<![CDATA[Da'wah and politics have a very big role in the repair process ummah. This study aims to analyze the history by using a comparative approach whose goal is to assess, examine and compare the leaders of Islamic modernist thinking about dakwah and political role in the process of repair people. Almost agreed that the process of repair people need the right method in dealing with the problems of Muslims is so complex. Syumuliah principle in Islam is not only at the level of concepts and doctrine alone, but also in the level of implementation of political and dakwah must be emphasis as community improvement efforts. The combination of theory Top-Down and Buttom-Up as one of the repair process is applied to the appropriate community improvement efforts and thorough. Top-Down Theory through political channels is implemented by setting up the system, improved legislation, thus leading to the making of policies that support the implementation of Islamic laws and facilitate the implementation of dakwah as people repair process. Implementation of the dakwah of significant improvement over the system either through parliament to fight for the implementation of Islamic law, while the theory Buttom-Up in the mission is the process of preparing the people to accept the system that has been fought through politics, the process of awareness, training, and raising awareness about the importance of returning to the teachings of Islam as perfect religion. Meeting of the implementation of these two theories would generate a society that is ready to implement Islam as rahmatan lil 'aalamin.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the position of social media as new media in communications and information technology in the development of preaching Islam or dakwah Islamiyah. Facebook as social media that is very far-reaching into a very good medium to spread the teachings of Islam. In the new media many other aspects of interest to serve as a medium of propaganda for example MP 3, DVD, e-mail, e-Book, applications mobile, live streaming, etc., but facebook is seen representing these media because social networking is very familiar to users in cyberspace. Most important is the content of facebook it should load side of goodness and teachings of Islamic, either in the form of statements, pictures and video.]]>

<![CDATA[It is undeniable that Islam is a universal religion which is a blessing for the entire universe (rahmatan lil 'alamin). Universality of Islam was visible from multi-aspect doctrine, socio-religious aspects, regulate the life of mankind, and have included the inside aspect of constitutional law and political of country. This article examines how, in practice, where the Prophet Muhammad has implemented the politics of constitutional law in line with the guidance of the Qur'an, especially in the Medina period. While in Makkah, the Prophet many displays as a religious figure, namely preaching gradually namely in secret until blatant. But when in Medina seen the integration of the self Prophet Muhammad SAW. both religious figure and statesman. Besides continuing proselytizing mission, the Prophet set Medina to become a developed country and then Islam can spread to parts of the world. Today Islam has been able to become a force and are believed and practiced the teachings of the world's population and it is inseparable from the role of dakwah and politics. Both integrated and work together in the history of Islam, both in conception and implementation. To stay awake existence of Islam, the role of political propaganda and constitutional law must be optimized for the future.Relationship between the two, it was shown that the political ideal function becomes a tool to carry out the mission of preaching. On the other hand Dakwah must also be able to provide an understanding of the political importance of the State constitutional law for the advancement of religion and Muslims, and not vice versa ie away from politics because of the perception that one or manipulate dakwah for political purposes of constitutional law. To ensure that the political activities of the State constitutional law is not lost, it should be understood that in the politics of the State constitutional law is no law that must be followed, while the law is no political aspects of constitutional law which should be implemented. It will allow the synergy of political dakwah and constitutional law for the realization of the glory of Islam in national and international rankings.]]>

<![CDATA[Journalism is an activity related to gather, write, edit and present the news through print media or electronic media while development is understood as a process of change for the better through the efforts made in general terencana. Goal of development is the furthest projection of expectations and human ideas, the components of which is the best possible, or ideal society that can best special. Objectives is the development of short-term goals, usually chosen as the level of achievement of the objectives of a certain program. Jurnalisme development is emerging journalistic style or Third World countries that promotes the role of the press in the context of national development. Development journalism is often exploited or used by the leaders of developing countries to achieve the goals and interests of its political development. Jurnalisme or "journalism of development" is journalism that aims to provide an understanding of the development of society. <![CDATA[Recently, discipline becomes an important thing that becomes the focus of attention in almost all organizations. Some studies even linking discipline with performance that if the level of discipline members of the organization better then the performance will increase. IAIN Raden Fatah Palembang as one of the organizations also see discipline as an important factor that must be considered by all employees and lecturers mainly based on Government Regulation No. 30 1980 which was amended by Government Regulation No. 53 in 2010. Meanwhile, for the Ministry of Religion itself translated back through the Minister of Religion No. 28 in 2013 and again by Decree especially Rector IAIN Raden Fatah regulating the working hours of employees and lecturers. To obtain a report of presence accountable, it is used in the finger print machine IAIN Raden Fatah Palembang. To see the effectiveness of the implementation of these activities, we conducted observations, interviews and documentation as a means of collecting data. And, the resulting data will be analyzed qualitatively and elaborated descriptively. After the stages of research, showed that the application of the rules the government has been running well and supported by adequate facilities. However, not maximal processing, synchronization data and application of punishment and reward led to a lack of effective use of finger prints on the existing units in IAIN Raden Fatah Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Congregation (tarekat) is an institution that was born as a medium for the servant of God who wants to achieve closeness with Allah and His Messenger, as well as Tijaniyyah. In Tijaniyyah to achieve these objectives Sheikh Ahmad at-Tijani as founder Tijaniyyah teach three forms of remembrance, the remembrance lazimah, Hailalah and wadzifah. <![CDATA[E-Governance is composed of two important things that 'governance' as the main concepts and 'electronic'atau ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) as a tool to improve the process of governance. E-Government can be applied to the legislative, judicial, or public administration, to improve internal efficiency, deliver public services, or processes of democratic governance. E-Government can be applied in all areas, including in education. The role of information and communication technology in education is also very large, especially in terms of supporting the teaching-learning process and the efficiency of academic and administrative jobs. College as one of the educational institutions are appropriately able to utilize information and communication technologies to support various activities of e-govement. <![CDATA[counselors have a duty to recognize and deal with the right elements that seem paradoxical relationship. Because effectiveness of therapy depends so much on the quality of the relationship between counselor and client, counselor basic attitude is very significant. Acceptance and understanding have considerable consequences on the psychological climate of the interview. This climate makes these attitudes have important implications for the evaluation of the client's own personality. A key to effective climate attitude is a counselor with the assumption that the internal reference frame, which is an attempt to understand the client to take a client's view of the situation. The counselor must have additional characteristics of warmth, intelligence, humility flexibility, and a willingness to share responsibility jawab.Salah the primary functions of this relationship is to provide support for clients, especially in a crisis. Support comfort and security through the development of optimal living conditions. Support is generally considered to be the goal of psychological counseling and often a necessary condition before a solution can be found more cognitive.]]>

<![CDATA[Language disorders (Disabilities) can be broadly divided into two. First, disturbances due to medical factors; and secondly due to medical sosial. environmental factors are a nuisance, either due to abnormalities of brain function as well as due to abnormalities of the tools spoken. Social environment factor is the environment that is not a natural human life, such as marginalized or isolated from the environment of human community life speaking as usual. Speech disorders can be divided into three groups, namely (1) impaired speech, (2) language disorders, and (3) thought disorder.]]>
