Abstract

Sebagian besar orang menginginkan memiliki berat badan yang ideal. Salah satu jalan yangditempuh adalah melakukan diet. Diet yang baik dengan mengatur takaran seimbang dari makananyang dikonsumsi. Yang rumit pada diet yaitu menghitung jumlah asupan makanan dan mengaturkomposisi kandungannya agar memenuhi takaran seimbang. Aplikasi komputer dengan algoritma datamining merupakan sebuah solusi yang dapat membantu mempermudah dalam menentukan kategorimakanan diet bagi seseorang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan dibangunsebuah software untuk mengkalkulasi data training yang ada. Kata Kunci: diet, makanan, Naïve Bayes, software, klasifikasi Abstract Most people want to have the ideal weight. One way to go is to diet. A good diet by adjusting abalanced dose of food consumed. The complicated in the diet is to calculate the amount of food intakeand adjust the composition of the content to meet balanced doses. Computer applications with datamining algorithms is a solution that helps simplify the diet category for a person. Abstract

Abstrak : Masih banyak perguruan tinggi yang masih menggunakan cara manual untuk melakukan seleksi beasiswa. Sehingga seringkali hasil penerima beasiswa tidaklah objektif karena tidak adanya ukuran yang terukur untuk melakukan penilaian pemberian beasiswa. Oleh sebab itu dengan adanya teknologi komputer sekarang ini memungkinkan bagi pengelola beasiswa di perguruan tinggi untuk membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputer dengan berbagai metode algoritma. Salah satu algoritma yang akurat untuk suatu sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode Fuzzy – AHP. Dimana proses pemberian bobot kriteria beasiswa di tentukan oleh AHP dan dioptimasi range nilai tunggalnya dengan menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy. Algoritma ini dapat mengatasi keterbasan range nilai dengan Triangle Fuzzy Number (TFN), juga dapat mengatasi masalah ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy – AHP kedalam program Matlab, karena software ini sangat akurat dan mudah dalam melakukan operasi matematika dan statistika. Adanya fungsi matriks, eigenvalue, eigenvector dan yang lainnya, membuat program Matlab sangatlah cocok bila digunakan untuk analisa dengan metode Fuzzy – AHP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy – AHP kedalam program Matlab, sehingga hasil- hasil yang ada dapat dianalisa secara matematika maupun statistika untuk pengembangan penelitian ini. Sebagai langkah awal penelitian ini telah menghasilkan program Matlab untuk metode Fuzzy – AHP. Dimana dari data yang ada dapat dihasilkan nilai akhir bedasarkan metode yang digunakan. Hasil akhir tersebut berupa nilai akhir dan kesimpulan tentang range/ tingkat kelayakan mahasiswa memperoleh beasiswa. Kata kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy, AHP, Matlab

Abstract

Along with many various human activity to fulfill the food nutritional in take vegetable nutrition and animal nutrition must be fulfilled. Animal nutrition is a needs that aften consumed by many people and one of those is broiler chicken. Broiler chicken is a livestuck chicken that easily produce, so there are so many broiler chicken farm that we could see in many place. But there are some problem that occur in most broiler breeders such as the composition of food ingredients and high ration costs. To fulfill the right composition of ingredients with minimum cost, researchers offer a solution by using genetic algorithm in deter mining the composition of broiler food ingredients. This aplication uses 50 ingredients of broiler chicken livestock along with nutrition. This study used roulette wheel methods. The result of this study obtained optimum parameters with population size of 400, various generation of 350 and pc 0.1 and pm 0.8 combinations of 10 times test. This result is a composition of broiler food ingredients that meet the nutritional needs with minimal cost.

