Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel Pemasaran Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran pada UKM makanan dan minuman di Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah  melalui variabel Kecepatan Inovasi, Nilai Layanan, dan  Keunggulan Posisi. Penelitian ini mengambil sebanyak 150 responden pemilik UKM makanan dan minuman di Semarang, Jawa Tengah.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) versi 21. Hasil analisis data untuk keseluruhan model telah memenuhi kriteria Goodness Of Fit dengan nilai chi square = 172,114, derajat kebebasan = 165, probabilitas = 0,336, CMIN/DF = 1,043, GFI = 0,887, AGFI = 0,856, TLI = 0,990, CFI = 0,991 dan RMSEA = 0,017. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa model penelitian yang diajukan dapat diterima.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pemasaran Kewirausahaan dengan Kecepatan Inovasi, Pemasaran Kewirausahaan dengan Nilai Layanan, Kecepatan Inovasi dengan Keunggulan Posisi, Nilai Layanan dengan Keunggulan Posisi, dan Keunggulan Posisi dengan Kinerja Pemasaran.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how far the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction in selecting and using JNE branch Merauke freight forwarding services. The sample used in this study was 88 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the data processing using the SPSS 22 program found the equation Y = 0.256 X1 + 0.228 X2 + e. From the results of the t test and F test, it can be seen that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in JNE shipping services. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount variable price (X1) 3,059 with t table 1.6623 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. With the direction of the positive coefficient, it is thus obtained that the hypothesis which states that prices have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction is acceptable. The results of tcount variable service quality (X2) 3.752 with ttable 1.6623 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. With the direction of a positive coefficient, it is thus obtained that the hypothesis which states that service quality has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction is acceptable. The regression calculation results can be seen that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.406. This means that 40.6% of patient satisfaction can be influenced by price and service quality and 59.4% other satisfaction can be influenced by other variables. Abstract

RETNO AYU SISKA WARDANI (2020). The Influence of People, Process and Physical Evidence on Consumer Decisions to Use Lion Parcel Merauke Expeditionary Services. Supervised by Tarsisius Kana SE., M.Si. This study aims to determine whether people influence consumer decisions to use the Merauke lion parcel shipping service. To find out which process affects consumer decisions to use the Merauke lion parcel shipping service. To find out Physical Evidence affects consumer decisions to use the Merauke Lion Parcel Expedition Service. To find out the effect of people, process and physical evidence have an effect on consumer decisions to use the Merauke Lion Parcel Expedition Service. The population in this study were consumers of the Merauke lion parcel expedition service with a population of 6,940 people and a sample of 99 people. The calculation of the Slovin 10% formula and uses the incidental (coincidence) sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 23 application. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y=8.313+0.708(X1)+0.797(X2) 0.725(X3) is obtained. The results of hypothesis testing, namely the t test and the F test, show that the people, process and physical evidence variables have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Merauke lion parcel expedition service. Evidenced by the value of thitung people(X1) 2.995> ttable 1.290 with a significant level of 0.003<0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of process tcount (X2) 4.085> ttable 1.290 with a significant level of 0.000<0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of tcount physical evidence (X3) 3,216>ttable 1.290 with a significant level of 0.002 <0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of Fcount 38.643> Ftable of 3.94 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.10 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.535, which means that all independent variables together have an effect on purchasing decisions on Lion Parcel Merauke's shipping services. amounted to 53.5% while the remaining 46.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh promosi yang efektif terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada UD. Martabe Merauke.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan UD. Martabe Merauke pada bulan April 2020 yang berjumlah 2800 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 97 responden. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi yang efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada UD. Abstract

