<![CDATA[Search application services that was designed, could be the based on the difficulty to find out, and to select expedition services which have provided. In these case, when someone who wants to send the packages to a particular destination. Each shipper will see the name of courier services, the speed the god arrive at the destination, prices, and customer services. This application is designed with fuzzy logic method that can be based on the selection of criteria, and specific category. The using and fuzzy logic method implementation can to help and ensure the selection of expedition service that based in variable or criteria are price, speed, location, and services. The result of this research will to display of application that was supported with database systems such as expedition services information and location, and then table of price is available.]]>

<![CDATA[The Assesment that held in the school is one of the learning process in education who do it by teacher. One of the course that exemined is Computer Application. In the computer application have 3 topic, they are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point. The assesment for studentâs at politecnic about learning computer application have 3 criteria in the selection. First of all, the students have ability to operate computer system generaly, it has understanding the formula on microsoft excel, the students have skill toward any application. In this study, fuzzy logic used for determining the quality assesment of stundentâs learning Information and Comunication Technology (ICT) as a tools to analyze any constraint that are known as min-max method. As a result, we have found that the students have good for analyzing in the application from the each question or case of study when the course it has been examined. ]]>

<![CDATA[Saat ini teknologi perangkat lunak mengalami perubahan dimulai dari perancangan, uji coba, implementasi sampai pada akhir yaitu evaluasi. Kondisi ini juga diikuti dengan tuntutan kualitas perangkat lunak yang di hasilkan oleh beberapa perusahaan pengembang. Khususnya dalam mengevaluasi perangkat lunak dalam faktor penggunaan yang di uji pada sisi eksternal yang dilakukan oleh pengguna. Studi kasus ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi pelacakan barang. Evaluasi kasus ini dilakukan secara empirik dengan menggunakan model penerimaan teknologi yang dimodifikasi. Model ini melibatkan tujuh konstruk parameter sebagai metrik uji untuk mengukur tingkat penggunaan bersamaan dengan hipotesis yang diusulkan. Selain itu, perolehan data berasal dari 120 responden yang tersebar diwilayah Jabodetabek. Hasil Akhir menunjukan bahwa model yang diusulkan memberikan penjelasan hampir semua konstrak dan hipotesi memiliki nilai positif. Nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi pelacakan pengiriman barang dipengaruhi secara kuat oleh faktor kemudahan dan nilai kegunaan aplikasi yang bermula dari rasa percaya, kepuasan, serta norma subjektif.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to: 1) Review and analyze the implementation of the land register for the first time with the Government Regulation Number 24 year 1997 regarding Land Registration in the Office of land Magetan. 2) review and analyze the obstacles that occur in the implementation of the land register for the first time based on the Government Regulation Number 24 year 1997 regarding Land Registration in the Office of land Magetan. The method of approach in writing this is the juridical sociological. The specification of this research uses descriptive analytic. Data source use the primary data and the data of skunder. Engineering data collection using the study interview, the library and study the documents. To analyze the data, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive methods of analysis. Based on the research results obtained conclusions that: 1) the procedures for the implementation of land registry are sporadic in Magetan Regency sudahsesuai with Government Regulation No. 24 Year 1997. However in practice the implementation of land registry in sporadic yet can increase the amount of land enrolled in Magetan. 2) land registry in sporadic Resistance in Magetan Regency caused by various factors that greatly affect i.e. lack of socialization about the benefits and the land registry, the data provided to the Office for petanahan Register of land does not correspond to the actual data, the number of communities that cannot afford the top large land registration fees, as well as the assumption that the community needed a long time in maintaining the certificate. To overcome the obstacles in the land registry are sporadic in Magetan Regency, such efforts can provide socialization about the benefits of and procedures for the registration of land as a regular activity in the Office of land Office, Magetan The defense is more selective in doing pengecekkan data-the data provided in the activity of the applicant's land registry. <![CDATA[Recently, almost everyone interacts with screen-focused technology. One of the forms of interaction with information technology is the use of smartphones. Smartphone is an object that is always close to someone. Due to this technology use, the application of counseling is increasing when it is associated with certain needs. counseling was once conducted in traditional way for quite long time. However, it is now mostly done virtually. Besides being able to be implemented in a remote context, counseling with a virtual platform is easier, more flexible, and can be done anywhere. The weakness that exists in virtual counseling is that it tends to be uncontrolled when viewed from the interaction pattern. Thus, the purpose of this study is to describe the pattern of interaction between counselors and counselees in virtual counseling services. The virtual counseling is run on a web application platform. The flow of communication and interaction is described by lines as segments. The final result shows that the interaction in cyber counseling services is relatively high. Another finding is the reaction made by the counselees that can successfully be identified, namely the counselee who is open and closed when expressing their problems to the counselor. Thus, the graph-based cyber counseling development model can predict which clients are open and closed.Keywords: Development, Counselling model, Cyber Counselling, Graph-Counselling]]>

<![CDATA[The role of information technology is very important in building communication relations between users in cyberspace. The relationship of digital communication with platforms through social media is very complicated. The most important thing is the pattern of communication in the spread of da’wa in cyberspace. Currently, the form of cyber media is only used for the use and evaluation of how da’wa can adopt internet media. In this paper, our motivation is to make data modeling on communication patterns with digital platforms through social media in the dissemination and development of da’wa media. The research method is starting with the collection, extraction, understanding of data, the formation of a graph model and the evaluation stage. The modeling is in the form of a graph using network-based analysis techniques through the identification of entities and also relationships with other entities. The final result of this discussion is that the graph model is measured by the centrality method to ensure the validity of the model. Based on the results of tests and evaluations with centrality that graph modeling is considered very good for modeling communication by building a classification of media forms used.]]>
