Abstract

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of research To determine student interest in the subject of Islamic education and strategies of teachers in the learning process to increase student interest in the subject of Islamic Education in SDN 147 Palembang.The research is a qualitative research, a study that aimed to describe and mengalisis phenomena and events .Teknik data collection through interviews, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by researchers from the observation of the PAI teacher in the learning process in the classroom; to observe what strategies the teacher in the learning process, then the results of interviews with PAI teachers and principals; to determine student interest in the subject of PAI and development strategies for the improvement of teacher student interest in the subject of PAI, and the results of questionnaire to students; to gather data on student interest in the subject of PAI and strategies of teachers in the learning process to increase student interest in the subject of PAI, while secondary data is data documentation consisting of the organizational structure, the profile of the school, teachers and state employees, the state of the student, and state-owned infrastructure sekolah.Adapun data management techniques through four stages namely; collecting data, classifying the data, explain the data, and draw conclusions.Based on the analysis of data it can be seen that, 1) Interest in learning fifth grade students on subjects PAI quite good. This is due to two factors that have supported the interests of learning, which is of concern and insentif.hal factor is evident from the presence in class, active involvement in the learning process, and compliance with the assignment of teachers either memorized or written. 2) Development of learning strategies used by teachers to increase student interest in the subject of Islamic Education in class V Elementary School 147 Palembang is good enough, it can be seen from the strategy gives attention of 80.90%, while the strategy is being or incentivize category enough is equal to 76.19%. Keywords: Master Strategies in Learning, an increase in interest Student, Subjects Islamic Education.

Abstract

The policy of regional autonomy has also implicated the education sector with the concept of decentralization of education, which aims to provide widespread authority to regulate and manage madrasah (local authorities) in the framework of improving the quality of education for all levels of society. Madrasah as one of the educational institutions that take shelter in the Department of Religion inevitably come into contact with the issue of educational autonomy. But the problem is whether the Department of Religion remains in the position of the autonomous rights holder for the entire education system in the madrasah or only limited to religious subjects only. A consistent, cautious but definite and nondisadvantageous attitude to the Department of Religion needs to be addressed in a special discussion.

Abstract

Student learning situations in schools do not always benefit psychologically for certain students and teachers, because there are attitudes and behaviors of students that show contradiction with should occur. Ideally, the student should seriously study but is sometimes shown by aberrant behavior. Student learning orientation should focus on achieving success, get maximum achievement in a school, but sometimes fact justeri on the contrary, studying student no more just doing duty for the sake of pleasing parent and reach social status finished school. What is described above, the emergence is not without cause, the attitude of disorientation of students' learning in school is basically sourced from internal students themselves rather than from external factors. Students' disorientation in learning does not just appear, but arises from a cause, among them is the negative cycle of academic development experienced by students, low perceptions of learning, and effort in learning is very low. The adverse effects of these three factors will also affect students' attitudes toward learning, such as the use of ego in learning is greater than the logic, avoidance of challenges, such as dislike of difficulties, because it does not like to something hard and become a heavy burden for the brain , So can not measure the success and failure in learning. The consequences of it all have an effect on their behavior, such as tend to be difficult   to   control   to   learn   by   the   teacher, ignorance of the teacher and the lesson, likes to belittle the lesson learned, the less attention to the lesson   and   sometimes   show   the   destructive behavior when facing the  excessive challenge in learning, So the challenge he likes to be physically fit is not an intellectual challenge. In order to provide solutions to the attitudes and behaviors of students as described above, there needs to be a breakthrough that can be done, at least can be done through two kinds of strategies, namely motivation strategy and emotional strategy. Both are solutions that are internal rather than external.

Abstract

This background of the effort to improve the learning process of the Qur'an is necessary because the Qur'an is the source of the law and the main rule for Muslims and grace performed MTs N 1 Palembang. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the role of leadership of madrasah head in developing the culture of reading al-Qur'an in MTs Negeri 1 Palembang and the impact of leadership role of madrasah head in developing the culture of reading al-Qur'an in MTs Negeri 1 Palembang. The research results obtained the following results: The role of leadership of madrasah head in developing the culture of reading the Qur'an in MTs Negeri 1 Palembang seen in the ability to coordinate the activities tahfidz al-Qur'an, in terms of problem solving in the program of culture al-Qur 'An, he gave authority to the concerned to solve it. The principal establishes communication with good language especially on issues in which the cultural activities of reading the Qur'an are concerned. The principal has given good motivation to the participants tahfidz the teacher in charge,  both  in  the  form  of  praise,  trust  and physical form. The impact of the leadership role of madrasah head in developing the culture of reading al-Qur'an in MTs Negeri 1 Palembang make the program of reading al-Qur'an culture focused on the activities  of tahfidz   al-Qur'an in MTs N 1 Palembang run effectively proven by many students Already memorized 1 juz even have 5 and 7 juz.

