The education in the Islamic studies is the discussion period about at-tarbiyah, al-ta'lÄ«m and al-ta'dÄ«b. The term are popularly used in Islamic education is at-tarbiyah. The creation of Qur'ani education goals is a great effort for humans to prepare the provisions of the life of the world and the hereafter while completing physical and spiritual balance as a complete container for oneself. The personality that is the target of Islamic education is "a kaffah Muslim personality. The teacher has an important role in counteracting the formation of character that is not commendable among students. In the national education system, the law must mandate the purpose of education so that students become human believers and fearful. The Qur'anic method of education that can be applied to students is the method of habituation, the method of ḤiwÄr, the Method of Targhib and Tarhib (Reward and Funishment), the method of victory (story), the amthÄl Method (Imagery or Metaphor),  and Mauizah Method.Key Word: Implementation, Education, Qur'ani

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Everyone Is A Teacher Here terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS siwa kelas IV SDN 20 Kurao Pagang, dengan mengunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini  adalah seluruh siswa SDN 20 Kurao Pagang, dengan menggunakan sampling purvosive sampel dari penelitian ini adalah kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV A sebagai kelas kontrol. Setelah dilaksanakannya tes akhir pada kedua kelas dengan kelas eksperimen mengenakan model Everyone Is A Teacher Here dan kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model konvesional maka diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen 78,27, kelas kontrol sebesar 68,62, Hasil perhitungan uji-t tersebut didapat harga  dan pada taraf nyata 0,05 didapat harga . Dengan demikian H1 diterima karena dan H0 ditolak karena , sehingga H1 diterima. Pada motivasi belajar kelas eksperimen mendapat skor jenis motivasi intrinsik adalah 81,42 merupakan kategori yang sangat kuat. Diperoleh kesimpulan akhir yaitu terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 20 Kurao Pagang Kota Padang .

Character education is a form of conscious and earnest effort from a teacher to teach values to students. The teacher is expected to be a model for students first taught in everyday life. These values are certainly built continuously day by day through thoughts and actions. These values become a lifestyle that will be emulated and have a positive impact on family and school. The teacher has the task and responsibility to give guidance to students to become fully human characters in the dimensions of heart, mind, body, and feeling and intention in everyday life. So, children's experiences that are still global in nature certainly require the application of learning models that are relevant to their characteristics. Therefore, an effective character education learning model is needed in early childhood at this golden age.Keywords: Learning Model, Character Education, Early Childhood

This Classroom Action Research uses the Kemmis and Taggart designs which consist of 2 cycles. Each cycle has a stage of planning, implementation and observation, as well as reflection that aims to improve motivation and learning outcomes in theme 3 of the sub-theme 2 of the IPA content using the learning model make a macth. The subjects of the study were 4th grade students at SD Negeri Noborejo 01 Salatiga with a total of 34 students. The criteria for success are 80% of students and minimum learning motivation in enough categories. The results of the study show that the learning model using a method can increase the percentage of learning motivation. This can be seen from the percentage of pre cycle 1.92 (47.89%) cycle I 2.62 (64.60%) cycle II 3.52 (91.15%). increasing motivation to learn also has an impact on improving learning outcomes, namely Pre-cycle 51.3 first cycle 75.59, Cycle II 86.4. Thus the model of making a study not only increased learning motivation but also the learning outcomes of science content on 4th grade students at SDN Noborejo 01 Salatiga.

This research was conducted to improve learning in elementary schools. The problems in this action research include how (1) the characteristics of elementary school students who have difficulty reading, (2) the type and level of difficulty of reading elementary school students, (3) factors that cause students to have difficulty reading (4) the implementation of learning for children having trouble reading. The research objectives to be achieved are to identify the characteristics of elementary school students who have difficulty reading, the type and level of difficulty reading elementary school students, the implementation of Compic media learning for children having difficulty reading. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with Classroom Action Research approach, the implementation of the study consisted of 3 cycles. Data collection is done through observation, tests, interviews and field notes. The research subjects in this study were first grade students of SD BPK PenaburTasikmalaya, as many as 6 people from 18 students.The results showed that: (1) identification of children having difficulty reading, the characteristics emerged and those that appeared from the child were reading slow, when asked about difficulties and many were silent, (2) The reading level of class I students was different, the type of difficulties indicated by 6 students there is a low reading level, (3) a factor that causes students to have difficulty reading comes from an environment that is less supportive of reading and self-factor knowledgealone, (5) learning outcomes of first grade children of SD BPK Penabur Tasikmalaya using Compic Media increased. The value of students who have difficulty reading there is an increase in the value of the initial reading significantly from the average value of the value of 4.5 to 6.5.Key Word: beginning reading, Compic, reading difficulties

