<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and analyze how consumer behavior in purchasing virtual items in the Valorant online game is based on five elements of consumer behavior, namely age, occupation and economic environment, lifestyle, personality, and reference group. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar using a qualitative descriptive approach with a purposive sampling method in selecting informants. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study stated that the five elements of consumer behavior consisting of age, work and economic environment, lifestyle, personality, and reference groups can influence informants in making purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Developments in a country's economic conditions affect the flow of capital, economic growth and state tax revenues. When investment is high, capital flows also increase so that the economy is moved and affects economic growth and state revenues increase due to taxes paid by companies. The Covid 19 outbreak which affected the movement of the JCI greatly impacted the economy and a drop in the JCI could become a problem in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, The Fed Interest Rate, BI Interest Rate, JUB (M1) and World Oil Prices on the Composite Stock Price Index in Indonesia. In this study, data were taken from secondary data by collecting data taken from the official website. The type of data used in quantitative data is data related to a number or nominal, which is obtained from a systematic calculation. The time series horizon for the period 2017-2021 (monthly data) comes from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia (BI), Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). This study uses a data analysis method, namely the Multiple Regression Analysis Model. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of this study prove that the Fed Interest Rate has a positive and significant effect and the BI Interest Rate has a negative and significant effect on the JCI while Inflation, JUB (M1) and World oil prices have no effect on the JCI.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengaruh Pengaruh Fasilitas Dan Daya Tarik Terhadap Kunjungan Wisata Di Pantai Hamadi Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini bertujuan ini adalah 1) Untuk pengaruh fasilitas dan daya tarik secara parsial terhadap kunjungan wisata di Pantai Hamadi Kota Jayapura. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan daya tarik secara silmultan terhadap kunjungan wisata di Pantai Hamadi Kota Jayapura. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah penelitian kuantitiatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kunjungan wisata di pantai Hamadi Kota Jayapura. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji t yang meunjukkan bahwa t h hitun > t tabel (3,923 > 1,660) dan tingkat signifikannya t sign < α (0,000 < 0,05). Daya tarik secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kunjungan wisata di Pantai Hamadi Kota Jayapura. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa t hitun > t tabel (3,334 > 1,660) dengan tingkat signifikan t sign < α (0,001 < 0,05). Fasilitas dan daya tarik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kunjungan wisata di Pantai Hmadi Kota Jayapura. Hal ini dbuktikan dari hasil uji F yang menunjukkan bahwa nila F hitun > F tabel (65,410 > 2,76) dengan tingkat signifikannya F sign < α (0,000 0,05)]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, budaya organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada sumber daya orang asli papua melalui pola hidup asrama dalam memajukan sumber daya manusia OAP dengan pola hidup asrama. Populasi adalah anggota asrama dengan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang dengan metode penarikan sampeh jenuh. Variabel penelitian motivasi,Budaya organisasi dan OCB sebagai variabel dependent serta sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel independent. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi,wawancara, dokumentasi,studi pustaka, dan kuisioner.Teknik analisis yaitu regresi berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS.20. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia orang asli papua perlu di tingkatkan melalui pola hidup asrama. temuan didasarkan pada hasil pengujian pengujian secara langsung budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap SDM,motivasi berpengaruh terhadap SDM, dan OCB berpengaruh terhadap SDM. Namun secara simultan menunjukkan budaya organisasi tidak bepengaruh terhadap sumber daya manusia.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is a multidimensional problem that until now has become a world discussion. Poverty is also included in the main points of sustainable development (SDG's), therefore poverty reduction is a shared responsibility and comprehensive handling is needed, involving many parties and many sectors. One of the efforts made by the Indonesian government in poverty alleviation is the family hope program. This program has been launched since 2007 and is still running. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the Family Hope Program, inhibiting factors and what efforts are made to overcome these inhibiting factors. Method: This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from previous research sources, which come from aticles, news, and social ministry sites. The results of this study show that PKH has provided benefits for its recipients, but still has shortcomings, namely the recipients of PKH assistance are limited where there are still many people who meet the criteria as PKH participants but are not registered as participants because they have met the quota that has been prepared.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas layanan internet banking dilihat dari dimensi keamanan, Tambahan biaya, kemampuan akses, kondisi fasilitas, berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Kas Waena baik yang dilakukan secara parsial, maupun secara simultan, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) variabel keamanan mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dengan kata lain variabel tersebut telah mampu menunjukkan kemampuan bank dalam memberikan pelayanan yang telahdijanjikan dengan aman, akurat serta memuaskan nasabahnya. 