This study aims to find the influence of marketing strategy on buying interest at Optic Permata Merauke. The population in this study is people who have been or are visiting Optic Permata Merauke which is 211 people. The sample in this study amounted to 95 people with determination using Accidental Sampling method. The research approach used is a quantitative approach and uses simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 tools. From the results of simple linear regression analysis that has been processed inobtain equation Y = 2,966 + 0,890 + e From the hypothetical test results, the t test shows that Marketing Strategy variables have a partial significant influence This is evidenced by the value t calculate Marketing Strategi (X) 16,579 > ttable 1,66140 with a significant rate of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha received H0 is rejected. R Square value is 0.747 which means that free variables affect consumer satisfaction Marketing Strategi of 74,7% while the remaining 25,3% is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

The research this time aims to examine the effect of Entrepreneurship Marketing on the Marketing Performance of a food and beverage SME through the Speed of Innovation variable and also through the variable Excellence of the position of an SME. The research carried out 150 samples of food and beverage SMEs in Semarang , Central Java from a population of 1488 food and beverage SMEs. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. This study found that entrepreneurial marketing has a positive influence on the innovation speed and also has a positive influence on position advantage. And the superiority of the position advantage has a positive influence on marketing performance. So that it can be concluded that entrepreneurship marketing can affect marketing performance through variable speed of innovation and also position superiority

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the mindset of indigenous Papuans in improving economic competitiveness in Kampung Kumbe, what causes their mindsets to be different from migrant communities so that migrants have a higher economic level than the indigenous Papuans in Kampung Kumbe while the assistance is provided by the government has been divided evenly in the village. And to find out the competitiveness of indigenous Papuans with migrant communities. The research approach in this proposal is a descriptive qualitative method that is useful for analyzing the events that occur when the research takes place later with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion stage or data verification. The results obtained after interviewing 20 respondents, namely the form of the mindset of indigenous Papuans in Kampung Kumbe have a consumptive mindset in which they only emphasize will rather than needs so that economic competitiveness is low.

Abstract

Merauke Regency has a very wide water area, with abundant sea catches. Especially in the area of ​​Kampung Kumbe which is directly adjacent to the river or Kali Kumbe, making the livelihood of most of its residents are fish seekers or fishermen. The usual catches obtained by fishermen such as moon fish, tilapia fish, shrimp, and also rebon. Most catches will be directly sold to consumers without further processing. Potential fish can be processed into fish crackers that can absorb and also open up new jobs. The problem is the lack of community understanding of entrepreneurship and also the way fish are processed into fish crackers. So that the catch is not further processed. Field surveys, training and evaluation are also conducted to support the success of community service activities. Through providing insight into entrepreneurship and training on making fish crackers by the community service team, the community will be able to make their own processed fish products. So, with the presence of businesses or processed products of the community, the economy of the Kumbe community will gradually increase. Service activities went well starting from the provision of entrepreneurial material to the training process of making fish crackers

Abstract

Pertambahan jumlah angkatan kerja di Indonesia selalu mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Namun, peningkatan itu tidak dibarengi dengan peningkatan jumlah lapangan kerja. Ketidakseimbangan yang terjadi antara jumlah tenaga kerja dan lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia akhirnya menyebabkan masalah pengangguran. Bertolak pada para pemuda asli papua di Pantai Payum, terdapat cukup banyak yang belum memiliki pekerjaan, ada yang putus sekolah, dan hanya bergantung pada orang tua atau bantuan dari pemerintah sehingga dirasa perlu untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada generasi muda penerus bangsa ini agar dapat meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan serta menelusuri potensi yang ada. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu membuat inovasi baru dalam hal usaha serta memberikan dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan jiwa kemandirian generasi muda. Melalui pemberian pelatihan tentang kewirausahaan yang ditujukan bagi pemuda-pemudi pantai Payum oleh tim pengabdian, masyarakat akan mampu melihat potensi-potensi dan ide-ide yang berpeluang dikembangkan menjadi usaha. Sehingga, ketika masyarakat mampu mengembangkan ide tersebut, masyarakat payum akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian secara bertahap. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, Jiwa Kewirausahaan, Ide Usaha
