Improving the quality of hospital services can not be separated from the role of the various disciplines of health workers in hospitals, including nurses, because most hospital services are nursing services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on commitment, job satisfaction and nurses’ intent to move RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta with the mediating role of justice and trust. The study also is associative causal research that seek causal influence of the variables to be studied. This research was conducted and involved nurses Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. The number of samples of this study were 124 nurses Orthopaedic Hospital Orthopedics Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. The results showed that transformational leadership style influence on commitment, job satisfaction and nurses’ intent to move RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta with the mediating role of justice and trust.

The study on the effect of fuel subsidies toward oil import is a controversial topicdiscussions. This study will explore the effect of fuel subsidies on oil import by addingseveral independent variables, consist of; the number of vehichles, the exchange rateand inflation. Data use time series data from 1980-2013. The tool of analyze is OrdinaryLeast Squares Method (OLS).Based on the results show that the simultaneous testexplains that the fuel subsidies, the number of vehichles, the exchange rate, and inflationhave a significant effect on oil import. However partially, the variables of fuel subsidies,the number of vehichles, and the exchange rate have a positive and significant effecton oil import. Inflation does not affect on oil import. The coefficient of determinationuses Adjusted R-square test is about 98%. The implication of this study is governmentscan increase oil production Indonesia. The government should facilitate the licensing ofinvestment and rejuvenate the old oil wells. It aims to reduce Indonesia dependence onoil import so that it can save foreign exchange reserves.

The purpose of this study to apply the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on theHospital Management Information System. This research is important because changesin hospital management information system (SIMRS) of the old system in collaborationwith third parties to the new system is a standalone system that was developed by the ITteam RSO Prof. dr. R. Soeharso requires a process of transition, which for some employeeslead to conflict in the process of adaptation. This study is an empirical research withquantitative methods. The population of all employees who use information managementsystem as much as 382 people, 193 people sampled with sample random samplingtechnique. The results of this study include shows, computer selt efficacy influence theperceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of technology in hospital managementinformation system. Subjective norms affect the perceived usefulness and perceived easeof use of technology in hospital management information system. System accessibilitywhile no effect on the perception of the benefits, but the effect on the perceived ease ofuse of technology in hospital management information system.

The objectives of the study are how to determine product bundling strategy andimplementation to Dekalb brand hybrid corn and Round-up brand herbicide. By analyzes how consumer attitudes toward buying intention in this regard farmers as buyer and retailers as products services. The data used is primary data. Primary data is obtained using 2 kind of respondents are retailers and farmers. The data obtained by distributed 30 questionnaires for retailers and 110 farmers in Grobogan. The descriptive statistic employed to analyzed data by using multiple linear regressions with t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result showed that on retailers respondents attribute the product bundling has no significant influence to consumer buying intention but consumer attitudes significantly influence the buying intention. On the farmers respondents showed that attributes of the product bundling and consumer attitudes positive and significant influence to buying intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation,intrinsic motivation, subjective norms, trust, and attitudes toward intention for sharingknowledge. Type of the research in this study is a quantitative reserch, by taking samples200 respondents at SMP Muhammadiyah and MTs Muhammadiyah at Sukoharjo. Thetechnique of collecting data uses questionnaires, and tested uses structural equationmodel/Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of this study show that extrinsicmotivation and intrinsic motivation has no effect on the intention to share knowledge,extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation effect on attitudes and trust, trust andsubjective norms effect on attitudes and attitudes, and subjective norms effect on theintention for sharing knowledge.

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction, and work competence of the organization’s commitment to employees in RSO Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta. This research was explanatory research with survey research design. Data used primary data. The population of all employees who work in RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso totaling 626 people, were taken a sample of 244 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a scale linkert. The data analysis includes validation test, reliability and multiple regression analysis, t-test, F and R2. The results showed discipline work positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, competence work positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the discipline of work, work motivation , job satisfaction and work competence significant effect together against the organization’s commitmentto employee hospital Orthopedics Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta
