Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture, competence, and performance both partially and simultaneously.The method used in this research is verification method. The object population of the study was 62 employees, sampling using census methods. The findings in this study are partially first; Organizational culture contributes positively to employee performance by 22%, secondly the influence of competence on employee performance is 41%, while simultaneously the influence of organizational culture and competence on performance is 63.1%.One of management's efforts in improving employee performance needs to pay attention to introducing organizational culture by way of new employee orientation and competence by providing training that supports work such as communication and negotiation training. Whereas for further research can expand the object of research or add variables and other indicators that affect employee performance.With the disclosure of these variables, it will enrich the references regarding Organizational Culture and Competence to the Bank Jabar Banten Employee Performance variable. It is hoped that later the resulting data can further reveal the variables under study so as to further strengthen and enrich the results of the research.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competence, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compere factors work-life balance on student work and not at some college in Bandung. The topic of work-life balance is becoming increasingly important, especially in developing countries, including one of which is Indonesia. This research was carried out by conducting a survey of students at several universities in Bandung. Analysis factors was performed using SPSS 22. This research obtains empirical findings that Family Work confict (FWC) is forming the greatest the work life balance both student work and not, as well as the work that is equal to 0.883, and 0.914. Shaping the majority is on the student group is not working "Work Family Conflict" (WFC) became the second factor shaping work life balance that is equal to 0.881.

Abstract

The new curriculum which revises the SMK 2018, revised curriculum focuses on the used information and telecommunications technology. These curriculum have several renewals such as the emergence of the name office automation and governance and also the emergence of subjects with availability of digital and technology. One of the subjects highlighted was electronic archiving to answer these challenges. The purpose of this service were to improve the competence of teachers and staff of SMKN Cisarua in the field of electronic filing systems with the IWSM program and the introduction of the wordpress application. This service method hybird. Delta, the results of the evaluation of the average post test score compared to  pree test, increased by 18%, this shows a positive result. With the attendance rate of participants for 5 days of training of 82,4%. This indicates that the high enthusiasm of the participants.

Abstract

Changes of business environment that is increasingly fast encountered by PT.KAI (PERSERO) DAOP II Bandung. It requires this company to be adapted. Adapting with this is condition is a must. The company's ability to address the challenges of current and future become one of the power that must be owned by the company. The purpose of this research is to discover to discover effect change management on learning organization and its implication on employee performance in PT.KAI (PERSERO) DAOP II Bandung. This research used survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The result of Effect of change management on employee performance through learning organization is about 41.11%. Abstract

Several previous studies have shown a relationship between employee engagement which has a positive effect on performance. This study aims to conduct a study related to the effect of employee engagement on employee performance at Kosipa MSK. The census sampling method was 33 employees. The data obtained is then processed using a causal model with the help of SmartPLS software. The results obtained that support the general theory of employee engagement where employee engagement affects employee performance by 43%, so there are still 57% of factors that affect the performance of other variables. This study provides suggestions for further researchers to expand the object of research and its longitudinal study in addition to that employee engagement can be a moderator variable to determine employee performance.

Abstract

UMKM are one of the sectors that can sustain the Indonesian economy due to absorbing very large employment opportunities. Besides that, UMKM are also a sector that is immune to economic crises, if we flash back almost 20 years ago when our nation experienced a multidimensional crisis. Where at that time many companies both international and national scale were out of business, it was proven that UMKM could survive at that time. Laudia was one of the UMKMs fostered by Studentpreneur STIE Ekuitas having its address at Cimahi City. Kacang Laudia UMKM Cimahi City has two product variations, namely egg glass and onion beans. From the results of the initial survey of the field writer and interview with Ms. Siti Mudrikah, the owner of Kacang Laudia UMKM. We get an overview of business processes, starting from the challenges, obstacles, opportunities and threats of these UMKM, so that we get a complete picture of how to implement business processes, here we prioritize some who need immediate improvement: 1. Need training and mentoring with increase in sales volume 2. The production process needs to be improved and 3. Recording of financial statements. We hope that this will be carried out by community service staff to increase sales volume, productivity efficiency and good simple financial reporting.Keywords: UMKM

Abstract

The Directorate General of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, has begun to paymore attention to Vocational education. The real steps of the Directorate General of Vocational Educationof the Ministry of Education and Culture can be seen from its two special programs, namely the D2 fasttrack program for SMK and the D-3 upgrade program to applied bachelor's degree. This study aims toprovide a basis for one of the universities in Bandung to determine whether it is the right step to increasethe D-3 level to become an Applied Bachelor. Quantitative Descriptive Analysis was conducted to providea real picture of the condition of existing D-3 students. The results showed that the majority of studentschose the D-3 level because they wanted to immediately graduate from college and then work. Meanwhile,students who enter the D-3 level because they are not accepted in the first choice occupy the lowest positionon the D-3 level selection criteria indicator and are included in the assessment criteria. Therefore, there isstill no urgency to increase the D-3 level to an Applied Bachelor degree from the perspective of highereducation consumers, namely college students.

Abstract

Bank Woori Saudara KC Diponegoro merupakan salah satu kantor cabang dari PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk. yang bergerak dalam bidang perbankan komersial. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas perbankannya, Bank Woori Saudara selalu melibatkan berkas-berkas penting yang akan digunakan sebagai tahapan identifikasi terhadap suatu nasabah. salah satu dari contoh berkas tersebut adalah Dokumen Aplikasi CIF yang memuat sejumlah informasi penting terkait nasabah. Kumpulan arsip tersebut disimpan serta dikelola oleh Departemen Front Office di Bank Woori Saudara. Dalam melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan arsip para staff frontliner memberlakukan sistem penyimpanan yang manual, dimana dokumen-dokumen tersebut disimpan berdasarkan urutan dan susunan nomor CIF yang terletak pada filling cabinet yang tersedia. Kurangnya tata kelola kearsipan serta sistem pencatatan yang memadai menyebabkan para staff frontliner seringkali mengalami kesulitan pada saat melakukan pencarian dokumen yang diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka memenuhi perkembangan teknologi yang serba cepat serta sistem tata kelola kearsipan yang memadai maka dibuatlah suatu aplikasi pengarsipan elektronik. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu para staff frontliner dalam menjalankan aktivitas operasional khususnya pada kebutuhan suatu informasi. Dalam melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan, aplikasi tersebut menggunakan sistem Macro VBA Excel agar memiliki tampilan dan pengerjaan yang mudah dipahami

Abstract

Inventory information systems are important for companies because they are used as records related to the availability of goods during sales. In Deu Magaza, the recording of goods is still done using the manual method which has many weaknesses, it is also less effective and efficient in seeing how many items are available. Therefore, a more complete and detailed information system regarding inventory is designed to assist employees in managing goods and finding available goods more easily so as to reduce errors made. The design is done using Microsoft Access to make it easier for users to learn it. Making this inventory information system helps check the availability of goods more easily and quickly, also makes work on the inventory section more effective and efficient. Evaluation of the results of the design that has been made using the usability testing method, and it is found that the design and manufacture of the information system that has been carried out is good and in accordance with the needs, can also handle the constraints that exist in the Deu Magaza inventory section.
