Abstract

Lovebird current society, especially popular among bird lovers. Some people began to try to develop the cultivation of these birds. In the cultivation process to consider the composition of feed to produce a quality bird. Determining the feed is not easy because it must consider the cost and need for vitamin Lovebird. This problem can be solved by the algorithm Evolution Strategies (ES). Based on test results obtained optimal fitness value of 0.3125 using a population size of 100 and optimal fitness value of 0.3267 in the generation of 1400.

Abstract

The route of the travel tour packages offered by travel agents is not considered optimum, so the level of satisfaction the tourist is not maximal. Selection of the route of the travel packages included in the traveling salesman problem (TSP). The problem that occurs is uncertain tourists visiting destinations at the best destinations timing hereinafter be referred to as the fuzzy time window problem. Therefore, the authors apply the genetic algorithm to solve the problem. Based on test results obtained optimum solution with the fitness value of 1.3291, a population size of 100, the number of generations of 1000, a combination of CR=0,4 and MR=0.6.

Abstract

Abstract—Recently computer networks are increasingly complex. It needs to be a supporting device for network management such as a router. Router is a device that plays an important role in the routing process. In a router stored information in the form of routing paths, where the information includes data and which routers will be passed. In certain cases, a router can have more than one gateway. This is because the router needs to send data packets to several networks that have different segments. Such cases can be handled by using the appropriate routing path selection rules. The routing problem can be regarded as a traveling salesman problem (TSP), where a mechanism is needed to determine the shortest route to be traversed. The author implements the Simulated Annealing Algorithm because it can produce an optimal solution with light computing, so that the routing process can be more effective and efficient. Index Terms—Computer Network, Routing, Simulated Annealing, Travelling Salesman Problem Abstrak–-Jaringan komputer saat ini semakin kompleks. Perlu adanya suatu perangkat pendukung untuk manajemen jaringan seperti router. Router merupakan perangkat yang berperan penting dalam proses routing. Pada sebuah router tersimpan informasi berupa jalur routing, dimana informasi tersebut mencakup data dan router mana saja yang akan dilewati. Pada kasus tertentu, router dapat memiliki lebih dari satu gateway. Hal ini disebabkan karena router perlu mengirimkan paket data ke beberapa jaringan yang memiliki segmen berbeda. Kasus tersebut dapat ditangani dengan menggunakan aturan pemilihan jalur routing yang tepat. Permasalahan routing dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu permasalahan travelling salesman problem (TSP), dimana diperlukan suatu mekanisme dalam menentukan rute terpendek untuk dilalui. Penulis mengimplementasikan Algoritma Simulated Annealing karena dapat menghasilkan solusi yang optimal dengan komputasi ringan, sehingga proses routing dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci—Jaringan Komputer, Penentuan Rute, Travelling Salesman Problem, Algoritma Simulated Annealing

Abstract

Prima semesta alam merupakan sebuah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak dalam produksi kerajinan dari kulit hewan eksotis  seperti ular, biawak dan sebagainya.  Prima semesta alam merupakan mitra tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas). Usaha mitra sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2020 dan sistem penjualan sudah melalui e-commerce tetapi penjualan masih menembus pasa lokal atau dalam negeri belum bisa tembus ke luar negeri atau pasar internasional. Dalam usaha menembus pasar internasional yang menyangkut kemampuan ekspor produk kerajinan ke Negara lain maka peran teknologi digital sangat berperan penting. Hal ini dapat dimulai dengan mendesain situs website perusahaan yang memadai yang harus berorientasi ekspor, sederhana, dan intuitif dengan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan dengan sangat jelas mendeskripsikan siapa saya, apa yang saya lakukan, bagaimana saya melakukannya dan mengapa mereka harus memilih saya. Solusi inovatif yang diusulkan adalah ecommerce digital export. Dengan menggunakan hal ini diharapkan dapat bersaing dan berhasil dalam dunia digital. Selain itu, diharapkan produk kerajinan kulit hewan eksotis ini dapat menembus pasar internasional dan berdampak dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk kerajinan ini baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan salah satu penyumbang produk pertanian tertinggi di Jawa Timur. Dalam rangka peningkatan produk pertanian secara kontinu, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian (DKPP) Kabupaten Bojonegoro meningkatkan layanan penyuluhan pertanian. Dengan luasnya wilayah pertanian dan banyaknya tenaga penyuluh yang harus dikelola serta memudahkan monitoring, maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola penyuluh, penjadwalan waktu; tempat latihan; dan kunjungan, serta pelaporannya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan membangun sistem informasi latihan dan kunjungan penyuluh. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi, optimasi penjadwalan dapat dilakukan secara merata untuk setiap penyuluh dan kelompok binaan/desa.

Abstract

Fraud detection in online transactions is critical to protecting consumers and maintaining the integrity of the online business ecosystem. Dataset imbalance can affect the classification prediction performance. To overcome data imbalance, this research uses an oversampling approach with the SMOTE method. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of the SMOTE algorithm and decision tree classification in dealing with data imbalance problems in fraudulent transactions. The dataset used is online payments taken from Kaggle. The dataset shows that there are unbalanced classes, and it was found that using the SMOTE method increased the performance value better than using it without the SMOTE method. Using SMOTE gets very high metric values, up to a recall value of 100%. This shows that the model used in classifying fraudulent transactions is very effective.

Abstract

Cataract is a condition that causes clouding of the lens of the eye and is a leading cause of blindness, including in Indonesia. Cataract diagnosis is often inconsistent between ophthalmologists due to personal experience. This research proposes a Support Vector Machine (SVM) based classification system and Harmony Search metaheuristic algorithm to optimize the weight vector 'w' on the SVM hyperplane as a supporting tool for cataract diagnosis. The research data comes from Kaggle which includes normal eye fundus images and cataracts with mild-moderate and severe levels. The research stages include image conversion from RGB to Grayscale, image enhancement with Histogram Equalization and GLCE, and feature extraction using GLCM and Haar Wavelet Transform, and unbalanced data is balanced by the SMOTEENN method. The results showed that Harmony Search successfully improved SVM accuracy compared to Conventional SVM using Gradient Descent. Accuracy increased by 18% from 0.53 to 0.71 on unbalanced data, and by 13% from 0.67 to 0.80 on balanced data. In addition, Harmony Search can improve computational time efficiency due to its ability to explore space globally.

Abstract

Evaluation and monitoring of subsidized fertilizer is needed by the Food and Agriculture Security Service to control the distribution of subsidized fertilizer. To make it easier to monitor fertilizer distribution, an information system was created that can control and monitor fertilizer supplies and distribution. At the system needs analysis stage there are several procedures related to users in the system including farmers, distributors, extension workers, and the department itself. The evaluation and monitoring system was built using the waterfall method with needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. At the trial stage, system testing will be carried out using the black box testing method. Testing using black box testing aims to find out errors that occur when the system is used by the end user. From the results of testing using the black box method, it was found that the functionality of the system was running well.
