Abstract

This study aims to analyze the treatment of depletion or decrease in the value of biological assets and its impact on financial reports on Wibowo Farm farms in Blitar. Data collection techniques using literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. I was checking the validity of the data through participation extension, observation persistence, and data triangulation. The result of the study was Wibowo Farm has acknowledged that there is depreciation or depletion of non-productive biological assets based on the productive value of these biological assets, if there is a death, the biological assets have also been recognized as depreciation but have not been presented in detail in the balance sheet financial statements, this is relevant to PSAK 69 which requires a calculation of impairment in the economic value of biological assets. For presentation in the financial statements of biological assets, it is reported in the balance sheet financial statements in detail on the biological assets produced. Wibowo Farm's livestock only recognizes the advantages and disadvantages when ignoring biological assets. This difference, of course, makes financial reports less reliable and relevant

Abstract

The income level of smallholder farmers can only meet their daily needs due to the location's remote location and the difficulty of communication access. Based on this, the Government seeks to formulate policies that are expected to have a real impact on increasing the productivity of smallholdings and improving the welfare of farmers. One of the efforts made is the Primary Member Cooperative Credit (KKPA). The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the partnership program at the Windu Nabatindo Lestari (WNL) company in the KKPA scheme, a program to improve the welfare of plasma farmers. The research method is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach using purposive sampling. Research respondents were 60 plasma farmers. Data collection techniques include field observations, in-depth interviews with questionnaires, and analysis of company documents. The results showed an increase in the welfare of plasma farmers after the partnership program. The partnership program at the Windu Nabatindo Lestari (WNL) company under the KKPA scheme positively impacts the welfare of plasma farmers in Pundu Village, Cempaga Hulu District East Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan. Abstract

Oil palm is agricultural that has excellent potential as a producer of vegetable oil globally, and oil palm plantations contribute to providing jobs for thousands of people in Indonesia. The greater a company, the more efficiency of work is needed. This research represents an effort to find a more efficient brondolanan transportation tool for workers in oil palm plantations. The study was conducted in May 2019 in two locations, the first location in Terusan Village, the second location in PT. Sinarmas, Manis Mata District, West Kalimantan. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis methods where the respondents of this study are employees of PT. Sinarmas as many as 30 people. The results showed that the utilization of tengkalang as a carrier brondolanan for workers in PT. Sinarmas is more effective and also more cost-effective. One unit has a lifespan of more than six months with a cost per unit of Rp. 20,000. While the black bucket per unit has a benefit period of three months with a cost per unit of Rp. 15,000. Then the result of cost analysis is calculated in one year, using tengkalang more efficiently by buying tengkalang Rp. 40.000 / year, while the black bucket purchase cost Rp. 60.000 / year. In addition, usingtengkalang means that the Company also participates in the welfare of surrounding communities to progress and grow together to improve the development of families and villages.

Abstract

The research objective was to obtain an overview of farming costs and revenue and analyze the feasibility of cassava farming income in Mojo Village. The research was conducted from March 2019 to April 2019. The type of research was descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique to determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% with a sample of 53 farmers as respondents. Data analysis techniques include cost analysis, revenue analysis, and business feasibility analysis R/C Ratio and Break-Even Point. Data types use primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The results showed that the total cost was IDR10.836.545, revenue was IDR39.865.508, and income was IDR29.028.963 per hectare in 1 planting season. The feasibility of cassava farming is based on the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) of 3.68, which means that cassava farming is feasible to be implemented. The Break-Even Point shows that the production BEP is 8.014 kg, the price BEP is IDR383. In comparison, the average production of cassava farming in Mojo Village is 28.424 kg, with an average price per kg of IDR1.403, more significant than the calculated value. BEP for production and BEP for a price indicate that cassava farming is feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

The price fluctuation of cayenne pepper in Indonesia is relatively high. Price fluctuations have an impact on consumers significantly when prices increase. This causes consumers to find it challenging to fulfil their daily needs for chilli. The effects of price fluctuations for farmers, namely: farmers have difficulty making production decisions. This causes the risk of cayenne pepper farming to become high. Predicting the price of cayenne pepper in the future is an effort to minimize the risk of cayenne pepper farming and industries requiring cayenne pepper. This study aims (1) to determine the forecasting model for cayenne pepper prices in Surabaya City (2) to predict the price of cayenne pepper during the period January 2020 - June 2020 in the Surabaya City using the ARIMA method. The analyzed data is cayenne pepper prices from July 2010 to December 2019 sourced from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The analysis results show that the best ARIMA model in estimating the price of red chilli in Surabaya is ARIMA (1,0,1), with a MAPE of 3.84%. The forecast results for the price of cayenne pepper in Surabaya are proven and have decreased.
