Abstract

Store sales recording activity is an important thing. By record the sell, the seller can minimize errors in calculating profit and loss due to items that are not recorded. The seller also compares number of each product which sold at a time and can make plans to plan the next sales strategy. By adopting the ADDIE method which in its stages goes through Analyze, Design, Development & Implementation, and Evaluation phases, the author develops a store sales recording application that has CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) as the main feature of number of sales recording compiled with a MySQL database. Bar charts and pie charts are displayed as a visualization of product sales data using Bootstrap.

Abstract

Car Rental Information System is an information system to support car rental activities for customers in the city and outside the city. In this information system, it is still using the traditional system which causes frequent errors in the data processing and is less efficient. This application was built to help process order data, which includes car rental payment transaction data, car order transaction data, car data, and generate detailed reports. The approach method used is structured and descriptive in nature with the case study approach, while the software in the development of this system is Java, MySQL Database, Browser and XAMPP. From the results of the application test, it can be seen that the Car Rental Information System application can provide convenience to customers in the car ordering process without having to worry about contracting the COVID-19 virus because the transaction process is carried out online, and for admins it can provide convenience in managing the ordering process. cars, reports and expenses.

Abstract

Learning the Qur'an is an obligation for every believer. The process of memorizing the Qur'an uses a special memorization method that is different in each cottage, but the application of the method or method of memorizing cannot be used by general beginner memorizers, so it will make the memorization process hampered or feel heavy. Therefore, this study developed an application to assist believers in memorizing the Qur'an. Utilization of android-based smartphone applications can help and facilitate people who want to memorize the Qur'an. The research approach model used is qualitative with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, literature study. While the software development model is the waterfall model. The results of this study are the Hafidz.id application for memorizing the Qur'an using android technology that can be accessed online and offline with audio features, verse text, images, translations and the addition of asbabun nuzul/stories that support Arabic text. There are two views, namely hafiz kids and formal, there is a memorization model that is applied per verse (one verse in one scene). This application has successfully passed the system testing process using black box testing and got successful results in all tests.

Abstract

Knowledge is often associated not only with documents or valuable assets, but also with routines, processes, practices, and norms within a company. There are two types of knowledge: Tacit Knowledge and Explicit Knowledge. Tacit knowledge is knowledge derived from individual experiences that exists within their minds and is difficult to share with others. Tacit knowledge can be lost due to outsourcing, employee downsizing, company mergers, or when individuals leave their jobs. On the other hand, explicit knowledge is knowledge that can be documented, interpreted, and shared with others. PT MAP, a partner of PT Telkom Indonesia's fiber network Indihome, provides services such as sales, wifi installation, troubleshooting, and Indihome maintenance. The limitations and lack of learning processes for new technicians or technicians seeking to enhance their knowledge in wifi networks are the background issues in this research. The ADDIE method is one of the commonly used methods in e-Learning design. It consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the design stage, the conversion from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge is carried out using the SECI method, which involves socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization. The use of the SECI method in the knowledge conversion process is based on the consideration that the data used is tacit knowledge from employees and company owners. Therefore, PT MAP requires an e-learning content that will help facilitate and accelerate the learning process for new employees and those who seek to enhance their knowledge.

Abstract

Learning media is currently required to keep up with the rapid development of information technology. Interactive learning media present the delivery of material that users can not only see and hear, but to which they can also actively respond. The characteristics of interactive learning media require users to always interact during the learning process so as to foster a positive attitude among users towards learning. 360° video is a technology that can visualize the entire point of view that is around us. Content generated from 360° videos can create immersive virtual reality experiences. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning medium based on 360° video as a learning resource for students to learn the tools commonly used to produce TV programs, namely the Blackmagic Design Studio camera and the Atem Mini Switcher. The research method used is the Villamil-Molina method, here are the stages: 1. Development; 2. Preproduction; 3. Produc-tion; 4. Postproduction; and 5. Delivery. The results of this study indicate that it has succeeded in accordance with its functionality in making interactive learning media based on virtual reality using 360° video as an alternative media for student learning resources to learn tools commonly used in TV studio courses.

