Abstract

Kerjasama merupakan suatu strategi bisnis yang dilakukan oleh dua pihak atau lebih dalam jangka waktu tertentu, kerjasama dapat terjadi ketika pihak yang bersangkutan memiliki kepentingan dan kesadaran yang sama untuk mencapai tujuan dan kepentingan bersama. Proses pengolahan data kerjasama vendor yang masih ada dilakukan secara konvensional. Sehingga pada bagian Pengadaan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Panjang mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data dimana dalam dokumentasi data kerjasama vendor masih berupa hardcopy, pegawai harus mencari satu persatu data untuk mengetahui informasi terkait kerjasama vendor tersebut. Sistem yang diusulkan untuk membantu  pengolahan data kerjasama vendor adalah sistem informasi kerjasama vendor berbasis web. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Rational Unified Process (RUP), dengan tahapan inception, elaboaration, contruction, dan transition. hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem dapat menampilkan akta perusahaan, izin perusahaan, kontrak kerjasama, dan notifikasi jatuh tempo kontrak kerjasama. Kata kunci: Kerjasama Vendor; Web

Abstract

Infants aged six to twenty-four months, starting with complementary feeding of milk (MPASI). MPASI should be sufficient for infants, to meet the nutritional needs of infant growth, with attention to the fulfillment of nutritional needs, nutrition is one factor that must be considered. A mother will prepare food for her baby, taking into account the fulfillment of nutrition, so it will be very efficient in terms of time and energy. Therefore, this study proposes the construction of a system to recommend complementary foods of breast milk. By considering the baby's nutritional needs for optimal infant development, this research uses technique for order preference method by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). Stages performed in this research is data collection, analysis of application methods, implementation, and testing. Determining criteria include brain development, body resistance, optimal physical growth and bone development that takes several alternatives: team rice, vegetable puree, fruit juice, and baby cereal. In this study, the best choice in providing complementary feeding of milk is using an alternative cereal with the yield of 0.619. So from this study concluded that the best alternative is Cereal, with the amount of time to eat according to the baby's age with attention to nutrition to the food ingredients used. Abstract

Saat ini banyak sekali layanan publik dan komersial yang digunakan melalui Internet, sehingga keamanan sistem menjadi isu terpenting di masyarakat dan ancaman dari peretas juga meningkat. Begitu banyak peneliti merasa sistem deteksi intrusi bisa menjadi garis pertahanan mendasar. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) merupakan sebuah kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh sebuah sistem atau perangkat untuk dapat melakukan deteksi terhadap serangan yang mungkin terjadi dalam jaringan baik lokal maupun yang terhubung dengan internet. Masalah dimulai ketika paket data yang datang sangat banyak dan harus di analisa di kemudian hari. Data mining adalah salah satu solusi mengatasi permasalahan IDS. Makalah ini mengusulkan penggunaan dataset KDDCUP’99 sebagai pengujian awal untuk menganalisis algoritma data mining pada klasifikasi serangan. Algoritma data mining yang diusulkan adalah yang berbasis Tree yaitu Hoeffding Tree, J48, Random Forest, Random Tree dan Rep Tree, kemudian dilakukan pengujian dengan Weka Tools. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan metode 10 fold cross validation pada algoritma Random Forest menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi mencapai 99,9891 %.

Abstract

Health care community is one of the social facilities that uses the developing information technology. The development of this information technology can be seen on the development of clinics and hospitals because they have developed the computerized systems. The access to the contents of the data is done by computerizing so that it will facilitate the data processing, saving time, effort and costs. The method used in this research was through Waterfall. This Waterfall method consisted of communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment. The data collecting techniques used in this research were interview, observation and literature study. The implementation of this method was by the system analysis, the context diagram, the DFD, and the table relationships. To design and create this application used Netbeans 7.1.2, Java programming languages, MySql databases, and Xampp Webserver, The implementation of this application for the data management of the community health center in the Margodadi Village was able to help the data recording, the data processing, and the report making done by the staffs so that the administrators were able to search the data in this application. Keywords: Information System; Community Health Service Margodadi; Waterfall