Abstract

Smartphone is a communication tool that is often used as a means of accessing information. Nowadays many Smartphones that can be used to record voice, take a picture and make a video with good quality. On a Smartphone, there are a wide variety of operating systems such as Symbian, Blackberry, Android, and iOS. Android is a Linux-based operating system for mobile devices that open source. Android also has many versions such as Gingerbread, ICS, Jelly Bean, KitKat, Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat and the latest Oreo. Not all samrtphone working optimally so harsher costum rom in order to maximize the ability of the smartphone. Remastering is a technique to change, add, delete application packages that are on an operating system. Remastering aims to make new android which has been optimized. The android operating system for multimedia can provide functionality to users especially in Lenovo A6000 PLUS in increasing ability

Abstract

Currently the financial administrators of the District Education and Culture Office of Tanah Bumbu do the work of input data paying additional income based on workload (TPBBK) using MsExcel so that the data input constraints are still manual and the database is not adequate so the work becomes ineffective and efficient. So this study aims to find the problems, design, build and implement the Information System Payments TPBBK the Office of Education and Culture Tanah Bumbu Regency. The research method used is applied research method (Applied Research). Data collection techniques used are observation and interview. Beginning with analyzing functional and non functional requirements and PIECES analysis. The results of this study are aimed primarily to facilitate financial admisnistrator in making reports TPBBK, produce reports TPBBK precisely and save time in the process.

Abstract

SPT (letter of assignment) and SPD (letter of official travel) are two common forms of letters made in government agencies related to the implementation of assignment and travel of civil servant (ASN). SPT and SPD are also related to the state finances used by an agency relating to the costs incurred during the official travel. The old documentary system of SPT and SPD at Balai Litbang (R & D Center) Rawa Banjarmasin is considered not effective in the process, especially in terms of making, reporting, and documentation. This research aims is to design and implement SPT and SPD Information System at Balai Litbang Rawa of Banjarmasin City. This research uses Applied Research method with system development method using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), all data are obtained through observation and interview. The system design includes DFD, Normalization and EER Model and its implementation using Java & MySQL. The results of new application of SPT and SPD information system is able to integrate, to reduce errors, and to manage the issuance of SPT and SPD at Balai Litbang Rawa of Banjarmasin city so that the new documentary system of SPT and SPD would be better

Abstract

Each association or organization must have an official site that is useful to provide accurate information about the organization to its members and the wider community. Official site is used as a medium of information, communication media and educational media for its members, students and the wider community. However, the current membership area of the Association of Indonesian Private Universities (APTISI), amounting to 13 regions has not had official official site so that the delivery of information is still using the manual way. In this case the official site APTISI Pusat can become the main website to make official membership site by using sub directory. In this research, using descriptive research method. Supported by technique 3 (three) data collecting technique that is observation, literature study and impelementasi. In the system development stage using waterfall method which is one of the method of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle). The alternative problem solving is the official site of the Association of Indonesian Private Universities (APTISI), an official site used as a container / place and media information that is devoted to its members and can display and improve the performance of association activities

Abstract

ASIA University Library has a problem in the grouping of new books in large numbers, because the DDC is a parameter for the grouping of the book has not been entered into the library information system, so that when the librarian input some books, they should be viewed DDC before entering into the system and it was very reducing the work time efficiently. Those problems can be solved by adding the new intelligent system in the application, namely the pre-processing algorithms that has tokenizing phase, filtering, and stemming use Nazief Andriani and then compared to find similarities documents or title with Vector Space Model algorithm. From the test that results using the algorithm above, eventually the system could resolve the problems in the library of ASIA that is this system has a recall value by 63% and the value of Precision by 72%. These results meet on the effectiveness of information retrieval system that the accuracy of a value is at least 50%.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to developed a computer network system based on router os and web server authentication embedded in a mini PC, user login authentication process applied to a router hotspot system combined with mini PC so it can produce a good management system or which can be called as smart hotspot. The intelligent hotspot which is built has the ability to perform user management and authentication. User management built into this intelligent hotspot system has the ability to define user authority, bandwidth limitation hierarchy, and limitations to sites and user-accessible content, the system is capable of detecting malware, phishing or pornographic content or sites. This capability is created by implementing and modifying firewall features in mikrotik OS. User authentication is built by incorporating hotspot features in the router OS as well as web server embedded in a Raspberry PI mini PC. User authentication is applied with two login process that is first login process by entering username and password with purpose to determine user permissions, then second login process in the form of question according to given user class. Questions given in the form of problems related to the subjects Prodi Computer Systems. The results obtained from the construction of this intelligent hotspot system is a hotspot system that can provide education for users and provide more convenience services for users and learning media courses Computer Network Administration at STMIK Asia Malang. Based on the test system that has been done some weaknesses to the authentication and limitation that have been made, but from the weakness in general can be concluded that the system can run quite well.
