Abstract

Penelitian menghasilkan cetak biru perencananan strategis sistem informasi/teknologi informasi pada Akademi Teknologi Pringsewu (ATP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi yang dikemukakan oleh Joe Ward dan Joe Peppard. Tahapan yang dilakukan dimulai dari melakukan analisa lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal organisasi, analisa SI/TI internal dan eksternal organisasi, dilanjutkan dengan proses identifikasi strategi, dan melakukan rancangan portofolio masa yang akan datang. Metode analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan beberapa metode analisis antara lain, SWOT, Critical Success Factor, Value Chain, PEST, dan Mc Farlan Strategic Grid. Tujuan strategis dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan pelayanan yang prima dengan menyediakan sistem informasi sebagai alat transaksi pelayanana kepada seluruh civitas akademika berdasarkan prioritas rencana implementasi sistem informasi.

Abstract

This study is based on the lack of use of android-based learning media that impact on the way some schools view in responding to smartphone usage by students, the school considered that the use of smartphones in the school environment can negatively impact the learning process so prohibit the use of smartphones by students in the school environment. The results showed that: (1) Android-based learning media for digital simulation subjects principal subject of this numerical processing software successfully developed (2) Application of this Android-based learning media received good response from students (3) 4.65 average with the category of "very good"; the results of the assessment of media experts get an average score of 4.56 with the category of "very good"; and the results of field implementation test on 32 students get the average score of 4.51 with the category "very good". Thus, the Android-based learning media for digital simulation subjects the subject matter of numerical processing software. developed are considered appropriate to be used as learning media.Keywords: Android-Based Learning; Smartphone;Digital Simulation; Learning Media.

Abstract

Institute of Informatics and Business Darmajaya provides 4 locations to accommodate parking for motorcycles and 3-point car from the parking area that has been provided has not been able menmpang caused the overall vehicle parking arrangements are not good and are still manual. The lack of information about the state of the parking location is also the cause of the irregular and less extensive parking location. By utilizing RFID technology, Arduino, IR sensors, and Led Matrix is expected to be the solution of the problem. detecting when the RFID tag read ID (RFID card) LED matrix displays information on the location of the parking lot, but it led Marix will always display information in accordance with a state park number of parking locations. Keywords: Parking, Technology, Safety, Comfort, information

Abstract

Based on the research data, it is that the leader of Master Fried Chicken and Burger have difficulties about stock and good distribution activities as delayof stock and goods distribution, hoarding goods in warehouse, file duplication, hard file finding, information given are not accurate and takes long time in searching the data as it has no reports provided to leaders even in stock reports or in goods distribution report. The method used in this research is orientasi design analysis with the use of UML model using Netbeans IDE 6.0. tools and to make Master Fried Chicken and Burger needs stock and goods distributions system which are developed to be a program using java programming language. The system made can report which are not existed before like goods data report. Kiosk data, staff data and supplier data. Bisedes, this system can print road letter, purchasing application letter, report of stock and goods distribution perkioask per period faster by inputting number or period of printed date. By using this stock and goods distribution, it is expected to help Master Fried Chiken and Burger in controlling its stock and goods distribution.Keywords: Procurement; Distribution of goods; UML

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan bantuan pendidikan yang ditujukan untuk meringankan biaya pendidikan sekaligus membantu memperbaiki tingkat pendidikan bangsa. Saat ini banyak beasiswa yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa yang kurang mampu dan mahasiswa berprestasi. Untuk mengantisipasi agar beasiswa tersalurkan kepada yang berhak maka diperlukan suatu system mengambil keputusan yang berdasarkan pada enam kriteria utama yaitu Index Prestasis Komulatif (IPK), semester, penghasilan orang Tua, tagihan listrik, pembayaran PBB dan tanggungan orang tua. Pemanfaatan sistem pengambilan keputusan dalam menyelesaikan masalah ketidak tepatan sasaran dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa pada STMIK Surya Intan Kotabumi dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan Metode Algoritma Genetika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan Algoritma Genetika serta mengukur tingkat akurasi metode Fuzzy Mamdani tanpa optimasi dengan metode Fuzzy Mamdani yang teroptimasi menggunakan Algoritma Genetika berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penggunaan kedua metode tersebut dengan membandingkan antara metode Fuzzy Mamdani tanpa optimasi sebesar 0,8801 dengan metode Fuzzy Mamdani yang teroptimasi menggunakan Algoritma Genetika sebesar 0,9172 yang diukur menggunakan kolerasi spearman sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan algoritma genetika dapat mengoptimalkan tingkat kolerasi sebesar 0,0371

