Abstract

Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) is a family that formed due to legal marriage, is able to meet the needs of the spiritual and the material that is decent, devoted to God Almighty, have a relationship that is harmonious and balanced between members and between families with the community and the environment. Every year the government to collect data on the status of a prosperous family stage where the purpose of the data collection is in the framework of development and poverty alleviation programs. Data collection process in the District Balong is still done manually so that the risk of error in determining the status of a family stage could happen. Information and analysis system of status stages of family welfare is designed to make web-based officers in the input data and determine the status of a prosperous family stages based on selected indicators of the sheet R/1/KS. Sample of data from Bulukidul village and sub-district village of Balong Ngraket 2014. Results of the system in the form of data reports the results of process steps and the results can be viewed in graphical form. Comparison chart to show the status of the highest percentage of poor welfare families stages. Instead lowest percentage shows the stages of a prosperous family able or rich.

Abstract

Assesing quality university’s website trough webometrics is becoming one of many measures in World Class University. To get good grades, so that it can compete with other universities in the world, it needs to be pursued strategies based on the achievement of the perspective of cost (expenses) and the condition of the availability and readiness of human resource (HR owned) by the institution. Webometrics ranking optimization tailored to the institutional capacity is absolutely necessary, in order to achieve the expected goals effectively and fuel-efficient. Therefore, this paper discussed the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process with Logarithmic Fuzzy Preference Programming combination proved to covered of the methods FPP on the university web ranking optimization. From the results of sub-criteria weighting based on the perspective of cost and human resources, earned the highest ranking among other factors recommended monitoring the ranking of sites ahrefs (C332) and majesticseo (C331) as well as increasing the number of links from other websites (C321).

Abstract

Technological development is growing rapidly among with the increasing of human needs especially in mobile technology where the technology that often be used is android. The existence of this android facilitates the user in access of information. This android can be used for healthy needs, for example is detecting dental disease. One of the branches of computer science that can help society in detecting dental disease is expert system. In this research, making expert system to diagnosis dental disease by using certainty factor method. Dental disease diagnosis application can diagnose the patient based on griping of the patient about dental disease so it can be obtained diseases possibility of the patient itself. This application is an expert system application that operates on android platform. Furthermore, in the measurement accuracy of the system test performed by 20 patients, there were 19 cases of corresponding and 1 cases that do not fit. So, from system testing performed by 20 patients resulted in a 95% accuracy rate.

Abstract

Universitas Airlangga students often find it difficult to verify the mark that came out in the Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS) is called Study Result Card or courses taken in the Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) is called Study Plan Card, if there are changes to the data on the system used Universitas Airlangga. This complicated KRS and KHS verification process happened because the KRS and KHS documents that owned by student is easier to counterfeit than the data in the system. Implementation digital signature and QR Code technology as a solution that can prove the validity of KRS or KHS. The KRS and KHS validation system developed by Digital Signature and QR Code. QR Code is a type of matrix code that was developed as a code that allows its contents to be decoded at high speed while the Digital Signature has a function as a marker on the data to ensure that the data is the original data. The verification process was divided into two types are reading the Digital Signature and printing document that works by scanning the data from QR Code. The application of the system is carried out were the addition of the QR Code on KRS and KHS, required a readiness of human resources.

Abstract

Lovebird current society, especially popular among bird lovers. Some people began to try to develop the cultivation of these birds. In the cultivation process to consider the composition of feed to produce a quality bird. Determining the feed is not easy because it must consider the cost and need for vitamin Lovebird. This problem can be solved by the algorithm Evolution Strategies (ES). Based on test results obtained optimal fitness value of 0.3125 using a population size of 100 and optimal fitness value of 0.3267 in the generation of 1400.