Abstract

This study found that first, the kindergarten strategy in developing the early childhood religious activities in Harapan Ibu Tanah Banyuasin kindergarten was pursued by establishing the development of the religious activities of the AUD that wanted to be internalized, establishing the form of its assessment, planning daily habituation along with its religious activity programs, applying Development of religious activities, awaken to all teachers of important roles and responsibilities in achieving the goal of developing religious activities in early childhood, as well as cooperating with the guardian of students in the development of early childhood religious activities in the kindergarten. Then the second discovery, finding the learning method used that is using exemplary methods, habituation, attention and supervision, methods of advice, game methods and story methods. Then the third finding, The supporting factor in developing the early childhood religious activities in kindergarten Harapan Ibu Tanah Mas Banyuasin is the awareness of the classroom teachers on the importance of the development of early childhood religious activities, the presence of good facilities and infrastructure, the establishment of harmonious cooperation between The school and parents in terms of developing the early childhood religious activities, the attention of both teachers and parents, the happiness of learners as well as inhibiting in developing the early childhood religious activities of the absence of awareness of the teacher on the importance of the development of religious activities, Lack of facilities and infrastructure, no good cooperation between parents and teachers, the lack of attention of parents and teachers in terms of religious activities of early childhood and the last absence of the happiness of learners in following the religious activities that take place.

Abstract

Each individual is expected to have a character, because someday when an individual gathered in the community, then able to be a good man and who can be proud of. And without realizing each individual has a noble character, starting from leading himself, lead the family, or lead an organization both in the school environment, community environment, and work environment. To reveal the second side, this study formulates the following issues: (1) How to Implement Character Education Through Hizbul wathan Scouting Movement at Primary School Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang? (2) What are the factors that hamper the Implementation of Character Education through Hizbul wathan Scouting Movement at Muhammadiyah Primary School 6 Palembang? To answer that question, this research was designed with the design and implemented in Elementary School Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang. This research uses qualitative field approach that is descriptive qualitative, data collection technique using interview (wawncara) and documentation. Analytical techniques through the data reduction phase, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the field research have been found (a) Hizbul Wathan's activity at Elementary School Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang has been held since the school was established due to the instruction from Muhammadiyah Central Executive that all schools under Muhammadiyah must perform Hizbul Wathan activities. (B) the implementation of Hizbul Wathan's activities at Muhammadiyah Primary School 6 Palembang is still far from what is expected due to the many obstacles and inhibiting factors (c) in this case with the existence of various obstacles and inhibiting factors of activity hence the purpose of Hizbul Wathan activity to instill the values Leadership is also not running smoothly, but until now the teachers have tried to hold activities in accordance with the planting values of leadership as well as camping activities. To give contribution of school thinking to keep developing and improving its competence in character education implementation through hizbul wathan scouting activity, here arises concept and strategy of constructor in terms of achievement of character education result that effectively and efficient.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is a motivation that sagat useful in supporting the success, this motivation comes from within yourself and not from outside factors in the form of encouragement of others. Learning behavior can also be associated with learning activities are also closely related to the habits or learning activities is all the activities of learners in the learning process from physical activity to physical activity, physical activities in the form of basic skills while the physical activity in the form of integrated skills. This research is a quantitative research by taking samples of 153 students. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of research that researchers get that the motivation to study STAI Bumi Silampari Lubuklinggau students are in the category "medium" 107 students (69.94%). Furthermore, the results of research that researchers get that student learning behavior STAI Earth Silampari Lubuklinggau is in the category "medium" 90 students (58.83%). Based on the results of the study of the relationship of learning motivation with student learning behavior showed that there is a positive relationship between learning motivation on student learning behavior STAI Earth Silampari Lubuklinggau. This result is seen in partial test with t test, where tcal for learning behavior is 2,852 with probability 2,852> 1,960 meaning there is significant correlation between learning motivation with student learning behavior STAI Bumi Silampari Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the role of school committees in the provision of education in MTs Negeri 1 Palembang and the impact of school committee role in the provision of education in MTs Negeri 1 Palembang. The results of the research are as follows: The role of the school committee as a deliberation is manifested in the form of input of learning process to the teachers, the consideration of the provision and use of facilities and infrastructure, the consideration of the use and utilization of the budget, the input on the draft budget and expenditure of madrasah (RAPBM ), Held draft budget and madrasah budget (RAPBM) budgets, changed considerations and joined the RAPBM with the headmaster. School committees play a role in the framework of transparency in the use of education funding allocations, including in overseeing the use of grants to be more accountable. The committee also oversees the implementation of the bimbel (additional class hours). The role of the committee as a mediator has so far been the form of a link between the principal and the community, the principal with the education council and the principal with the school itself. The impact of school committee role in education implementation at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang is seen in the implementation of four role of committee which influence either directly or indirectly, but not yet maximal in support of education in MTs Negeri Palembang.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari berbagai komponen yang menjadi pendukung dalam pembelajaran, dimana komponen pendukung tersebut sudah semestinya dibuat dengan baik. Demikian juga dalam proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya menarik, agar siswa dapat memahami pembelajaran. Sikap siswa yang kurang baik salah satu faktornya dapat disebabkan karena kurangnya pemahaman siswa akan materi pembelajaran akidah akhlak. Bila siswa memahami dengan baik, tentunya akan berdampak pada sikap siswa itu sendiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah mixed methods (penelitian campuran) kualitatif-kuantitatif, dengan sequential exploratory designs, yaitu pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan pertama kali dan dianalisis, kemudian data kuantitatif dikumpulkan dan dianalisis. Metode ini dengan bobot metode kualitatif lebih tinggi daripada kuantitatif (QUAL + quan). Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang bersifat induktif dan teknik analisis isi untuk dokumen. Sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran aversion therapy dan modelling bagi sikap keagamaan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Bengkulu Selatan.
