Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam mendorong pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dibutuhkan infrastruktur dasar baik infrastruktur ekonomi maupun infrastruktur sosial. Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan infrastruktur dibutuhkan berbagai alternatif skema pembiayaan yang termasuk salah satunya adalah Sukuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan trend penelitian dan potensi isu penelitian masa depan terkait Sukuk sebagai alternatif pembiayaan infrastruktur di Indonesia selama kurun waktu 2005-2020. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode Studi kepustakaan atau Systematic Literature Review. Terdapat 27 artikel yang dirasa relevan dengan kata kunci pembahasan yang dimasukkan ke dalam tiga sitasi pencarian yaitu SINTA, Portal Garuda dan Google Scholar. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa investigasi terkait konsep pembiayaan proyek islami dan skema pembiayaan yang digunakan di Indonesia menjadi topik yang dominan untuk dibahas. Sementara topik tentang aset yang menjadi dasar penerbitan Sukuk dan bagaimana jika sukuk diaplikasikan untuk pembiayaan bersama masih langka untuk dibahas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya literature review tentang Sukuk sebagai alternatif pembiayaan infrastruktur serta dapat memberikan gambaran singkat tentang isu-isu yang sedang berkembang sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi untuk mengembangkan penelitian ke depan.Kata Kunci: Infrastruktur, Pembiayaan, Pembiayaan Proyek Islami, Sukuk. ABSTRACTBasic infrastructure, both economic and social infrastructure is needed to encourage development and economic growth. In fulfilling infrastructure needs, various alternative financing schemes are needed, one of those schemes is Sukuk. This study aims to determine the development of research trends and potential future research issues related to Sukuk as an alternative to infrastructure financing over the period 2005-2020. The method used in this research is a qualitative study with a research approach to study literature or a Systematic Literature Review. There were 27 articles that were considered relevant to the discussion keywords that were included in the three search citations, namely SINTA, Portal Garuda and Google Scholar. The analysis shows that investigations related to the concept of Islamic Project financing and the financing schemes used in Indonesia are the dominant topics to be discussed. Meanwhile, the topic of assets which used to underlying assets and how if sukuk is applied for co-financing is still rare to discuss. This research is expected to enrich the literature review about Sukuk as an alternative to infrastructure financing and can provide a brief overview of emerging issues so that it can be used as a recommendation to develop future research.Keywords: Infrastructure, Financing, Islamic Project Financing, Sukuk

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of bank internal variabel and macroeconomics variabel toward islamic banks financial performance proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) simultaneously and partially. Bank internal variables consist of capital structure, operational efficiency, asset quality, and liquidity, while macroeconomics variables consist of inflation and real GDP growth. Methodology that used in this study is quantitative approach using panel regression as technique analysis. Sampel used 11 Islamic Bank in Indonesia regulated by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and launched legally before 2014. Data collected from annual report 2014 until 2018 from each banks. Result found that capital structure, operational efficiency, dan asset quality have significantly negative effects on Return on Assets (ROA). Liquidity has positive significantly effects on Return on Assets. Inflation and Real GDP Growth have insignificantly affects Islamic Commercial Bank’s Financial Performance measured by Return on Assets.Keywords: Return on Assets, Capital Structure, Operational Efficiency, Assets Quality, Liquidity, Macroeconomic, Islamic Commercial Bank

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu meneliti pengaruh kebijakan dividen, volume perdagangan, volatilitas laba, ukuran perusahaan dan tingkat hutang terhadap volatilitas harga saham di emiten yang terdaftar di JII dari tahun 2015 sampai 2019. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini dalam eksistensi pasar finansial secara global karena dapat mengukur tingkat risiko. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan alat analisis Eviews 10. Regresi data panel dipilih dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara individual dividend payout ratio, volume perdagangan dan volatilitas laba secara positif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, ukuran perusahaan secara negatif memiliki pengaruh signifikan, dan tingkat hutang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap volatilitas harga saham. Secara simultan, variabel dividend payout ratio, volume perdagangan, ukuran perusahaan, volatilitas laba, dan tingkat hutang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap volatilitas harga saham. Kata Kunci: Volatilitas harga saham, emiten syariah, regresi data panel. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of dividend policy, trading volume, earnings volatility, company size and level of debt on stock price volatility in issuers listed in JII from 2015 to 2019. The benefits of this research are in the existence of global financial markets because it can measure the level of risk. This research is assisted by the analysis tool Eviews 10. Panel data regression. selected in this study. The results showed that partially the dividend payout ratio, trading volume and earnings volatility had a positive and significant effect, company size had a negative and significant effect, and the level of debt had no significant effect on stock price volatility. Simultaneously, the variable dividend payout ratio, trading volume, company size, earnings volatility, and level of debt have a significant effect on stock price volatility. Abstract

