Abstract

E-Campus is a support media of administration and academic activities system that used to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of campus activities. However, e-Campus is created and developed by the public to meet the needs in general, which means it is not created to the specific needs of the campus that impact on campus administration and academic activities such as unused features or those that unrelated to campus activities. Furthermore, for students and lecturers, there are parts of the form that are not complete, and so forth. Evaluation with e-Campus system is done by multi method which consist of usability test, that is observing respondent difficulties in utilizing function / e-Campus feature specifically, and system usability scale to assess system as a whole. The results show that none of the scenarios were successfully resolved without help (hint). The completion rate for tasks 13 and 18 is 0% of all users and furthermore, not all tasks were completed on time. The main problem lies in the page view, toolbar, navigation system and incomplete pages. The e-campus prototype was built based on Shneiderman’s 8 Golden Rules of Interface Design with considerations on inputs from the evaluation process

Abstract

Tanjung Perak is the second largest and busiest port in Indonesia after the Tanjung Priok Port and also as a trade center to the eastern part of Indonesia. Tanjung Perak Port is included in the work unit at PT. (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Along with the development of the port, passengers who pass the Tanjung Perak port are also increasing. There are frequent spikes during Eid and the end of the year. Porters have difficulty predicting the number of passengers on ships. Based on the pattern of data on the number of ship passengers in 2015-2017, the seasonal pattern of data tends to fluctuate. So in predicting it, amethod is used triple exponential smoothing. This study will produce a forecasting system for the number of ship passengers in the port of Tanjung Perak for several future periods based on Android. Android as one of the operating systems that works on smartphones is a widely used operating system. With the use of Android-based applications, it is expected that the results of forecasting the number of marine vessels can be accessed on a mobile basis so that it is not limited to time and place.

Abstract

The measure of the success of a lecturer in transferring his knowledge to students becomes the main focus so that it can be described in a measurable manner, so that what is given can be understood, accepted and applied by students in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely the quality of teaching. Almost all universities assess their teaching performance. Performance appraisal means evaluating the current and / or past teaching quality relative to its performance standards. Some reasons for assessing teacher quality, first is integrated in the performance management process, second is assessment allows superiors and subordinates to develop a plan to correct all deficiencies found, third is assessment needed to know the strengths and weaknesses of teachers that are useful for career planning for teachers itself. There are several tools that are commonly used to conduct teacher performance assessments, namely the performance appraisal method. However, performance appraisal has several weaknesses (Dessler, 2008) including: subjective assessment, halo effect, centralized tendency, influenced by age, race and gender. Therefore, a technical evaluation system for performance appraisal is needed, so that it can get a more accountable assessment. In the previous research conducted by the author, the method used in the measurement process with parameters in the performance appraisal method is by using the Fuzzy Mamdani Logic method where the aim is to assess teacher performance by improving the assessment method of performance appraisal from the parameters, so can be used as a decision support system. The results obtained in the measurement with Fuzzy Mamdani Logic method are seen from the accuracy level of 60% accuracy of the calculation compared to the use of performance appraisal method. After developing the method that is by using the method of Fuzzy Analiytic Hierarchi Process the results obtained can increase the level of calculation accuracy up to 93%, considering in the FAHP method, the parameters that become the calculation variable will be analyzed first the level of consistency so that it is feasible to use.

Abstract

In today's world, SQL injection is a serious security threat on the Internet for various dynamic web sites on the internet. Because internet usage for various online services is increasing, so are the security threats that exist on the web are increasing. SQL injection attack is one of the most serious security vulnerabilities on the Web, most of these vulnerabilities are caused by a lack of input validation and use of SQL parameters. SQLMap is an application of the Kali Linux operating system where this application is useful for injecting data contained in a web using the features available in this application. In this paper, we have presented an example of an attack case using SQLMAP, starting from the injection process and how the application works until the process where we can get sensitive data from a web that has been injected without the victim knowing.

Abstract

Smartphones that we have are equipped with various android-based applications that are distributed free of charge but are very useful and can be used optimally if we know how to use them, one such application is the Carrymap Observer. This application allows us to display maps offline on a smart phone but can integrate with GPS and can be manipulated by users directly. We make portable maps according to the theme we want which will be accessed on andoid smart phones that we have using Arc GIS devices so that they can be used anytime, anywhere as needed. Banjarmasin is also called the City of Thousand Rivers, a city that has many rivers, both large and small. Martapura River is one of the largest rivers and divides through the city of Banjarmasin. Banjarmasin City residents utilize the Martapura River as an economic and transportation center. on the banks of the River Martapura lined cages owned by residents. The floating net boxes are in groups. There are dozens, some are only a few. The farmers raise several types of fish. The majority of catfish and pomfret. The existence of these cages needs to be inventoryed to make it easier to monitor so that the good and bad impacts that are directly related to these business activities can be managed and monitored by related parties. From this research, a portable map based on Android smart phone is produced, it is offline and can be operated quickly via a smart phone anytime and anywhere. provide information about ownership, types of fish being cultivated and other information deemed important. Based on researchers' searches on Google Scholar, no similar studies were found, namely the theme of making portable maps of floating fish cages along the Martapura River in Banjarmasin. So this research needs to be done in order to add to the literature and references to support further research, because there are many benefits that we can get from the portable maps produced, the creation of a database of floating aquaculture and the application of science in the field of geospatial.

Abstract

Geospatial or geographic space is a spatial aspect that shows the location, location, and position of an object or event that is below, on, or above the surface of the earth expressed in a particular coordinate system. Geospatial is widely used in various applications that aim to inform the map of a point or place to its users. Indonesia has a lot of universities both public and private. Each college has the value of Accreditation. Information on accreditation of a campus is very important to be published openly and accurately because it is related to the interests of prospective students. This study aims to create a geospatial-based application that informs the location of the college along with the accreditation value of the college. From this study a map can be installed on an Android smartphone. This map can provide geospatial information about campuses in the city of Banjarmasin accompanied by addresses and complete positions and information on accreditation status of BAN PT both the status of the Institution and the accreditation status of the study programs on the campus.

Abstract

The chi-square test is a hypothesis test of the comparison between the frequency of observation and the frequency of expectations based on a particular hypothesis in each case or the data taken to be observed. From the research test with the title "Testing the relationship between the use of IT on student achievement levels". In total 50 respondents from the scope of the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University, and after spss test and significance test can be produced that t count = 0.867 <t table = 9,488 means that Ho is accepted so that the conclusion is there is a relationship between the use of IT to the level of student academic achievement

Abstract

Humans are social beings, because almost every day humans interact with other humans. This interaction raises tendency for communication media to be made directly or through communication devices. Seeing this, humans are increasingly skilled at creating a communicating such as gadget with the aim facilitating communication between humans. Gadget are communication tools that have many function. Where are the function has used different features. The gadget itself has become a necessity in communication in the era of the 21st century. The faculty of computer science, Sriwijaya University (Fasilkom Unsri) as a faculty engaged in information and communicatin technology in the world of technology that is not only a researcher as a user of the technology itself. This study using a qualitive descriptive method in which researcher attempt to describe the result of research using words or sentences in a logical structure, and explain the concept in relation to one another. A qualitive approach is also chosen because it can present the characteristics of the reaserch well, and the data obtained is more complete. This research was conducted to reveal the analys of the impact of using gadget technology on the social environment Inderalaya campus of Computer Science Faculty students from 2015 to 2018
