JUSIFO (Jurnal Sistem Informasi) publishes numerous research articles concerning the articles that integrate technological disciplines with Information System Audit, Software Engineering, Decision Support System, Artificial Intelligence, Application of Information Technology, Social Informatics. JUSIFO (Jurnal Sistem Informasi) is published twice a year; in June and December. In this journal, reviewers will review any submitted paper. Review process employs a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa. Abstract

Currently the need for the use of information systems has become important for institution and organizations. The use of information systems has also expanded to various fields, namely educational institutions. However, on the other hand information can be an important security gap. The important information that falls to other parties can result in loss to the owner of the information. This study aims to conduct an internal assessment of information security risks from the use of information systems, so that it can be seen what risks are very high and need to be mitigated. In this study, the Octave Allegro framework was used to conduct an internal assessment. The steps taken in conducting an information security risk assessment consist of 8 steps. Each step produces an output that is used as the basis for evaluating the next step. There are 2 areas that need attention and become the focus of improvement. Information security risk management needs to be carried out and monitored closely and regularly against risks that are determined to be important and have a high risk probability.

Abstract

Songket Sambas (Kain Lunggi) is a gold thread cloth typical of the culture of the Sambas people. The Sambas songket craftsmen have used social media a lot in marketing their products. The selection of the right social media in product marketing can help increase sales of Sambas songket. It can be the key to success in expanding Sambas songket sales to various regions. This study aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the selection of social media that is widely used as the right Sambas songket marketing media. In this study, the AHP method was used as a method for decision making. In determining the pairwise comparison matrix, Sambas songket craftsmen were involved. The criteria used are age range (C1), gender (C2), number of users (C3), level of popularity (C4). From this study, we have the value of Facebook is 0.82, Instagram is 0.60, Youtube is 0.06, Twitter is 0.04. The final priority result of the right social media to use with the first order is Facebook.

Abstract

Information technology has been widely used in universities as a medium for related academic information. However, students in this case prefer to use social media to find information compared to looking for academic information that has been provided by the university. Students are still not active in utilizing academic information systems. Some services are still not fully utilized by students, such as: class schedules, study reports, academic calendars. In this study, the combination of the TTF and UTAUT models was used in analyzing the acceptance of the academic system in universities. The distribution of questionnaires in this study using google form and involving three universities that are used as respondents. From the research results, there are several variables used that have not significantly affect based on the perceptions of each respondent in three universities. From these results, it can be concluded that there are variables that consistently have a significantly affect, namely task characteristics towards task-technology fit, technology characteristics towards task-technology fit, task-technology fit towards performance expectancy, and effort expectancy towards performance expectancy.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is still a priority for the Indonesian government. The Indonesian government has launched several programs to assist in alleviating poverty, one of which is the rice program for prosperous families, called Rastra. In the implementation of the Rastra program, it should be carried out objectively so that the distribution of the program can be right on target, but there are still problems in determining the recipients and the accuracy of the distribution of Rastra program. This study aims to combine the ANP and TOPSIS methods in helping to provide recommendations for recipients of Rastra program, besides that in this study also measuring the level of accuracy between the implementation carried out with the real data. In this study, a combination of ANP and TOPSIS methods was used in decision making. The ANP method is used to determine the weight of the criteria used, while the TOPSIS method is used to determine the recommendations for recipients of the Rastra program. The accuracy test was carried out in 13 villages in the Gunung Megang, Muara Enim. The results of the tests carried out obtained an average of 84.10%. This shows that the combination of these two methods can be applied as a solution in providing recommendations for recipients of the Rastra program.

Abstract

Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an is a competition in the field of syiar ’s content. The decision of the winners in MTQ competition was determined by the judges, especially in Merauke district, is currently carried out by the judges of each field, with the calculation of the value based on predetermined criteria. However, in its assessment, it has not applied priority to the criteria used to determine the winner. The results of the assessment given have not used data analysis methods that can be used to process assessment data into information that will support decision making in determining the winner of the competition. In order to reduce subjectivity in the assessment of participants, a decision support system is needed that has implemented a decision-making method. This study aims to build a decision support system using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The results on the implementation of this method in a decision support system using an accuracy test indicated an accuracy of 95.6%. The accuracy value indicates that the MAUT method is an accurate data analysis method in analyzing the assessment data for determining the winner of the MTQ competition.

