture and marine tourism potential which can be found in almost every corner of the area in its aquatic ecosystem. The basic concept of developing the minapolitan area is an effort to create balanced development between regions, especially by increasing the urban-rural linkage, namely the development of rural areas that are integrated into the urban system functionally and spatially. The fisheries sector has a comparative advantage compared to other sectors, in the form of the availability of very large natural resources and is able to produce highly competitive products and services. Most fishermen in Pinogaluman District are still far from the level of welfare, there are still obstacles experienced in the development of the Minapolitan area, one of which is the problem of the availability of infrastructure and facilities to support the development of the Minapolitan area in Pinogaluman District which is not sufficient, so it cannot support the Minapolitan area. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method which is used to describe the existing condition of the infrastructure and supporting facilities of the Minapolitan area, the GAP analysis is used to provide a description related to the condition of the infrastructure and facilities of the Minapolitan area, and the analysis of development directions is used to determine the development method by analyzing external factors in the form of opportunities and threats and internal factors in the form of strengths and weaknesses. The results of the matrix analysis of the development of infrastructure and supporting facilities for the minapolitan area in Pinogaluman District are in quadrant I by looking at the strengths and opportunities in resources, providing a special strategy for the form of development of the minapolitan area. In the SO strategy, with full support from government efforts, it is hoped that there will be appropriate spatial planning. In addition, more resources are needed to repair damaged infrastructure and facilities. There are also publications regarding the minapolitan area so that this area can be paid more attention by the government. The last is to provide easy accessibility for people who are involved in Minapolitan activities, so that production activities will increase and will not be recorded. Abstract

Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) are the forerunners of cities that have existed for thousands of years which aim to provide better protection to a large number of residents from various community groups. Housing and residential areas in Indonesia are growing, which are largely influenced by the community itself. The development of housing and settlement areas (PKP) in North Sulawesi, especially in the city of Manado, is growing. Where housing and settlement areas are marked by the increasing number of residents and residential houses that were formerly vacant land become residential land. With the increase in population, it is accompanied by the development of housing and residential areas as well as infrastructure, facilities or utilities. The research objectives are to identify housing conditions and residential areas in the area around Manado RingRoad 2 road and analyze the pattern of housing development and residential areas in the area around Manado Ring Road 2 road. The analytical methods in this study include spatial time series analysis to determine the development of housing and settlement areas and use the nearest neighbor calculation analysis to determine the pattern of housing development and settlement areas. The results of the study showed that there was a development of housing conditions and residential areas increased by 305.54 ha from 2011-2021. The pattern of housing development and residential areas in 2011-2021 experienced a housing pattern from clustered to random. Keywords : Development, Pattern, Housing and Settlement Area

Abstract

Society cannot be separated from activities in order to meet important needs. Activities to meet this need require a tool for moving places, namely modes of transportation. Movements of transportation modes must be well planned so that people can feel safe and comfortable. Since the city center of Tomohon is a diverse land use area, activities to meet the needs of the area are concentrated. This has generated interest in conducting research on the impact of community activities on transportation, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify the characteristics and patterns of community activity, the factors that influence it, the extent and model of Tomohon's downtown traffic impact in the new normal era. This study uses a quantitative approach using methods of factor analysis and path analysis. The sample for this survey consisted of 400 respondents randomly selected from a target audience of people active in downtown Tomohon. The results of this survey are (1) the characteristics and patterns of community activities based on the main forms of activities carried out, the timing of activities, and the types of activities. (2) There are three community activity factors that influence before the new normal era, and there are two community activity factors that influence during the new normal era. (3) Social activity factors (F3) have the greatest impact on the traffic attraction before the new normal era, while economic, educational and religious activity factors (K1) have the greatest influence on traffic attraction during the new normal era. Abstract

Increasing regional capacity for disasters is one of the most important efforts to reduce the impact of disasters. Because most areas in Indonesia are inseparable from various types of natural disaster threats. Based on the disaster risk index by the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Minahasa Regency, it was identified that the East Likupang District, West Likupang District, and Kema District have the potential for flooding and tsunami disasters. The purpose of this study is to identify the distribution of areas prone to floods and tsunamis in each research area, and to measure the level of regional capacity to disaster in the research area through capacity assessment criteria. The method used is qualitative analysis method and quantitative descriptive method for assessing the level of capacity in North Minahasa District, especially in East Likupang District, West Likupang District, and Kema District against disasters. The results of the analysis show that from the 5 assessment criteria it has been found that in each sub-district has a "MEDIUM" level of regional capacity. With the assessment of regional capacity, it is possible to know that the community is prepared to survive when a disaster occurs. Keywords : Regional Capacity, Disaster

Abstract

This research focuses on the community around the tourist attraction in Kema District, namely in Kema II Village, Kema III Village, and Makalisung Village. The method approach used is descriptive quantitative analysis, as well as the measuring tool used, namely the application of the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Scientists) version 25 program. The objectives, theories and analysis used are to identify the social characteristics of the community (Slamet, 1993), the forms of community participation (Dusseldorp, 1981), as well as the level of community participation (Sherry Arnstein, 1969), using analysis a frequency distribution. Then the analysis was crosstabs used to compare the number of people's participation in the first and second research objectives. The results of this study indicate that, community participation begins with the social characteristics of the community (gender, age, job level, type of work, and income level). This makes the difference between each individual characteristic that a person has in participating in community participation. Nevertheless, the community still tries and cooperates in carrying out its role in the activities of its forms of participation, without limiting the differences of each person's individual characteristics. The community's activeness in participating in activities shows that the community cares about a series of activities organized by the village government and is willing to be invited to cooperate, in order to improve and develop their village. This can be seen from the fairly good number of community participation, as well as the voluntary involvement of the community. The level of community participation, Kema II and Kema III villages are at thelevel Consultation, Makalisung Village is at thelevel Informing.
