<![CDATA[According to Article 7 paragraph (1) Law no. 16 years 2019, the marriageable age for marriage of men and women is 19 years. However, if someone is under 19 years of age have not been allowed to enter into a marriage and are considered illegitimate in the state. However, if there is an emergency due to pregnancy, fear of adultery, shame because not yet married, fearing things that are prohibited by religion, you can apply for a marriage dispensation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Aiming to find out the application of law No. 16 of 2019 from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. The result of the research explains that the Panel of Judges considers and makes the fairest decision to decide whether it is worth giving a dispensation. Based on the first Maqashid Syariah, dharuriyah is used to avoid adultery and protect offspring born from pregnancy after marriage. Second, the hajiyyat considers suspicion of responsibility, for example a spouse already has a job and is physically and mentally ready. Third, parents' tahsiniyat guarantees that they are responsible for the child's economic, social, health and educational problems.]]>

<![CDATA[Language disorders (Disabilities) can be broadly divided into two. First, disturbances due to medical factors; and secondly due to medical sosial. environmental factors are a nuisance, either due to abnormalities of brain function as well as due to abnormalities of the tools spoken. Social environment factor is the environment that is not a natural human life, such as marginalized or isolated from the environment of human community life speaking as usual. <![CDATA[Language and communication disorders can be caused by medical factors and environmental factors. Medical factors implicated in disorders of speech, language disorders and impaired thinking. The examples of medical factors that disruption as a result of a brain injury that causes damage to the nervous system, psychogenic disorders, and disorders of the organ mechanism speech system. Similarly, damage to the nervous system that causes a network disconnection between the production area of auditory and speech said that the message was not delivered. In general, there are two opinions regarding second language acquisition. First, children are born already familiarized exposed to various languages. Secondly, children learn a second language as their mother tongue can be pronounced properly. These two arguments are just as good, but nevertheless still have drawbacks. The first method can result in the emergence of speech delay due to a child's brain is working hard to map the language that is spoken by people who asked children to speak. But this does not last longer, when children are growing, their abilities will be honed by themselves. The second method results in the pronunciation of the second language would be worse than a child with the first method. Children in the first method will be familiar with the pronunciation and accent clearer. However, both of these methods can be used, by paying attention the condition of language acquisition that are interactive, motivating and attractive.]]>

<![CDATA[This research originated from the author’s interest in the many cases of Ade Armando who played a role with various problems, the most exciting of which was the case of Ade Armando regarding the photo contamination of DKI Jakarta governor Anies Baswedan with the title “Framing Analysis of Anies Baswedan Joker’s Meme News Content By Ade Armando in the Media Online Detik.Com, Ade Armando made a meme containing a photo of the Governor of DKI Jakarta in the form of a notorious fictional Joker character. The photo of the meme contains the phrase “the evil governor starts from a dismissed minister”. Here the researcher wants to see how the online media Detik.com frames the news, there are various frames that represent the reality of the Anies Baswedan Joker meme case by Ade Armando. The author chooses online media detik.com because online media reveals a lot of these cases with 16 news stories compared to other online media. The author conducted a qualitative research by analyzing several news stories of the Anies Baswedan meme case using the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M Kosicki’s framing analysis approach which has four dimensions, namely syntactic analysis (the way journalists compile facts), scripts (how journalists tell facts), thematic (the way the writer writes facts) and rhetorical (the journalist’s way of emphasizing the facts). <![CDATA[Prophetic character education is useful in emulating the morals and behavior of the Prophet with its four main characteristics, namely shiddiq, tabligh, amanah, and fathanah. A person who is always guided by the truth, masters communication skills, and is able to solve problems. In this era, technology is very influential in changing behavior or morals. Moral problems that occur in this era must be very concerned. The focus of the discussion in this article is how to implement prophetic morals in the era of society 5.0. Because in this era humans and technology are very closely related. However, it is possible for us to always emulate prophetic morals in everyday life. The research used in this article uses literature review by collecting data or literature that has an attachment to the theme to be discussed from journals, books and other writings which are used as reference material in the preparation of this article. The results of this study concluded that prophetic morals or prophetic morals are relevant and important to be applied in the midst of society 5.0 to form a civilized society without losing the existence of the progress of an era that must be followed and adopted.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the process of intercultural communication between the Chinese and indigenous ethnic groups, and the factors that influence the process of intercultural communication between the Chinese and indigenous ethnic groups at Pasar Cinde Palembang. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method, in which the data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation obtained from informants. by using the theory of intercultural communication which emphasizes that intercultural communication occurs when the communicator and communicant come from different cultures and social interactions. The results of this study indicate that: 1. the process of intercultural communication between ethnic Chinese and natives at Pasar Cinde Palembang is running effectively. In its implementation found the existence of primary and secondary communication. The form of communication is interpersonal communication that occurs every day, both between traders and traders with buyers. 2. Factors that influence the process of intercultural communication between Chinese and indigenous ethnicities are supporting factors such as language acquisition, means of communication, thinking skills, and mutual respect, and there are inhibiting factors, namely stereotypes, prejudice, and language which can be handled well by the Chinese ethnicity and native.]]>

<![CDATA[This research seeks to elaborate on the work ethic of employees in an institution and the impact it has on their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic on employee performance in the regional office of the Ministry of Religion, South Sumatra province. This research is a field research (field research) with a quantitative approach. Data collection and survey techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, sampling was carried out by using non-probability sampling technique; saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique that makes the entire population as a sample totaling 44 people. Data were analyzed by Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Simple linear regression analysis, Basic assumption test and Hypothesis Test (t test and Determination Coefficient Test) using SPSS version 23 software tools. The results showed that there was an effect of work ethic on performance employee. It is proven that the R Square value in the table is 0.114 which indicates that the Employee Performance variable (Y) is influenced by the Work Ethics variable (X) of 11.4% and the remaining 88.6% is influenced by other factors not examined such as motivation and others.]]>
