Abstract

The background of this research is Hidayatullah Islamic Hospital (RSI) Yogyakarta and is done through leadership interferential, employee’s loyalty gives influence toward employee’s performance. (1) The phenomenon factor of harmonious relationship between leader and subordinate. (2) Factor of employee’s performance which has not yet indicating employment conduciveness. (3) Factor of employee’s loyalty toward the lack of leader’s concern on employee’s performance and opportunity to receive compensation. (4) The phenomenon of employee’s performance; the employee’s incompetence in comprehending leader’s instruction and the individual employee’s minimum responsibility which hinder the work performance. Data were compiled through interview and questionnaire, and were classified into primary and secondary data. The sample of the research consisted of 40 respondents. Method used in analyzing the data was linearity test, significance test of multiple linear regression coefficient, t test, F test, R2. The results of the research include: (1) The leader of Hidayatullah Islamic Hospital Yogyakarta doesn’t always impose sanction to its employee but instead puts trust on the head of unit to manage employee, conducts control/supervisory toward subordinate’s performance periodically in every line of work. (2) Employee’s loyalty is correlated with employee’s job and total self-image, as well as the purpose similarity between the individual and the hospital management. (3) The compatibility among willingness, achievement, and result gained is believed to create an individual with high work ethic, professionalism and commitment for its institution and also for its work achievement. The conclusions of the research are; (1) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style toward the employee’s performance at Hidayatullah islamic hospital Yogyakarta. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of employee’s loyalty toward employee’s performance at Hidayatullah islamic hospital Yogyakarta. (3) The independent variable (leadership style and employee’s loyalty) gives positive and significant influence toward the employee’s performance at Hidayatullah Islamic hospital Yogyakarta

Abstract

X Hospital Bantul is a type C hospital that has a capacity of 129 beds with a total of 173 nurses. As a health worker who provides nursing services for 24 hours, nurses contribute greatly in improving the quality of service in hospitals. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the chief management approach and nurses job satisfaction on the performance of the nurses in the inpatient ward of X Hospital.The population of all nurses in the inpatient ward. The sample size was 101 nurses in the inpatient ward. Data analysis using linear regression.Result of t test of management approach obtained t value equal to 5,393 (5,393> 1,984) and obtained t count value equal to 2,916 (2,916> 1,984) which mean approach of management and job satisfaction partially have significant influence to nurse performance. While F test result obtained by F value 21.135 (21,135> 3,089) with p value (0,000), which means there is a significant effect together the approach of chief management of space and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses in hospital ward PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. The conclusion of management approach and job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of nurses at X Hospital.

Abstract

This study is a mixed method research, a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods with cross sectional study design. Quantitative research methods to describe the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008. The bureaucratic reform policy QMS ISO 9001: 2008 in health centers, a strong reason to rehabilitate physical structures all health centers. Aspects of the process: Organizational Management Aspect outcomes: The quality objectives is an indicator of success, implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008. QMS ISO improves customer satisfaction, the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 in health centers 48% criteria, the criteria of no less than 8%. The big difference in perceptions of health centers and the Department of Health. in health centers already meet the requirements of clause 8 in the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to knowing description (policy, implementation, barriers, recommendation) on compliance efforts in patient safety goals RSKIA PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Kota Gede. Qualitative research with case study design (case study). Subjects were hospital management, the staff of the hospital and the patient. The study object is the implementation of Patient Safety Goals Hospital Accreditation Hospital In Version 2012. Policy and implementation for the implementation of 6 targets have not been fully made patient safety and well-executed yet because there are still adhere to standards that do not, do not know the rules, socialization and motivation are lacking and there is no management support. Recommendation needs to be done is the hospital management and the need to formulate a policy direction that comes with phasing as a guide to target patient safety in hospitals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the unit cost of sectio Caesaria by ABC method, second to analyze the differences between the unit cost calculation of Sectio Caesaria by ABC method with applied cost. Unit cost analysis was conducted at Sectio Caesaria procedure without comorbidities or complications. Data that used in the form of primary data interviews with specialists Obgyn and secondary data financial data and hospitals profiles. The result of the calculation of unit cost of Sectio Caesaria service through Activity Based Costing approach is  still lower than INA CBG’s tariff.

