The problem faced by athletes in everyday life are often the cause of a person's mental disturbance in training and competing. The success of an athlete is determined by the physical and mental readiness. Since psychic or mental condition will affect their success in training and competing. Mental readiness of athletes is not only done by lifting motivation, but also other psychological aspects are needeed to be considered. Mental readiness before competing will determine the success of athletes in dealing with critical situations in the competition then discipline is absolutely necessary to achieve. But a lot of things that make someone becomes unwell both physically and mentally. For example when they have problems with his families, friends and environment around him. So, this situation influences emotional stability, concentration and energy. The role of islamic counseling for the athletes is the form of preventive where athletes get guidance or direction relating to problems preventing, such as: giving motivation, advice, in the form of a strengthening of confidence and strengthening of the attitudes of students that are not easily persued, then describe how good socialization within the scope of their fellow association, as well as to the environment due to outline the dominant environmental factors affecting the individual. The role of the guidance is given to the students before competing, the students read Al-Quran (yasinan) and pray together. This make them seem stronger and keep their spirit. While they are feeling down, they are preparing a break of one or two minutes to read Al-Fatihah, so they look more spirit again, students who had looked nervous to be more calm, it is clear that it can affect students’ life. This means that the guidance can help and coach students.

Kuntowijoyo , trying to offer a concept of democracy which is based on the values contained in the Qur'an and Hadisth . Kunto provide rules contained in Islam which can be connected into the teachings of Islam . Kuntowijoyo used epistemological analysis of democracy and related it to the political dynamics of contemporary Indonesia. On one hand, Kunto accepted the concept of Western version of democracy , on the other hand Kunto gave a " soul " in the substance of democracy . Kunto combined Islamic values in the concept and practice of democracy . Quotes verses of the Qur’an were accompanied by contextual interpretation , then transformed and implemented it with the real growing Indonesia political environment.

Shaykh Muhammad al - Banjari Arsyad , derived from Banjar South Kalimantan . He was a well-known figure in the 18th century. His role was not only in education , but he was known as a great scholar of fiqh and also an expert in field of Sufism . This had been the result obtained for about thirty years studying in Mecca . Therefore , he was recognized as one of the transmission of the Middle East teaching, particularly in Banjar Indonesia South Kalimantan . His study of Sufism was written in “Kanz al Ma'rifah” . In this book, Ma'rifah is not separated from the concept of knowing God and ourselves . If someone recognizes him, he should recognize his god. Knowing God means knowing the origin of human, aacording to Arsyad, it is called Nur Muhammad ; mortal before death.

The word ‘Dakwah’ in the Islamic University is not a new word. But for public, it is a new, strange and confused word. And the question of the word is not like what we expected. On the other side, the term communication is more familiar. Though, their assumption refers to the instruments likes telephone, handy talky, etc. Even television, radio and newspaper haven’t categorized as the media for communication. Commonly, from the definition of the two terms – dakwah and communication – have some similarities, yet few differences. Therefore, the usage of the term communicative dakwah can be accepted with no apostrophes. This research will explain about what a communicative dakwah is and its characteristics.

The existence of local wisdom in the era of globalization is a phenomenon that continues to run, along with human life and culture. Utilizing continuous development of natural resources in order to improve the welfare and quality of life of the people. Limited availability of natural resources and uneven, both in number and in quality, while the demand for natural resources is increasing as a result of increased development activities to meet the needs of the increasing population and diverse. The development impact resulted in the carrying capacity of the environment can be disturbed and the environmental carrying capacity can be decreased. Given this reality, the local knowledge of local communities is also challenged by the need to meet the basic needs of an increasingly large and lifestyle faced by society.

Smoke had been familiar recently in Indonesia. It was caused by the burning of forest both consciously and unconsciously. And, the effect of this situation was very dangerous for every citizens especially those who lived in the area. Government, local and national, give no worthy respond toward the problem until a national newspaper made a breakthrough by making an extraordinary layout on it first page, a smoky page. This lead people asked question on what it meant. Through the semiotic theory stated by Roland Barthes, the researcher tried to find out what it meant denotatively and connotatively through some stages, signifier, signified and sign. After analyzing the stages, it was found that the smoky front page contained many messages. But, the main point was the illustration of what citizen who lived in the smoky city felt. Moreover, important news was not seen clearly.

Abstract: A counselor should uphold the principle of secrecy during and after the counseling process ends. A counselor is not authorized to publish the results of talks counseling to anyone without the permission of the counselee. If a counselor does not maintain data confidentiality counselees or talk during the counseling process, then a counselor had violated the code of ethics of guidance and counseling. And it was fatal for professions in the middle cloth (counselor). Therefore, the article focused on the interpretation and body awareness strategy in one strategy both individual and group counseling.
