Abstract

Pada zaman yang serba digital ini, hampir semua orang mempunyai akses internet untuk mememenuhi masing-masing kebutuhannya. Dengan adanya internet segala sesuatu hal informasi dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan dari sekolah daring yang memberikan kebebasan dan kemudahan akses internet di rumah dengan meningkatnya pemain game online. Peneltitan dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada siswa-siswi SMA di Indonesia, lalu data diolah sedemikian mungkin untuk diidentifikasi perilaku siswa-siswi SMA. Hasilnya didapat terdapat beberapa tanda di mana adanya pengaruh dari sekolah daring dari rumah dengan meningkatnya pemain game online.

Abstract

Institut Asia Malang has several systems can support the operation of teaching and learning activities, including the infrastructure system. This system needs developed in addition to being an institutional requirement in organizing and administering infrastructure advice, but also a supporting assessment when BAN (National Accreditation Board) conducts an assessment. This assessment is very influential so it is hoped that with more points, the community's credibility to the Asia Institute of Malang will increase.. The method used to build an information system is the Waterfall method. It has 5 phases: Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. This method is used in building the Information System for Facilities and Infrastructure of Asia Malang (SISAPRA) because it is, sequential in building software. This research also uses 7 stages. The SISAPRA can be accessed via the Web or mobile. The layout are responsive for both types of gadgets often used by userswe wish that this application can assist in managing administration and knowing the status and physical condition.

Abstract

PT. BPR Ploso Saranaartha Jombang has several problems that often arise regarding to the provision of credit to debtors. At present the bank is still giving credit to its customers by selecting debtors, there is no systematic procedure in determining whether a customer is eligible for credit or not. This is what causes a lot of bad credit that can harm the bank. Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3) algorithm can be used to solve this case. In completing it, ID3 will do a data preprocessing process first, which aims to discard data that is not important to get the data that is needed. After that ID3 will form a decision tree based on the rules generated. Each root node in a decision tree is formed based on the rules generated. Each root node in a decision tree is formed based on the largest gain value of each input attribute. In calculating this algorithm, a sufficient dataset is needed to use the training process. The dataset used for this training process is 300 data records consisting of 272 data with good collectability and 28 data with bad collectability. There is also data that will be used for the testing process totaling 20 new customer data records consisting of 8 data with bad collectability and 12 data with good collectability. In the trials that have been carried out on the dataset produced 10 rules. After the data testing, the output with 88, 51% accuracy is produced. This means that from 300 data records that have been trained, they can cover 19 data from 20 testing data records.

Abstract

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of coronavirus. Indonesia confirmed the first case of the coronavirus infection that caused Covid-19 in early March 2020. Since then, various countermeasures have been made by the government to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors. One of the efforts to tackle Covid-19 transmission is by carrying out community activities. This has an effect on business activities which in turn has an impact on the economy. The economic downturn due to Covid-19 has an impact on increasing the poor population in Indonesia. One of the steps taken by the government in dealing with Covid-19 is by providing social assistance that is prioritized by poor families. The factor that becomes a problem in implementing a program is the right information and the accuracy of the recipient is not right on target. Therefore, the sub-district , as a government agency, processes data on poor families which are classified into three categories, namely near-poor and very poor. In determining these criteria, a decision-making model is known as a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen because this method determines the weight value for each attribute. The results obtained from the Simple Additive Weighting method ranking were obtained from 9 very poor categories with the highest value, namely 0.91. Abstract

Malang Raya, which consists of Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City, is one of the favorite tourist destinations in East Java. The number of tourist attraction locations that offer various advantages of each. This often makes it difficult for local and non-local tourists to choose a tourist destination, in order to be able to maximize their visit time, costs and satisfaction. This study aims to build a decision support system (DSS) for determining tourist locations using the Moora method. This method will provide weighting criteria according to user conditions / preferences, and then perform processing on the data. The built DSS is able to produce recommendations by ranking tourist locations to users according to their preferences. The system built was tested using 5 alternative tourist attraction locations in Batu City and 3 criteria consisting of 1 cost and 2 benefit criteria. Experiments carried out were successful in giving different rankings to 5 alternatives.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a system that supports humans to determine something based on mathematical calculations. Decision Support Systems will be made by researchers as a tool that will be used to help fresh graduates to choose jobs according to their interests. The object that will be used is the graduates of the Information Technology Department at the State Polytechnic of Malang. The method used for this system combines the SAW and TOPSIS methods.

Abstract

Every manufacturing industry should have supporting facilities and infrastructure for its business continuity. Infrastructure is very important and is part of the final placement of the production process is storage warehouses, storage can be temporary or long-term depending on the needs of the company. Problems that often occur in warehouses are generally the placement of finished goods that are still not well organized so that a lot of time and effort needed by the pic rack in the activity of preparing the goods to be sent because the location of the goods requested to be sent simultaneously the location is still far away. Based on the above problems the author intends to conduct research to provide alternative thinking to the company by conducting data testing with a priori algorithm to obtain new information on the layout of goods more effectively. From the calculation results that have been done can be concluded that the most frequent transactions simultaneously with a minimum support of 40% and a minimum confidence of 80% are 4 items namely COVER ADF SUB C, COVER PAPER GUIDE ASF, PAPER GUIDE DUPLEX LOWER (MASUO) and PAPER GUIDE UPPER ADF. From the test results above, a new combination model has been formed so that the pic rack can change the old layout with the new one.

Abstract

SIBI which stands for Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia refers to an Indonesian signal language system for deaf and mute people. This research concerns with detecting the feature extraction of SIBI letters. For this reason, the researcher conducted several phases such as pre-processing, edge detection, image extraction, and letter similarity [1]. In the segmentation process, manhattan distance method was carried out and then continued by converting RGB image to grayscale image and binary image. The next process namely mathematical morphology aimed at reducing the noise of image, whereas the method of chain code with eight directions of connectivity was employed as the extraction method of shape feature to determine the image probability. After that, the formation of eight connectivity of chain code in which edge was preciously detected by Robert operator generated probability value. Meanwhile, the euclidean distance method served as the equation of resulted probability value. By using 171 dataset consisting of 119 data reference and 52 data testing, the accuracy gained averagely 91%.

Abstract

The problems faced at Bringkoning Madura Community Health Center are the coding and indexing system for outpatients, which are not computerized at this time. In all recording systems, it is still manual using notebooks where there are several shortcomings. According to the results of observations that have been made, the shortcomings include that it takes a long time and the data is inaccurate. One of the contributing factors is the inaccuracy at the time of writing in seeing the number of outpatients. The purpose of this study is to create an outpatient coding and indexing application using the programming language PHP and MySQL. The method used is using the waterfall model with the programming languages PHP and MySQL. This type of research This research uses the type of development research (Research and Development). Based on the results of the research, this application makes it easy for medical record officers, doctors, and officers in charge of anticipating actions to be taken on outpatients because they can be accessed wherever they are.

Abstract

Community services are carried out computerized so that services can be better. The purpose of this study is to reveal problems, design and build an information system for the development of economic services in the South Landasan Ulin sub-district, Liang Anggang sub-district, Banjarbaru city, so that it can be implemented in the South Landasan Ulin sub-district to facilitate development economic services. This research uses qualitative research and uses the waterfall development method which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, support and maintenance. This research can solve problems in the South Landasan Ulin sub-district, Liang Anggang sub-district, Banjarbaru city based on the web. This study resulted in the application of web-based development economic services in the South Landasan Ulin sub-district. This system contains a filling sheet for the preparation of a development economic letter in the South Landasan Ulin sub-district