Abstract

Currently, the problem of college failure, its on-time graduation, and the factors that cause it is still an interesting research topic (C. Marquez-Vera, C. Romero and S. Ventura, 2011). This study compares three data mining classification algorithms namely Naive Bayes, Decision Tree and K-Nearest Neighbor to predict graduation and dropout risk for students to improve the quality of higher education and the most accurate algorithms to use Prepare graduation and dropout prediction Student studies. The best algorithm for predicting graduation and dropout is the decision tree with the best accuracy value of 99.15% with a training data ratio of 30%. Keyword : Data Mining; Algoritma Naive Bayes; Decision Tree; K-Nearest Neighbor; Predict Graduation; Drop Out.

Abstract

Based on the data of rice crops from BPS-Statistics of Bekasi Regency in the field of Food Crops, there are several sub-districts in Bekasi Regency with varying rice yields. Therefore, it is necessary to group the sub-districts with the highest potential of rice producers. Therefore, a method is needed to facilitate the classification of paddy producing districts. By Fuzzy C-Means clustering method, the division of rice-producing sub-districts can be done based on the area of rice harvest (Ha) and rice production (ton). In this research, clustering of potential sub-districts using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm is aimed at facilitating the grouping of a sub-district with the largest and low rice yields. The result is an illustration that shows the subdistrict grouping based on the results of paddy farming.Keywords: Clustering; Data Mining; Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm

Abstract

This paper proposes one of approach for diagnosing faults in motorcycle by using Case-Based Reasoning Approach (CBR). CBR process through four stages consist of Retrieve, Reuse, Revise and Retain. The calculation of equation have been done by Simple Matching Coefficient (SMC). Diagnosing faults in motorcycle was started by tracking initial indication that occur in the motorcycle, then ended when the solution has been found with similar of existing case. The result shown that the most often problem after diagnosis was the machine unable to start/difficult to turn on with the Carburetor Attribute Weight achieve the highest percentage of attributes. Keyword: CBR, Diagnosis, Motorcycle, SMC

Abstract

Media Informasi sebagai sarana pemasaran dan pengenalan suatu kampus terus berkembang sehingga hadirnya teknologi yang semakin maju dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan baik dan interaktif. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi saat ini adalah dengan hadirnya teknologi virtual reality (VR) yang dapat menjadi alternatif sebagai media informasi pengenalan kampus. Media informasi pada lingkungan gedung kampus IIB Darmajaya menjadi topik yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini, Tiap gedung memiliki ruang di tiap lantai yang menjadi tempat kegiatan perkuliahan, ruang serbaguna, ruang dosen, dan ruang kegiatan mahasiswa. Jika seseorang belum pernah berkunjung ke kampus Darmajaya, maka dengan teknologi VR ini anda dapat melihat kampus Darmajaya dari dekat seolah-olah anda berada di kampus tersebut. Saat video berjalan, Anda dapat berinteraksi dan menjelajahi seluruh ruangan dan halaman Gedung Darmajaya, ini termasuk narasi dari seseorang, yang menceritakan peristiwa bersejarah dan tempat-tempat yang menarik di kampus Darmajaya. Maksud dari penelitian video 360o ini adalah memberikan perspektif orang tentang bagaimana rasanya kuliah di kampus Darmajaya.

Abstract

Bandar Lampung is a city with a total of 16 units of hospitals and 30 units of puskesmas. In fact the condition of information systems about health facilities, especially in the city of Bandar Lampung can not be accessed by the general public quickly, accurately and accurately, this is due to the absence of information systems about health facilities in Bandar Lampung city terinventarisasi in an online information system spatial-based, health facility mapping data is still manual and not computerized. In this research, the design of geographic information system is done by using Unified Software Development Process (USDP) which consists of 4 stages, namely Planning, Analysis, Desaign, and Implementation. Geographic Information System Website Health Facilities in Bandar Lampung city can help and facilitate people to find location and information related to hospital and health center in Bandar Lampung city by showing spatial data and non spatial data from hospital and puskesmas. This website can show you the route to the destination health facility from where the user is located.Keywords: Geographic Information System; Health Facilities; Unified Software Development Process (USDP)