Abstract

Ease of deployment of digital image through the internet has positive and negative sides, especially for owners of the original digital image. The positive side of the ease of rapid deployment is the owner of that image deploys digital image files to various sites in the world address. While the downside is that if there is no copyright that serves as protector of the image it will be very easily recognized ownership by other parties. Watermarking is one solution to protect the copyright and know the results of the digital image. With Digital Image Watermarking, copyright resulting digital image will be protected through the insertion of additional information such as owner information and the authenticity of the digital image. The least significant bit (LSB) is one of the algorithm is simple and easy to understand. The results of the simulations carried out using android smartphone shows that the LSB watermarking technique is not able to be seen by naked human eye, meaning there is no significant difference in the image of the original files with images that have been inserted watermarking. The resulting image has dimensions of 640x480 with a bit depth of 32 bits. In addition, to determine the function of the ability of the device (smartphone) in processing the image using this application used black box testing.

Abstract

The Assesment that held in the school is one of the learning process in education who do it by teacher. One of the course that exemined is Computer Application. In the computer application have 3 topic, they are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point. The assesment for student’s at politecnic about learning computer application have 3 criteria in the selection. First of all, the students have ability to operate computer system generaly, it has understanding the formula on microsoft excel, the students have skill toward any application. In this study, fuzzy logic used for determining the quality assesment of stundent’s learning Information and Comunication Technology (ICT) as a tools to analyze any constraint that are known as min-max method. As a result, we have found that the students have good for analyzing in the application from the each question or case of study when the course it has been examined.

Abstract

Data Grouping scholarship applicants Bantuan Belajar Mahasiswa (BBM) grouped into 3 categories entitled of students who are eligible to receive, be considered, and not eligible to receive scholarship. Grouping into 3 groups is useful to make it easier to determine the scholarship recipients fuel. K-Medoids algorithm is an algorithm of clustering techniques based partitions. This technique can group data is student scholarship applicants. The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of the algorithm, this measurement in view of the results of the cluster by calculating the value of purity (purity measure) of each cluster is generated. The data used in this research is data of students who apply for scholarships as many as 36 students. Data will be converted into three datasets with different formats, namely the partial codification attribute data, attributes and attribute the overall codification of the original data. Value purity on the whole dataset of data codification greatest value is 91.67%, it can be concluded that the K-Medoids algorithm is more suitable for use in a dataset with attributes encoded format overall.

Abstract

The current topic that is interesting as a solution of the impact of public service improvement toward vehicle is License Plate Recognition (LPR), but it still needs to develop the research of LPR method. Some of the previous researchs showed that K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN) succeed in car license plate recognition. The Objectives of this research was to determine the implementation and accuracy of Otsu Method toward license plate recognition. The method of this research was Otsu method to extract the characteristics and image of the plate into binary image and KNN as recognition classification method of each character. The development of the license plate recognition program by using Otsu method and classification of KNN is following the steps of pattern recognition, such as input and sensing, pre-processing, extraction feature Otsu method binary, segmentation, KNN classification method and post-processing by calculating the level of accuracy. The study showed that this program can recognize by 82% from 100 test plate with 93,75% of number recognition accuracy and 91,92% of letter recognition accuracy.

Abstract

Issue handling of inadvertence situations in the decision-making process of recruiting new employees at PT. Warta Media Nusantara that use criteria value of interviews, field test, a psychological test and medical check-up requires Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) as an auxiliary method of decision-making on the prospective eligible employee to be accepted in the company. There are various MADM methods, such as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Weighted Product (WP) method. Both of these methods are known as the most common method used in handling MADM issues, so in this study both methods are applied to the DSS and analyzed the differences in terms of obtained results and the execution time required for each method. The results of the study of the application of SAW and WP methods in the recruitment of new employees DSS there are some differences in the results of the candidates rank order and the differences in execution time of each method. The differences in rank order of these methods are due to the effects of alternative values, weighting criteria, and the calculation method. WP method is able to provide more rigorous result than SAW method, while the difference in execution time of SAW and WP methods explains that the execution time of SAW method relatively quick because SAW calculation method has a simpler process than the process of WP calculation methods