Abstract: The superiority of character education in Islamic boarding school can be seen from the education system that is developed consistently in forming a moral and responsible Muslim personality. Education in Islamic boarding school does not have a complete learning trap, but produces graduates who have lofty character, otherwise in public education institution the education system has a clear learning trap, but it does not produce graduates who have noble character. The interesting side of education in Islamic boarding schools is that between teacher and student there is a feeling of respect and the student obedient to the teacher. The respect and obedience of the students to the teacher is uninterrupted and applies lifetime. Character education taught in Islamic boarding school includes respecting(ta’ẓīm)to parents, scholars, kissing the hands of the teacher, good example, manners, simplicity, honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility and independence. The methods of character education in Islamic boarding School, there are: Exemplary methods, taking lessons(ibrah), advice methods(mauī’ẓah), disciplinary methods, targhīb wa tahzīb method, and independence methods.Key Word: Education character and Pesantren

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship of sanctions with the level of discipline of P.A.B 12 Saentis Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang students in North Sumatra. The population in class X is 159 people, while the sample obtained by 32 people with the sampling technique is done by random sampling. To obtain sanction data (X) carried out through questionnaires and from the data obtained low 1 student (3.13%), for the category of enough 1 student (3.13%), for the good category 22 students (68.75%), for there are 8 high categories of students (25%). While the level of student discipline (Y) was conducted through questionnaires and obtained a good category of 15 students (46.87%), high category 3 students (9.38%), enough categories there were 8 students (25%) and for the low category there were 6 students (18.75%). Based on the results of the normal distribution, the results of the calculation of x2 table 46.23 11.07, while the results of the requirements for the analysis of the linearity test of student sanctions data are linear with f table 24.404 4.17. So to find out whether there is a significant positive relationship between giving sanctions and the level of discipline of students conducted by correlation test. Based on the results of the analysis, the correlation coefficient value is rxy = 0.670 by consulting the value obtained on the rtable value for a significant level of 0.05 with the number n = 32 which is 0.349 thitung t table (0.0670 0.349), the hypothesis obtained is a relationship significant positive between sanctions and discipline level of BAO 12 Saentis Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang North Sumatra.

This study aimed to point out (1) whatkinds of reading strategies used by EFL students at STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Barat Daya? and (2) what is the common reading strategies used by those students?A quantitative research design was utilized to collect the data in which a questionnaire was used as instrument. The questionnaire consisted of items to gain the students’ responses toward six categories of Reading Strategies implementation on their reading ability, namely: memory, cognitive, compensation, metacognitive, affective, and social reading strategies. In total 50 students ofEnglish Education Department at STKIP Muhammadiyahfrom different semester were involved as participants.The findings of the study revealed that(1)EFL students at English Education Department used the six categories of reading strategies both direct and indirect reading strategies such as cognitive, compensation, affective, social, metacognitive and memory strategies. (2) The average range of the sixreading strategies obtained from EFL students at English Education Departmentwere above 3.5 to 4.4. This indicated that the common strategies used by EFL students at STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Barat were cognitive, compensation, affective, social, metacognitive, and memorystrategies.Keywords: Reading and Reading Strategy

This study was conducted to determine the improvement of fourth grade science learning outcomes using the examples non examples learning model. The subjects were all students in fourth grade 040455 Berastagi, Karo. The object of the research is the improvement of the fourth grade science learning outcomes using the examples non examples learning model. The research instrument used was the observation sheet and tests. From the analysis of the data obtained from observations the implementation of learning activities of teachers increased 19,7% from a value of 60% to 79.7%, student activity increased from a score of 68% to 86%, the completeness of individuals who expressed achieving KKM scores of 70, classical completeness increased from 70% to 86.67%, and the average value increased from 67,33 to 70,33. This research is motivated by the problems found in Speaking Learning in class V MIN Punggung Lading Pariaman Selatan that there are still many students who have difficulty speaking. The use of regional languages is still often used, the intonation is inaccurate so students are less interested in participating in learning Indonesian especially speaking skills. Therefore an effort to improve speaking skills was carried out through environment-based teaching in class V MIN students in South Pariaman Lading. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2013/2014 school year for three months, at MIN Punggung Lading Pariaman Selatan. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 18 students in class V. This study was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The process of this research goes through four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively, by drawing conclusions. (1) speaking activities of students in class V MIN in the back of South Pariaman Lading in the first cycle reached 65% while in the second cycle reached 82.5%. This shows an increase of 17.5%. (2) Percentage of speaking ability of students in class V MIN in the back of South Pariaman Lading in choosing words, statement of speech, and voice intonation increased from cycle I to cycle II, from 38.9% to 94.4% with 55.5% increase in percentage. Based on the analysis of the data obtained from cycle I to cycle II, it can be concluded, that through environment-based teaching can increase the activity and speaking ability of class V MIN students in South Pariaman Lading.Keywords: Speaking ability, Motivation, environment-based teaching