Abstract

The key to an agency's success lies not only in the quality of its products or services, but also in how much effort a company has to put in to meet customer needs, and then provide them with the best and most comfortable service so they can become loyal customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can not only guarantee customer loyalty to a product, but also loyalty to these companies and agencies in providing health services at a clinic. Implementation of CRM strategy aims to attract new customers, improve customer relationships and retain customers, so as to obtain long-term customer loyalty. This research develops an E-CRM software application, using the action research method. The stages carried out in action research are diagnosing, planning action, taking action, evaluating action. The results of this study are web-based clinical customer relationship management application designs developed with PHP and MySQL programming. This application displays information related to clinical services and facilities that can be accessed by users. Contacts and social media links make it easier for users to stay in touch with the clinic to ask for the information they need. The customer relationship management application in the branding strategy helps in introducing the clinic through web media. Long-term relationships between patients and clinics will be maintained through an informative application system.

Abstract

The development of technology and information makes it easier for humans to exchange information that is not limited to distance and time. Advances in technology make it easy for people to get information instantly even though they are separated by great distances. However, this convenience is also accompanied by threats to irresponsible elements. who can access the contents of the information. Security of an information message is very necessary so that the message only reaches the intended person and other people who are not entitled to the contents of the information cannot access it. This research aims to create a text message security system using an algorithm Vigenere Cipher cryptography which aims to make the contents of the message only understandable by the recipient of the message which can increase confidentiality in exchanging information. The test results of this system can encrypt messages into ciphertext and perform decryption so that the message returns to the original message. yes

Abstract

The use of cable internet service at home is often disrupted by problems or damage to the network. Not all cable internet service users understand how to solve problems on their internet network. While there are many ways to solve this problem, it often takes administrators and technicians a long time to find and fix the problem. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop an expert system that can detect and solve problems on the Celebes Media Network (Bnet) internet network. An expert system is a system that can store knowledge from an expert and use that knowledge to solve problems with the help of a computer. This expert system was created using the Fuzzy Logic method with Naive Bayes, where Fuzzy Logic can be used to change and transform the uncertainty of the value given by the user into a definite value, which is then processed and processed by Naive Bayes to calculate the weight of the user's answer. This method is particularly suitable for expert systems that require reliable safeguards to ensure the accuracy of defined values. The Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method was used to develop this system. The benefit of this system is the ability to quickly and easily detect and solve problems on the internet network, which can assist administrators and technicians in dealing with problems on the network. The test results are then analyzed and optimized by administrators and technicians, resulting in an accuracy rate of 85% between the system and the original expert.

Abstract

Langkat is one of the districts in North Sumatra which has a variety of good tourist sites to visit. Some of the tourists still don't know geographically the tourist objects visited. This study aims to create an information system for mapping and determining the location of strategic tourist objects in Langkat Regency using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The system that will be created will recommend places that have the potential to be selected as tourist spots. Determining strategic tourist objects using a weighting process with fuzzy logic is then calculated by implementing the SAW method and considering a number of criteria, namely the average number of visits to the tour, the distance traveled from the capital of Langkat Regency to the tourist attraction, the price of admission to the object tourism and the completeness of facilities and infrastructure at these tourist objects. Of the 34 total data, the ranking results for each filter applied are different. The filters applied are visits, distance, costs, and facilities. In all existing filters, the Bukit Lawang tourist attraction is always ranked first

Abstract

The implementation of an IT system in an organization or company can help improve the performance of knowledge management implementation. By having good knowledge management, managed organizations can become more effective, efficient and well structured. The System and Information Technology Unit (STI) is a technical unit that accommodates all digital services needed by every community at IT Telkom Purwokerto. However, the problem that occurs in the System and Information Technology Unit (STI) is that the existing knowledge is not recorded properly. The design of a Knowledge Management System can help organizations document and record existing knowledge of staff and store it in a knowledge database so that it is easier to access. The design carried out in this study is to use the "10-Step KM Roadmap" by implementing 6 Steps. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews, observing and documenting the data collected. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint document containing an analysis of the knowledge management system design, functional & non-functional system requirements, KM Team design, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The knowledge management system recommendation is described in the form of a wireframe as an overview of the system to be built.
