Abstract

Responsiveness is the desire of the employee as an attitude of responsiveness, responding to customers, listening to complaints, willing to help, provide prompt and accurate service, always ready to respond to customer requests with the delivery of information clear. In loyalty process, customers will be influenced by variable responsiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of responsiveness to customer loyalty at PT. BPR Sumber Pangasean Bandar Jaya. The research of analysis tool used is Spearman rank analysis to know the variable of responsiveness to customer loyalty by using computer program aids. Based on the calculation that the variable responsiveness has a correlation or relationship with customer loyalty variables. So it can be concluded that the responsiveness has a significant effect on the loyalty of the customer with a strong level of relationship. Keywords - Conscientiousness, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Performance problem which happened at Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Dompet Peduli  Ummat  Daarul  Tauhid  Bandar  Lampung  branch  was  the  employee performance result was not relevant with what the zakat recipient institution expected. The study aim was to analyze the effect of Work Discipline and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Dompet Peduli Ummat Daarul Tauhiid Bandar Lampung branch. The type of this study used quantitative with an associative method through cause effect method. The sample collecting method used saturated sampling technique. The data collecting method used questionnaire and interview. The data analysis used double linear regression through t test and F test. The population was all employees of Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Dompet Peduli Ummat Daarut Tauhiit Bandar Lampung branch as 42 people. The research result shows that Work Discipline and Work Commitment significantly affected Employee Performance at Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) Dompet Peduli Ummat Daarut Tauhiid Bandar Lampung branch simultaneously and partially.Keywords — Work Discipline, Work Commitment and Performance

Abstract

Harion Hostel Bandar Lampung as located on Jalan Pulau Batam No. 5 Bandar Lampung. Harion Hostel has several room types i.e: Single Standard, Superior, Deluxe, and Deluxe Double / Twin. The objective of the study wuse to lenau simultaneously and partially the impact of the price and service quality on customer satisfaction. This study used quantitative and associative method, to determine the relationship between two variables or more, and it has a causal relationship. Based on this research, F count test results is 44.820 > 3.09, this shows the price and service quality affects customer satisfaction. R square Determination coefficient value is 0.48. This means, 48 % of costumer’s satisfaction variable can be explained by The Price and Service Quality Factors, while the other remaining 52 % of customer satisfaction are explained by other variables. Based on The t-test, the price affects customer satisfaction with value of t-count is 9.494. And Service Quality didn’t affect the consumer’s satisfaction with value of t count is 0.205.Keywords — Price, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of analyzing customer satisfaction Emersia Hotel Bandar Lampung. The sample used is 100 people using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by analyzing the importance of customer and performance given by Hotel Emersia Bandar Lampung. The results of the IPA show the attributes that should be prioritized on the cleanliness of the room and the whole room, the services provided in accordance with the promised, the employees are always willing to help customers, employees are always on the spot when needed customers and employees always understand the needs of customers. The index of customer satisfaction on Emersia Bandar Lampung is satisfied with Customer Satisfaction (CSI) of 76.28. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the condition of funding ratio owned by Plantation Pension Fund (DAPENBUN), determination of funding condition and funding adequacy are based on Decree of Minister of Finance No.510/KMK.06/ 2002. The research method used qualitative method, the type of research is descriptive and the data used in this research is the form of financial statements. The results of this study shows the ratio of funding and fulfillment of pension benefit obligation (solvency ratio) of Plantation Pension Fund (DAPENBUN) in 2011-2015, the highest funding ratio in 2011 is 87.48% and the highest solvency ratio in 2011 in 92.71%. The lowest funding ratio in 2015 is 78.48% and the lowest solvency ratio in 2015 is 84.09%. It influences a funding level of DAPENBUN decreased 100% and it is in 3rd level of funding, where DAPENBUN is in the lowest level because its actuary liability is bigger than its asset and its solvency liability is bigger than its wealth for its funding.Keywords - Funding Ratio, fulfillment of pension benefit obligation.

