Abstract The college student affairs at a university is one of the units that conducts quite a lot of student activities. The many of college student activities requires documentation of the various stages of the proposed activity proposal from various student activities. Which carries out many activities certainly requires a good planning so that the implementation of the activities proposed by college students or through representatives of student activities can proceed according to the proposed plan. Likewise, the proposal for the implementation of college student activities at the University goes through various stages so that proposals proposed by college students can be approved by the college student affairs. These activities certainly require a good planning so that the implementation of activities proposed by college students and through representatives of student activities can proceed according to the proposed plan. The number of college student activity proposal certainly requires the development of an information system that will assist the management of college student proposals. Based on this background in this study will develop an information system that can be used for management of college student activity proposals. The system development method used is prototype while the information system design method will use a unified modeling language (UML). The final result of this study is a system that can be used for the management of the submission of college student activity proposals which includes the process of data collection on various student activities, registration of proposals, approval of supervisors, evaluation of proposals and reports on the results of college student activity proposals. Keywords: Information Systems; Management, College Student Proposals Abstrak Bidang kemahasiswaan pada suatu universitas merupakan salah satu unit yang melakukan pengelolaan kegiatan - kegiatan kemahasiwaan yang cukup banyak. Banyaknya kegiatan kemahasiswaan tersebut memerlukan dokumentasi berbagai tahapan usulan proposal kegiatan dari berbagai macam kegiatan kemahasiwaaan. Kegiatan - kegiatan tersebut tentunya memerlukan sebuah perencanaan yang baik agar pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diusulkan oleh mahasiswa maupun lewat perwakilan kegiatan kemahasiswan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang diusulkan. Banyaknya usulan proposal kegiatan kemahasiswaan tersebut tentunya memerlukan pengembangan sebuah sistem informasi yang akan membantu pengelolaan usulan-usulan proposal kemahasiswan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut dalam penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk manajemen proposal kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah prototype sementara metode perancangan sistem informasi ini akan menggunakan unified modeling language (UML). Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk manajemen proses pengajuan usulan kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang meliputi proses pendataan berbagai macam kegiatan kemahasiswaan, pendaftaran usulan proposal, persetujuan dosen pembimbing, evaluasi usulan proposal serta laporan hasil usulan proposal kegiatan kemahasiswan. Geographic Information System is a special information system that manages data that has spatial information (spatial reference). Or in a narrower sense, is a computer system that has the ability to build, store, manage and display geo-referenced information, such as data identified by its location in a database. With this rapid technological progress, the author tries to implement one of the GIS application program into the form of Kost Home layout information in Kotabumi. The author tries to build an application that will help to simplify the search such as information about home boarding services, home boarding locations, and strategic location of boarding house. The system to be created is "Geographic Information System Provider of Kost Home Based Website". The development used in this research is the development with Object Oriented model that uses several tools such as Use Case, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram. Semakin berkembangnya jaman, Sistem Informasi dibuat untuk mempermudah dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data maka dapat menghasilkan suatu informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Jika tidak mengikuti perkembangan sistem informasi, setiap perusaahan akan sangat kesulitan dalam proses bisnis yang ada. Pada penelitian ini perusahaan yang akan dilakukan studi kasusnya adalah perusahaan kontraktor. Setelah melakukan observasi dan wawancara, telah ditemukan masalah yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut dan dijadikan masalah utama pada penelitian kali ini. Masalah yang ada pada perusahaan ini adalah alur yang ada pada perusahaan masih belum terurut dengan baik, perusahaan dapat melongkap tahap dari A ke C, yang harusnya tahap A, lalu B, lalu C. Dengan adanya masalah ini, penelitian akan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming. Penggunaan metode Extreme Programming pada penelitian ini dikarenakan aplikasi sering berubah dalam kurun waktu yang cepat. Extreme Programming adalah metode yang berorientasi objek dan digunakan ketika requirements yang kurang jelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi Project Management Information System (PMIS) di perusahaan kontraktor dengan harapan alur dan masalah yang ada pada perusahaan dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.