Abstract

At this time the process of calling the party related to the trial process in the Metro District Court was still carried out by calling on the Jurusita with a relatively long period of time from the stipulated trial schedule. SMS gateway is an application for utilizing SMS facilities, SMS gateway is a gateway that connects computers and clients via SMS. From the problems faced, the SMS gateway technology is applied in the trial schedule reminder system using the GAMMU application and PHP programming, so that the trial schedule information can be sent by the administrator via scheduled SMS (Short Message Service) messages on the scheduled day to the user. GAMMU is a cross-platform application that is used to bridge / communicate between SMS gateway databases with SMS devices. The GAMMU application is a daemon that runs in the background. Every time, GAMMU monitors SMS devices and the SMS gateway database. When there is an SMS entered into SMS devices, GAMMU immediately moves it into the inbox in the SMS gateway database. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method which is often called the classic life cycle, which illustrates a systematic and sequential approach to software development from top to bottom. With the SMS gateway application, the calling process is more effective because the user is reminded again when the trial day has been set so that the user does not attend the trial.

Abstract

Pada SMK Darul Huda Campang Raya proses pengolahan data Try Out masih dilakukan secara konvensional,mulai dari sekolah harus mengeluarkan biaya untuk mencetak lembar try out bagi seluruh siswa yang akan melaksanakan ujian. Sedangkan try out tidak hanya dilakukan satu atau dua kali saja tentunya dengan keadaan itu biaya pengerluaran sekolah semakin besar dan lebih efisien terhadap waktu. Metode Prototype yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisa dan perancangan pada sistem ini. Tahap analisa yang dilakukan juga meliputi studi lapangan ke sekolah, berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan serta pembahasan hasil penelitian penulis merancang sebuah sistem pengolahan Try Out di SMK Darul Huda Campang Raya. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Diagram UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa PHP, dengan memanfaatkan Bootstrap untuk mendesain website nya. Dirancang dan dibuatnya sistem ini dibuat sesuai dengan kegiatan ujian try out yang ada pada SMK Darul Huda dan kiranya diadakan pelatihan sistem untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan sistem kedepannya sehingga dapat membantu para kinerja guru yang menyelengarakan try out ujian kepada para siswa yang lebih baik dan melatih kemandirian pada siswa dalam mengerjaka soal-soal try out, karena semakin banyak siswa mengikuti try out mereka akan semakin percaya diri untuk menempuh ujian.

Abstract

Licensing is legality granting to the particular person or company, whether it’s granted in Licensed or Business Registration Certificate. License could be interpreted as dispensation or exemption from prohibition to established a particular business, therefore it could provide legal juristical, protecting from unfair competition which a commitment of obeying the law. Currently, Licensing is running conventionally, therefore on One-Stop Service office in Bandar Lampung is experiencing difficulties on licensing process, which are all documentation and licensing data are in Hardcopy files. The registrants should coming early and waiting in line, which causing a time waste. This system is designed to help providing an information of SIUP and SITU which based on website. This research is using waterfall method, with the stages are Analysis, Design, Coding and Testing. The results from this research is able to show the data of registrant, approval notice, rejection notice, and digital business registration certificate that could downloaded online. Abstract

The information system at Kampung Sawah Community Health Center has several features such as patient registration, patient medical records, patient services, queues, and medical reports. Aim of this information system development is to facilitate the performance of administrators and doctors of Kampung Sawah Community Health Center in terms of searching patients’ data, storing the patient data, adding and storing the medical records, making the reports, and speeding up the data entry and identity data of the patients through fingerprint feature. This system facilitated the officials and doctors to process anywhere and the patient data was safe from physical disturbances because this system was connected to the internet.This medical record information system was built through PHP programming language supported by MySQL database. The design of this system involved the data flow diagrams. The result of this system was that the web-based information system for medical record had successfully been created and used by Kampung Sawah Community Health Center.Keywords: Information Systems, Medical Record, Web, Fingerprint

Abstract

This research used the success model of information system from Delone and Mc. Lean which has been modified based on the need and the situation at STKIP Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. The respondents were the first year students in the academic year 2012-2013 and the operators of SIAKAD. The number of the respondents were 196 students and 10 operators. The process of validity and reliability and the hyphotesa used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Which is analysed using Amos 20 software.The result of this research showed that from 5 hyphotesis which have been formulated, four of them were received. These hypothesis are the following : the quality of information influence the satisfying of the user ; the quality of the system influence the satisfying of the user; the trust influence the satisfying of the user; and the satisfying of the user influence the benefits of the SIAKAD. On the other hard, the quality of the service doesn’t has significant influence to the satisfying of the SIAKAD user. The success factors, which were resulted in this research, will be used as the suggestion and recomendation in the next SIAKAD development so that the sevice quality of SIAKAD to the students will increase. Keywords: Information Systems Success, DeLone and McLean Model, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS).
