Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the patterns of individual approach to learning outcome overhead passing in volleyball. Whether there is influence patterns of individual approach to the learning outcomes overhead passing in volleyball? This research using quantitative approach, the experimental research methods. sample in this research 30 students with simple random sampling. Research instruments to test overhead passing in volleyball. Based on research results there are significant individual pattern approach to learning outcome overhead passing in volleyball in class SMP VIII Industri Ciampel. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between flexibility togok and balance with Vertical Split skill of athlete aerobic gymnastics Club Estafet Indonesia. The sample consited of 25 people athlete aerobic gymnastics of club estafet indonesia selected total sampling. Data analysis was performed using the simple regression and correlation, multiple regression correlation. Results obtained from this study are: (1) by using the correlation, flexibility togok with vertical split skill with linear regression equation Y = 23,53+0,53X1. Correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,53 with tarithmetic = 3,29 and ttabel = 2,048. Because tarithmatic > ttabel with rejected Ho, correlation coefficient 0,53 is meant. (2)  by using the correlation between balance with vertical split skill with linear regression equation Y = 25,57 + 0,45X2, correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,44 with tarithmatic = 2,59 and ttabel = 2,048, because tarithmatic > ttabel therefore rejected Ho, correlation coefficient 0,44 is meant.  (3) by using the correlation flexibility togok and balance together with vertical split skill with  double linear regression equation Y = 9 + 0,46X1 + 0,36X2, double correlation coefficient (Ry1-2) 0,64 with Farithmatic = 9,32 greater than from Ftabel 3,59 at the level of 0,05 it can be concluded that double correlation coefficient Ry1-2 = 0,64 is meant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motorik kasar dengan kemampuan motorik halus anak tunagrahita dan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan motorik kasar terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak tuna grahita. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  siswa tunagrahita berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Analisis data ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan kemampuan motorik kasar dengan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak tunagrahita. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,752 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Ada sumbangan kemampuan motorik kasar terhadap kemampuan motorik halus pada anak tunagrahita. Ditunjukkan dari nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,566 menunjukkan besarnya sumbangan kemampuan motorik kasar terhadap kemampuan motorik halus pada anak tunagrahita adalah sebesar 57,40%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pegangan eastern dan western terhadap akurasi Backhand groundstroke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemula dewasa usia 18-25 tahun dengan sampel sebanyak 28 orang, yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pegangan eastern, tes pegangan western dan tes akurasi backhand groundstroke top spin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan product momen untuk reliabilitas, rumus chi kuadrat untuk uji barlett dan uji t untuk pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada perbedaan pegangan eastern dan western terhadap akurasi backhand groundstroke, diketahui t hitung: 2,114 lebih besar dari t tabel: 2,0. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara pegangan eastern dan western terhadap akurasi forehand groundstroke top spin. (2) Diketahui rerata atau mean hasil tes pegangan eastern adalah 31,357 sedangkan rerata atau mean pegangan western adalah 27,179. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pegangan eastern lebih baik daripada pegangan western terhadap akurasi forehand groundstroke top spin pada atlet senior. Kata kunci: Backhand, groundstroke, Akurasi

Abstract

This research is an experimental research aims to determine differences in the effects of exercise plyometrics and skipping the leg muscle power in Padang Panjang basketball player. The hypothesis of this study is: 1) There is the effect of exercise plyometrics to power leg muscle. 2) There is the effect of skipping exercise on limb muscle power. 3) There are differences in the effects of exercise plyometrics and skipping the leg muscle power on basketball players.               The population is player basketball club Galaxy Padang Panjang numbered 20 athletes of male, because of the limited number of existing populations, then the entire population sampled (total sampling). After the pre-test all samples were divided into two groups with a total of ordinaly pairing techniques. Both groups consisted of a group of plyometrics exercises and skipping exercise group. Each group consisted of 10 people. Implementation of the study consisted of 18 sessions, a week exercise held 3 times. The duration of the exercises in each meeting is 90 minutes. The results of the pre test-post test that recorded the ability of leg muscle power of basketball players.               Based on data analysis can be concluded that: 1) There plyometrics exercises significant influence on that limb muscle power than the average 72.10 (pre-test) to 78.10 in post test where t = 5.57> table = 2.26. 2) There is a significant effect of skipping exercise the leg muscle power is on average 71.20 (pre-test) to 76.90 in post test where t = 4.36> table = 2.26. 3)               There is no difference in the effects of exercise plyometrics and skipping to the power of leg muscle that is on average 78.80 post test and 76.90 post test where t = 1.21 <table = 2.26. Thus the first and second hypothesis is accepted while the third hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan kecil terhadap motor educability. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan motor educability tes atau IOWA Brace test. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif metode eksperimen yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: pre-test, treatment dan post test. Pre-test dilakukan untuk mengetahui motor educability awal siswa sebelum mendapat perlakuan dengan permainan kecil. Treatment dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan permainan kecil dan kemudian post test untuk mengetahui motor educalibity setelah diberikan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan t-tes dan menunjukkan, permainan kecil berpengaruh terhadap motor educability peserta ekstrakulikuler Pramuka.