Abstract

The selection of faculty student ambassadors at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang is a routine activity, and is a prestigious award for students. The selection of student ambassadors aims to prepare the best students at the faculty level. This event is important to be carried out objectively, because the student ambassadors are representatives of students on campus activities. In the selection process there are problems such as the assessment that is not transparent, thus giving the opportunity for the jury to give a subjective assessment of the participants. In this research, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used to help make decisions. This research aims to build a web-based decision support system for selecting faculty student ambassadors using the SAW method. The Decision Support System is used to assist the jury and the committee team in conducting the participant assessment process based on predetermined criteria so that it can assist in making an objective assessment. In this research there are 12 criteria used. This research resulted in a decision support system that can be used to assist the jury and committee in conducting an objective assessment process. The final result of the selection process is carried out by the system using the SAW method for the process of calculating the participant's value.

Abstract

The Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) is a private non-profit organization that assists the Government of Indonesia in managing zakat. LAZ will produce performance reports and financial reports every year to ensure the accountability of the institution. The report is crucial, because it is the result of the performance of all LAZ partners and branch offices, so it must be stored and controlled properly. This performance reporting will be done centrally, so that in the process of making it, some authentic evidence that can be used as proof that it has been accepted and happened, or as a reference and complement, must be managed and distributed efficiently. The file management information system is a solution that can be applied for the management of report materials and the storage of valid reports. This research has resulted in business process flow design, system activity design, and file management information system interface design on LAZ. The theory of accountability of non-profit organizations is used as an analytical study along with the PIECES parameters, to ensure that the resulting design is in accordance with the supposed accountability. The design in this study has been presented systematically, so that it can be understood by LAZ managers or executives who are not from the information technology field.

Abstract

Risk management within an organization is important. The risk cannot be left alone, because in the end it will get bigger and have a bad impact on the organization. Risk management is an attempt to identify vulnerabilities and threats to information sources used by an organization. This study aims to see the results of the implementation of risk management in the electronic-based population administration business process, named POEDAK (Population Administration Online Services), in Gresik district. In this study, a risk analysis was carried out using the risk register and risk analysis using BPRIM. This risk analysis is carried out to determine the category of each existing risk, as well as to see the results of the analysis from the risk register and BPRIM. From the risk analysis that has been carried out using the risk register and BPRIM, the results obtained from the risk register and the depiction of the risk diagram using BPRIM are stated that with reference to BPMN POEDAK there are 16 risk codes. From the 16 risk codes, there are 12 risks in the low level category and 4 risks in the important level category. Where the risk is in the low category, namely the risk with the risk code R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R14, R15, and R16. Meanwhile, the risks that fall into the important category are risks with codes R1, R2, R3, and R13.

Abstract

In Indonesia, in the last few years there have been TV and movie entertainment services that can be accessed via mobile devices, PCs, and smart TVs. This service is known as Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD). SVOD services in Indonesia are very diverse. The problem that occurs is that there are many SVODs that have advantages and disadvantages. So, this makes it difficult for users to determine which SVOD services are in high demand. This research aims to determine the desired SVOD service according to predetermined criteria. In this research, the Weighted Product (WP) method is used to objectively determine which SVOD services are in high demand. 7 criteria were used which were selected based on observations and interviews with VOD service users. This research shows that Disney+ Hotstar is the chosen alternative with a final score of 0,2127. From this research, it is known that the determining criteria in the decision-making process are rating (C1), the increasing number of users (C2), and data collection (C7). This result is influenced by the new users of Disney+ Hotstar service, which increased very high compared to other SVOD services.

Abstract

The best application predicate has been awarded to the application that has the highest downloads and high star rating on Google Play Store. In rating an application, user comments need to be considered because many stock investment apps have almost the same downloads and star ratings, so the title of best app is a problem. Based on this condition, this research aims to analyze user feedback of stock investment applications as a variable to determine which stock investment application is the best on the Google Play Store. This study using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification method with the support of Rapid Miner to carry out the calculation process. From this research, it produces positive sentiment values for each application, namely HSB Investment about 1,134 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 88.70%, Ajaib about 936 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 61.89%, Pluang about 703 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 68.25%, Bibit about 322 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 64.89%, and Stockbit about 124 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 66.95%. So it can be concluded that the HSB application as the best stock investment application based on user comments reviews where this application has the most positive sentiment reviews with a high accuracy value.