Abstract

In Nusantara Tropical Farm Company (NTF), there are problems that are lack of motivation given such as giving compensation, incentives or bonuses and attention etc. to the employees. This causes a decrease in employee morale in completing the work that is charged to employees. As for the problem in this research is "Is there any influence between motivation with work achievement of employees at Company Nusantara Tropical Farm (NTF) in Lampung Timur. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Motivation with Employee Achievement and the magnitude of the influence of Motivation on Employee Achievement at Nusantara Tropical Farm Company (NTF) in East Lampung. The research method used in analyzing this problem is quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. In the quantitative analysis the author uses the formula coefficient determinant and product moment correlation. In this writing using two independent variables (Motivation) denoted by the letter (X) and the dependent variable (Achievement work) is denoted by the letter (Y). The sample technique is to determine the number of samples used as research objects. In this study using population techniques referring to the opinion Suharsimi Arikunto where the number of employees in the Company Nusantara Tropical Farm (NTF) is less than 100 that is 56 people in the production. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded as follows: the value of rhitung obtained is 0.819> from the rtabel value at the significance level of 1% = 0.345 and the significant level of 5% = 0.254. This shows the value of 0.19> 0.345; 0.254 or in other words thitung = 0.819 lies between 0.710 to 0.900, then from the product moment correlation is calculated again by using the formula KP (coefficient determinant) to find closeness of relationship between the two variables that is equal to 67.07% which means the existence of a close influence and positive, this means that "the influence of motivation with employee performance has a significant positive effect in Nusantara Tropical Farm (NTF) Company in Lampung Timur.Keywords — Motivation, Work Achievement

Abstract

In improving the quality of education is very related to the problem of human resources, therefore the process of recruitment and selection of human resources (HR) is very important and can only be obtained through effective selection efforts that involve accurate and sustainable management functions. so that the qualifications in accordance with the field of work are obtained and the objectives of an educational institution are achieved. therefore, the HR selection process is one of the most important things in achieving the goals of an educational institution. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach; Data collection through interviews as the main method and documentation as a supporting method in research, data analysis with reducing the data from interviews and documentation, then the data obtained is displayed, then conclusions are taken. The validity test of the data used is source triangulation. The data sources in this research are the Chairman of the Foundation, Head of the HR Division, Headmaster, Teacher, Secretary and office Staff. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that; Selection conducted at the Baitul Jannah Foundation can be said good, because it is done in a systematic way, the selection consists of 2 (two) step, that is a preparation and implementation. Steps of preparation (including the activities of establish a selection team, preparing assessment instruments, preparation of place and time. And at the implementation steps (including the activities of administrative selection, beginning interviews, micro teaching, final interview and last decisions of result selection).However, it is necessary to improve the test in terms of measuring general and psychology knowledge which has only been explored through interviews, therefore written tests need to be carried out so that the results will become more valid and authentic.Keywords — Selection, Teachers

Abstract

The medical services industry is now increasingly competitive. This encourages hospital hospitals to further improve their performance. The Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital is no exception. One effort that can be done is to improve employee performance by increasing job satisfaction. The problem in this study is to find out whether the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction to improve employee performance at Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital. This study aims to determine whether the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction to improve employee performance at Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital. This study used a sample of 93 employees from a population of 170 employees. This study uses the SEM (Structural Equestion Modeling) method. From the results of the tests that have been made it is known that (1). organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, (2). leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3). Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords — Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture, competence, and performance both partially and simultaneously.The method used in this research is verification method. The object population of the study was 62 employees, sampling using census methods. The findings in this study are partially first; Organizational culture contributes positively to employee performance by 22%, secondly the influence of competence on employee performance is 41%, while simultaneously the influence of organizational culture and competence on performance is 63.1%.One of management's efforts in improving employee performance needs to pay attention to introducing organizational culture by way of new employee orientation and competence by providing training that supports work such as communication and negotiation training. Whereas for further research can expand the object of research or add variables and other indicators that affect employee performance.With the disclosure of these variables, it will enrich the references regarding Organizational Culture and Competence to the Bank Jabar Banten Employee Performance variable. It is hoped that later the resulting data can further reveal the variables under study so as to further strengthen and enrich the results of the research.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competence, Employee Performance.

Abstract

All companies generally have a strategy to advance the company, it requires good communication skills between superiors and subordinates to avoid misunderstandings. In addition to good communication skills between superiors and subordinates in an organization, the ability of superiors to lead an organization is also needed. Leadership is important in every organization, because this is the leader factor that determines the success or failure of an organization, therefore the company must be able to optimize the performance of its employees, company performance will achieve satisfactory results in the company if there is good communication, effective leadership and motivation good work too. With good performance, the company will be able to compete in the industry. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between leadership style, interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction and its effect on employee performance. The method used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that the relationship of leadership style to employee job satisfaction has a contribution of 0.24, the relationship of leadership style to employee performance has a contribution of 0.279, the relationship between interpersonal communication and satisfaction employee work has a contribution of 0.131, the relationship of interpersonal communication to employee performance has a contribution of 0.448, the relationship of employee job satisfaction to employee performance has a contribution of 0.185. While for the total influence between leadership style through employee job satisfaction on employee performance has a contribution of 0.323 and interpersonal communication through employee job satisfaction on employee performance has a contribution of 0.472Keywords — leadership style, interpersonal communication, employee job satisfaction, employee performance