Abstract

Nutritional services management contributes to the acceleration of healing process, health maintenance and nutritional status improvement. Poor nutritional service management leads to a high risk of patients’ health degradation, and it even can lead to death. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of three aspects of nutritional service management, namely human resources, method, and equipment in the third-class ward of X Hospital. The methods used in the research were mix research methods which involved descriptive observational design. Data collection was conducted in a cross-sectional manner. Respondents selected included 30 nurses and 2 nutritionists while informants consisted of 5 nurses and 2 nutritionists. The data collection used questionnaires, checklists and interview guides. Observation of patients’ medical records was done retrospectively in 3 months, involving 30 files. The quantitative analysis used descriptive-inferential statistics and correlation test. The qualitative data were analysed on the basis of codes of themes and sub themes. The results of the study found that the management of human resources in regard to nurses and nutritionists was not yet good, management of nutritional service management performed by the nurses was good but was in contrast to the management performed by the nutritionists, which was not good, and equipment management was good. To improve the performance of nutritional services management, it is necessary to adjust the management in accordance with the existing rules and guidelines, implementation of socialization, supervision, monitoring and evaluation on a regular basis.

Abstract

Managers Hospital admit that Strategy planning is important forces management, but  this Strategy planning still become problem because some obstacles that faced to manage it well and exact. Basic obstacle relate to human resource  obstacle that very determine quality and axact strategy planning.There are some obstacles that make strategy planning doesn’t  yet optimal as important forces management that very needed on face change environment that change quickly. Key factor success strategy planning is formation systematic strategy, implementation strategy that effective, and restrain even follow up from Implementation (Brenes, et al.2008). According to view of resource, the resource based view of the firm(RBV), Resource that had Hospital can become source that enable to approximating and implementation that can increase efficiency and effectiveness of Hospital (Barney, 1991). Resource and capability determine factor Hospital strategy and profitability determiner factor Hospital (Grant 1997;Collis&Montgomery, 1998). Kind of Research that used in this Research is  Qualitative, Populations are head room Nurse, Midwife and all Components  that support data Research.Every staff in Hospital hope in order to business strategy planning Hospital can informed spread all to all staffs Hospital through special seminar because Hospital that qualified become hope and wish all of Hospital Components. Strategy business planning Components Hospital generally has prepared well but doesn’t socialised yet to employee in Muhammadiyah Hospital of Petanahan. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the correlation of coder’s comprehension, audit implementation, medical record the completeness, SOP implementation, as well as facilities and infrastructure completeness with the inaccuracy of outpatient diagnosis coding in General Surgery and Neurosurgery Polyclinics, Hospital X, Badung Regency. This research was quantitative analytic research with cross-sectional study design. A total of 8 coders were sampled and as many as 200 medical records were selected for the determination of coding inaccuracy. The results showed that most medical records are inaccurately coded. The bivariate test using spearmans who indicated that there was a correlation between the coder’s comprehension (sig. = 0.000), audit implementation (sig. = 0.003), medical record completeness (sig. = 0.000), SOP implementation (sig. = 0.004), as well as facilities and infrastructure completeness (sig. = 0.000) with the inaccuracy of outpatient disease diagnosis coding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the market segmentation X Hospital so as to determine the focus of the marketing will be done. The market segmentation is important to understand the hospital’s target market. The aim of implement hospitals market segmentation is to focus more on marketing in order to set priorities in serving patients optimally. Market segmentation has not been analyzed and documented. The market segmentation is done by classifying patients based on geographic segmentation, demographic, psychographic and behavioral patient's identity using the form contained in the registration section. Data inputted using a computer program to obtain a predetermined percentage segmentation then analyzed.

Abstract

Puskesmas is the main of the program bpjs health. Center role crucial where be the basic health services acting as first contact to the community .The main objective of BPJS is ensure that participants receive the healthcare benefit and the protectionneeds basic health, includes promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative treatments.Objectives in this study isto get a profile patient visits Puskesmas Cisoka Tangerang in the era of BPJSjanuary to august 2015. The method used in this study is descriptive with cross sectional method. The respondents in this study is the total patient visits puskesmas cisoka. A measuring instrument in study is data secondary and analysis of data univariat. The result of study has reached 104 respondents. Most patients who visited puskesmas is outpatients as 80,8 %, where 61,5 % of this percentage are women.Health insurance in use outpatients the majority pay own ( patients ) of 78,5 % , where 20,2 % outpatients using health insurance bpjs .The diagnosis of the total visits puskesmas patients suffering ispa the majority of 19,2 % , where ispa is also the percentage of the majority of outpatients .Meanwhile majority of patients diarrhea acute as many as 40 %. The conclusion on this study isvisits patients at puskesmas cisoka most of the patients outpatient with most of patients use health service scheme pay own ( a patient public with the diagnosis most outpatient is tract , while in-patient is acute diarrheal.
