Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan implementasi asuhan keperawatan anak berdasarkan gender perawat pada pelayanan primer di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Antara Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden berjumlah 10 perawat yang memberikan asuhan keperawatan anak dan dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur aspek komunikasi perawat dengan keluarga, tingkat penerimaan masyarakat, dan kenyamanan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan anak. Uji validitas dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment terhadap 20 perawat di luar sampel penelitian, dengan kriteria nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (α = 0,05). Seluruh item dinyatakan valid dengan rentang r hitung 0,45–0,82. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha dan diperoleh nilai 0,87 yang menunjukkan reliabilitas tinggi. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat dilakukan menggunakan uji Mann–Whitney untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan implementasi asuhan keperawatan anak berdasarkan gender perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada implementasi asuhan keperawatan anak berdasarkan gender perawat, khususnya pada aspek penerimaan keluarga dan kenyamanan pemberian asuhan (p < 0,05). Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan implementasi asuhan keperawatan anak berdasarkan gender perawat pada pelayanan primer. Namun demikian, jumlah sampel yang relatif kecil membatasi generalisasi hasil penelitian sehingga diperlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan jumlah responden yang lebih besar untuk memperkuat temuan.

Abstract

Women's participation in the Development Planning Consultation Forum (Musrenbang) is an important indicator in realizing inclusive and equitable development. However, the reality on the ground shows that women's involvement is often not optimal, especially in South Sulawesi, which has the cultural value of Siri' as a guideline for community behavior. This study aims to understand how the cultural value of Siri' influences women's participation in the development planning and decision-making process through the Musrenbang forum in South Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative method with a socio-cultural approach through literature research reinforced with empirical data. Data collection was conducted through a documentation study of lontara manuscripts, historical documents, Bugis-Makassar cultural literature, as well as analysis of official documents from the South Sulawesi Provincial Government, data from the Central Statistics Agency, reports from the Culture and Tourism Office, and the results of a study by the Regional Research and Development Agency. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and interpretively using content analysis techniques and a hermeneutic approach. The results of the study show that the value of Siri' has an ambivalent influence on women's participation in Musrenbang. On the one hand, Siri' functions as an internal force that encourages women to maintain their self-respect, dare to voice the interests of the community, and fight for fair decisions. On the other hand, cultural constructs that position women as symbols of family honor, coupled with male dominance and power imbalances, limit women's space for expression, resulting in participation that is often formal and not yet substantive. This study emphasizes the importance of positively and contextually internalizing Siri' values in regional development planning to strengthen women's participation that is fair and in harmony with local culture without neglecting the principle of gender equality

Abstract

Sejak Indonesia menerapkan sistem proporsional terbuka, afirmasi 30 persen dan sistem  zipper dalam pemilihan anggota legislatif , peluang dan kesempatan dimiliki perempuan dalam memenangkan kursi pada kontestasi tersebut semakin besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keterpilihan dan kebertahanan politisi perempuan dalam pemilihan legislatif di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah pemilihan Kota Makassar pada Pemilu 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis berbasis teori perilaku dan klientelisme politik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kebertahanan perempuan dalam politik tidak lepas dari minat berpolitik yang kuat dari aktor politik perempuan, dukungan keluarga, serta jaringan sosial dan ekonomi yang dimiliki. Selain itu, politik transaksional dan kerjasama antar caleg lintas partai juga menjadi strategi umum untuk memenangkan pemilu. Meskipun perempuan berhasil meraih kursi legislatif, dinamika persaingan politik tetap ketat, dan faktor-faktor eksternal seperti stereotipe gender serta tekanan sosial turut mempengaruhi keberhasilan politisi perempuan di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru terkait representasi politik perempuan di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks daerah urban di Indonesia Timur.

Abstract

Gender justice in the distribution of inherited assets continues to be a topic of discussion among various groups, despite existing provisions in inheritance law. The emergence of various perspectives advocating for gender-based justice in inheritance indicates a demand for equal rights between men and women without being bound by existing legal provisions. This study examines the dialectic of inheritance distribution based on gender justice through Islamic legal thought, customs developed within society, and contemporary paradigms advocating for gender equality. This study was conducted as a literature review using a conceptual approach and data collection through relevant key literature, which was then analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The results indicate a convergence of thought among Islamic law, customary law, and contemporary paradigms in proposing a concept of inheritance distribution grounded in gender equality. Conceptually, Islamic legal scholars have dared to propose an inheritance system with equal shares between men and women. From the perspective of customary law, the flexibility in determining shares based on agreement opens opportunities for female heirs to receive the same share as men. Similarly, contemporary paradigms pioneered through social and political movements and policy formulations advocate for gender equality on a global scale. This study offers a conceptual contribution regarding the importance of gender equality, including in the distribution of inherited assets, through various theoretical frameworks.