Staf of sales are the main supporters of a company engaged in distribution. One way company leaders to motivate sales salespeople who have the high ability and morale to do their jobs in the form of annual bonuses to sales staff that are in accordance with the work performance produced. Bonuses can be a driver for companies to show better performance. CV Anugerah Jaya Sentosa Lampung still looks inaccurate because it was not used criteria that should be determinant of decision making. For this reason, researchers agree on a support system that is able to be able to solve the agreed problem. The design of this decision support system was made using the PHP and Java Netbeans programming languages, and the method used was the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS will help the calculation in decision making of alternatives based on distance to positive solutions and distance to negative solutions by taking relative proximity to ideal solution. Using the TOPSIS method can provide companies in determining who are the recipients of annual prizes to sales staff. Keywords: Decision Support System, TOPSIS, Rewards

Pada MTS Nurul Huda Madukoro saat ini masih mengandalkan pencatatan pelanggaran siswa secara manual kedalam buku. Artinya guru dalam hal ini harus mencatat dan menghitung pelanggaran siswa kedalam buku. Ini menunjukkan belum adanya sistem yang efektif dan efisien dengan asas cepat, dan tepat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode Design and creation. Aplikasi dirancang berbasis client-server ini berjalan di sistem operasi Android dan Web, dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman Java untuk aplikasi, dan HTML, Php, CSS untuk Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode perancangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Xtreme Progamming (XP). Teknik pengujian sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah black box testing.Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengetahui perilaku siswa di sekolah demi pencapaian keberhasilan studi siswa. Guru juga dapat dengan mudah untuk melakukan input pelanggaran dan menghitung poin pelanggaran siswa yang nanti nya guru dapat merekap poin pelanggaran siswa di akhir semester.Keywords : Pelanggaran siswa , Android, Xtreme Progamming (XP)

The purpose of this research is to process the data of receipt of goods at PT Transmart Central Park, analyze the existing database in the information system of receipt of goods to get the necessary information and design the data warehouse to integrate the existing data so that obtained information to take a decision. Business Intelligence (BI) is one of information technology that can be solution to collect, store and analyze company data. Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) consists of a set of tools in use to help the process of analysis and comparison of data in the database. OLAP tools and methods help users analyze data in a data warehouse by providing a variety of dynamic graphical display data. The data warehouse design method is implemented by applying the 9 steps (Nine-Step Methodology) used by Ralph Kimball in designing the star scheme. The results achieved are data warehouse that provides the desired information and provide summary information in the form of tables and charts, can be compared between the purchase order data with receiving report is global, relevant, and integrated that can be seen from various points of view so useful for the leaders to make a decision.Keywords: Bussines Intelligent; Data Warehouse; OLAP; Nine-Step Methodology

Knowledge is a success key for any aspects in various fields. As a community, Komunitas Hidroponik Bandar Lampung implemented the advancement of information technology in improving the understanding of hydroponic techniques. To maintain the learning process, innovation and renewal is developed and continued. Therefore, it is needed facilities or activities that can facilitate every individual or member to express his/her ideas or opinion on the hydroponic techniques. Website Knowledge Management of Komunitas Hidroponik was designed using Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. The construction of the website using PHP as the scripting language, PHP My Admin as the web server, Atom Text Editor as the interface editor, Adobe Photoshop CS6 as picture editor, Star UML for designing the system diagram design, and MySQL as the database processor. This study resulted in a Website Knowledge Management. The utilization of the website can help the users gaining information, giving venues for discussion, interaction and sharing knowledge on hydroponic techniques. Aplikasi program penjualan pakaian muslim merupakan suatu sistem yang memberikan layanan informasi yang berupa data transaksi penjualan barang khususnya pakaian muslim dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis web. Dalam kenyataan yang terjadi di masyarakat, sistem informasi penjualan barang yang ada belum terkelola dengan baik dan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga seringkali terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan yang ada, seperti proses pengolahan data transaksi penjualan, pengolahan data barang, pengolahan data customer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi sistem untuk memberikan kemudahan pada saat proses pengolahan data barang, data customer, data transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, dan meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan data penjualan per-periode. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dengan model pengembangan SDLC yang mampu membuat sistem secara bertahap. Cara pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Alat Bantu analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Relasi tabel dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah: Windows 7, MySql, Xampp, dan Sublime Text 3. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data transaksi penjualan dan juga pengolahan laporan agar lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat

The development of internet technology provides opportunities for applications in all types of human activities including special education for higher education in universities to improve the quality of education. This study discusses the importance of the elements that must be met when we build web-based academic applications with web technology as an information system service using an Android-based smartphone. As a sample in the research data, there were 168 or 50% of students involved in the total number of Computer Science students at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro Lampung, 336 people in the use of web-based lecture information system services. Improving the quality of lecture information system services is needed a response from students with the existence of this information system service by using questionnaires as responsive indicators of students. Online Information System Services lectures conducted by a lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. This research will also discuss open source as the foundation for disseminating lecture information system services that can be carried out by students and lecturers by using a variety of hardware one with a mobile system or smartphone.Keywords: Reponvive Services, Information Systems, Online Lectures