2) variabel tambahan biaya mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dengan kata lain variabel tersebut tidak membuat nasabah merasa berat untuk membayar biaya tambahan dalam menggunakan layanan internet banking yang disediakan oleh perbankan dalam hal ini PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor kas Waena. 3) variabel kemampuan akses mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dengan kata lain variabel tersebut telah mampu menunjukkan bahwa para nasabah memiliki kemampuan untuk mengakses layanan internet banking dengan baik khususnya pada nasabah PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor kas Waena. 4) variabel kondisi fasilitasmempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dengan kata lain kondisi fasilitas yang ditawarkan oleh perbankan mampu memberikan kepuasan bagi para nasabah untuk menggunakan layanan internet banking yang disediakan oleh perbankan dalam hal ini pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Perseroa) Tbk. Kantor kas Waena. 5) Secara simultan, variabel kualitas layanan internet banking mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. dengan kata lain bahwa semakin tinggi kualitas layanan internet banking maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah dalam menggunakan produk layanan internet banking.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on stock returns in mining companies in 2019-2021. The research approach used is quantitative research. The population used was 66 companies with samples taken using purposive sampling techniques. The data used in this research is secondary data involving 20 companies with 3 years of observation, so a sample of 60 data was obtained. The analytical tool used in this research is the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this research show that the liquidity variable measured using the Current ratio (CR) has no effect and is not significant on stock returns. Where the research results are tcount < ttable (-1.125 < 1.676), with a significance value > 0.05 (0.267 > 0.05). The profitability variable measured using return on assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock returns. Where the research results show the value of tcount > ttable (2.269 > 1.676), with a significance value < 0.05 (0.028 < 0.05. The liquidity and profitability variables have an influence and are significant on stock returns. <![CDATA[This research is to analyze Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Village Fund Management Performance. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents. Village Funds are a form of the state's commitment to protecting and empowering villages to become strong, advanced, independent and democratic. Kemangi Village, Tanah Miring District is one of the villages that received these funds. In the last 3-4 years these funds have no longer been used properly. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The findings in this research are: Transparency (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance, Accountability (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance, Accountability (X3) has no positive and insignificant effect on Fund Management Performance Village, Independence (X4) has a negative and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance and Fairness (X5) shows that it partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Village Fund Management Performance. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness have a positive and significant effect on Village Fund Management Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this research is the lack of application of positioning and limitations in promoting the product. This study aims to determine the effect of positioning and promotion on purchasing decisions at Planet Distro Merauke Stores. The population used amounted to 2,548 samples used 96 respondents, the method in this study is quantitative research, the data sources used are primary and secondary data while data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Measurements in this study using Likert scale measurements and using SPSS version 26 program with the analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that positioning has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions who buy products at the Planet Distro Merauke Store, as seen from the value of tcount 30.345 > ttable 1.661. Promotion has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions who buy products at the Planet Distro Merauke Store, seen from the tcount 6.791 > ttable 1.661. Positioning and promotion have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions who buy products at the Planet Distro Merauke Store, seen from the Fcount 793.656 > Ftable 3.09.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. PLN Tarakan Distribusi Merauke. The population and sample used in this study consisted of 40 respondents. The research method used is quantitative research. Data sources include primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The sample determination technique used in this study is total sampling, where the sample size equals the population size. Measurement in this research uses a Likert scale,a nd the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline partially has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. PLN Tarakan Distribusi Merauke, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 6.556 > t-table = 1.687. Similarly, job satisfaction partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 3.188 > t-table = 1.687. Work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. PLN Tarakan Distribusi Merauke, as shown by the results where F-table 3.25 < F-value 39.090 and sig is 0.000 < 0.05.]]>
