Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                        Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat fisik campuran onggok dengan sari pepaya. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Data yang terkumpul dilakukan analisis uji Duncan.  Perlakuan terdiri atas 1) P0 = onggok (kontrol), 2) P1 = 1 bagian onggok + 1 bagian sari pepaya, 3) P2 = 1 bagian onggok + 2 bagian sari pepaya, dan 4) P3 = 1 bagian onggok + 3 bagian sari papaya. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 6 kali. Hasil menunjukan bahwa bahwa semakin tinggi penambahan sari pepaya pada onggok, maka semakin tinggi (P<0,05) nilai kerapatan tumpukan, sedangkan  nilai berat jenis paling tinggi (P<,005) diperoleh pada perlakuan P3 sebesar 1,03 Kg/m3, ketika  kerapatan pemadatan tumpukan tidak menunjukan perbedaan yang nyata, Kesimpulan, pencampuran onggok dengan sari pepaya mengubah sifat fisik onggok, dimana nilai kerapatan tumpukan dan berat jenis tertinggi diperoleh pada pencampuran 1 bagian onggok dengan 3 bagian sari pepaya (P3).Kata Kunci : onggok, sari pepaya, sifat fisikABSTRACTThe research aims to determine the physical properties of the mixture of onggok with papaya extract. The study was conducted experimentally with a completely randomized design (CRD). The collected data was carried out by Duncan test analysis. Treatment consists of 1) P0 = onggok (control), 2) P1 = 1 part onggok + 1 part papaya extract, 3) P2 = 1 part onggok + 2 parts papaya extract, and 4) P3 = 1 part onggok + 3 parts papaya extract. Each treatment was repeated 6 times. The results showed that the higher the addition of papaya extract to onggok, cause the higher (P <0.05) of the value of bulk density, while the highest value of specific density (P <0.05) was obtained in P3 treatment of 1.03 Kg / m3, when the compact bulk density does not show a significant difference. The conclusion, mixing onggok with papaya juice changes the physical properties of onggok, where the highest bulk density and specific density is obtained by mixing 1 part onggok with 3 parts papaya juice (P3).Keywords: onggok, papaya extract, physical properties

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                            Tujuan penelitian menganalisis model struktural dari pengaruh audit operasional fungsi pemasaran dan pengendalian internal terhadap efektivitas pelayanan konsumen. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajer pemasaran dan staff di wilayah Malang serta Palembang sebanyak 30 responden dan divisi administrasi dalam recording serta auditor dan auditee (yang tidak termasuk kategori responden 30 orang) sebanyak 20 orang sehingga total responden sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) warpPLS. Audit operasional fungsi pemasaran dan pengendalian internal memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektivitas pelayanan sebesar 87%. Hasil audit operasional memiliki hasil temuan di dalam audit operasional fungsi pemasaran yang dinyatakan closed oleh auditor kepada auditee yang artinya temuan tersebut telah memiliki solusi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran produk dan telah memiliki umpan balik positif dimana hasil tersebut berdampak positif pada efektivitas pelayanan konsumen. Bentuk pengendalian internal melalui aktivitas pengendalian dan pengawasan pada fungsi pemasaran yang telah diterapkan oleh pimpinan perusahaan meliputi pengendalian efektifitas program pemasaran melalui aktivitas dan pengawasan pemasaran, pengendalian strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan secara online dan offline, pegendalian keuntungan dan rentabilitas dalam kegiatan pemasaran dan pengendalian efisiensi pemasaran melalui personal selling yang dilakukan oleh sales di setiap outlet sehingga manajer pemasaran melakukan pengenalan pada setiap sumber pemasaran dalam meningkatkan prestasi marketing.Kata Kunci: audit, efektivitas, madu, pelayanan, pemasaran, pengendalianABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the structural model of the effect of the operational audit of marketing and internal control functions on the effectiveness of customer service. Forms of internal control through control and supervision activities on the marketing functions that have been implemented by company leaders include controlling the effectiveness of marketing programs through marketing activities and supervision, marketing strategy control that was carried out online and offline, profit and profitability control in marketing activities and controlling marketing efficiency through personal selling conducted by sales at each outlet so that marketing managers make an introduction to each marketing source in improving marketing achievements.Keywords: audit, control, effectiveness, honey, marketing, service

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi sistem intergasi padi ternak (SIPT) melalui ketersediaan ouput padi dan ternak sapi potong dan mengetahui kelayakan usahatani SIPT di Desa Silea Jaya Kecamatan Buke Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 25 orang, yaitu keseluruhan petani yang menerapkan sistem integrasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kelayakan usaha SIPT dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu analisis Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) dan Breack Even Point (BEP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi SIPT di Desa Silea Jaya cukup untuk mendukung pengembangan SIPT ini dengan melihat melalui potensi luas, lahan, kepemilikan ternak, limbah padi sawah dan sapi potong. Sedangkan untuk kelayakan usaha farming system di Desa Silea Jaya layak untuk dijalankan hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis R/C Ratio yaitu 5,26 (R/C Ratio>1) dan analisis BEP untuk padi sawah yakni 1.150,41 kg dengan harga jual Rp 1.054,27. Sedangkan ternak sapi potong yakni 0,2 ekor dengan nilai Rp. 432.279.Kata kunci: kelayakan, potensi, sistem integrasiABSTRACT The objective of this research is to know the potency of paddy-cattle integration system (SIPT) through the availability of rice output and beef cattle and to recognize the feasibility. The number of respondents in this study was 25 people, all of the farmers who implemented the integration system. The analysis applied in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis and feasibility of SIPT with two approaches, i.e. analysis of Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) and Break Even Point (BEP). The result shows that the potential of SIPT in Silea Jaya Village is sufficient to support the development of this SIPT by noticing the vast potential, land, livestock ownership, rice paddy waste, and beef cattle. For the activity feasibility of the farming system in Silea Jaya Village, it is proper to run. It is concluded from the result of R/C Ratio analysis which is 5,26 (R/C Ratio>1) and BEP analysis for paddy rice which is 1,150.41 kg with a selling price of IDR 1,054.27, and beef cattle is 0.2 with a price of IDR 432,279. Keyword: integrated farming system, feasibility, potency