This study examines the role of qardhul hasan contract financing through a free loan program on Rombong Sedekah Foundation Jombang whether to improve the prosperity of super micro traders. The qardhul hasan contract is a contract whereby the borrower is not required to pay anything but the loan capital, but the borrower is allowed to give a portion of the profits to the lender in the form of a gift or grant but on one condition there is no agreement in advance. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by interviewing 10 informants. This study shows that the qardhul hasan contract on the riba free loan program has an impact in improving the welfare of the traders, and based on the indicators of maqashid shariah the traders have felt the impact of changes in their lives, that is to worship 5 days of worship, to receive proper education, responsible to their offspring , fulfilling the needs of the inner and outer by following the study conducted by the foundation, and experiencing an increase in income since following the free loan program, in addition they also no longer borrow to loanen borrowers or racially.Keywords: Qardhul Hasan, foundation, welfare, and Maqashid ShariahREFFERENCESBadan Pusat Statistik. 2017. Abstract

ABSTRAKIndustri halal dinilai memiliki peluang menjanjikan seiring meningkatnya gaya hidup halal dikalangan masyarakat. Dimana saat ini industri halal telah mencakup semua perspektif diberbagai bidang kebutuhan individu. Pemanfaatan barang halal sudah meluas baik bagi muslim maupun non-muslim yang peduli akan gaya hidup sehat, karena halal telah mencakup unsur kebersihan, keselamatan, dan keamanan. Hal ini berdampak pada tingginya minat konsumen terhadap produk halal baik itu barang ataupun jasa, sekaligus dapat menjadi peluang bisnis bagi produsen untuk mulai berkonsentrasi pada pembuatan produk halal guna memenuhi permintaan pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengusaha dalam memilih bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Expert Choice 11. Pemilihan metode analisis ini untuk mengetahui faktor terkuat yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengusaha berbisnis fashion muslim di Kota Semarang. Data yang bersifat kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner yang diajukan kepada 5 pengusaha fashion muslim di Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan berbisnis fashion muslim setelah diurutkan yaitu Religiusitas (51,4%), Efikasi Diri (22,0%), Halal Lifestyle (15,5%), Motif Ekonomi (11,1%).Kata Kunci: Keputusan, Bisnis, Pengusaha Muslim, Fashion Muslim. ABSTRACTThe halal industry is considered have promising opportunities as the halal lifestyle increases among the community. Where now the halal industry has covered all perspectives in various fields of individual needs. The use of halal goods has expanded both for Muslims and non-Muslims who care about a healthy lifestyle, because halal includes elements of cleanliness, safety, and security. This has impact on high consumer interest in halal products, both goods and services, as well as a business opportunity for producers to start concentrating on making halal products to meet market demand. The purpose of this study to find out what factors influence the decision of entrepreneurs in choosing business. The research method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice 11 analysis tool. The selection of this analysis method is to determine the strongest factors that influence the decisions of Muslim fashion business entrepreneurs in Semarang City. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews with the help of questionnaires submitted to 5 Muslim fashion entrepreneurs in the city of Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of world commodity prices on agriculture, energy, fertilizer, metals and minerals, precious metals, inflation, exchange rate of the United States Dollar (USD), Foreign Direct Investment, human resources on economics of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) which is proxied in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the 2009-2018 period. In this study, there are two models regarding the human resources variable, namely total population and labor force. Random Effect Model (REM) is used in this study to examine the relationship of independent variables to the dependent variable, both partially and simultaneously. The findings of this study, both the first and second models show that commodity prices in the agriculture, fertilizer, metal and mineral sectors, Foreign Direct Investment, and inflation have a negative and significant effect on the GDP of the OIC countries. Meanwhile, commodity prices in the energy sector, precious metals, and the exchange rate of the United States Dollar (USD) have a positive and significant effect on the GDP of the OIC countries. As well as the human resources variable, both the population and the labor force also have a positive and significant effect on the GDP of the OIC countries. This paper can be considered for the government or related institutions and agencies in formulating policies or regulations to improve and maintain economic stability in each OIC member country.Keywords: Macroeconomics, World commodities prices, OIC, and GDP

Abstract

ABSTRAKLiterasi keuangan Syariah merupakan kemampuan atau keahlian individu terhadap pengetahuan keuangan dan cara mengelola keuangan berdasarkan ajaran islam dan memiliki tujuan untuk menggapai kehidupan sejahtera dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi keuangan Syariah siswa MAN di Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i MAN di Kota Tangerang tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 679 siswa/i serta pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Teknik random sampling dengan hasil 252 siswa/i. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial sosio ekonomi orangtua dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap tingkat literasi keuangan syariah ditunjukan dengan nilai Uji Wald. Sedangkan secara simultan dengan menggunakan Uji Likelihood Rasio Test menunjukan bahwa sosio ekonomi orangtua dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan arti secara keseluruhan variabel independent dapat mempengaruhi variabel dependent.Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Status Sosio Ekonomi Orangtua, Kecerdasan Spiritual. ABSTRACTIslamic financial literacy, an individual ability or expertise to knowledge, namely finance, finance based on Islamic teachings to achieve a prosperous life in the future. This study aims to see the level of Islamic financial literacy of MAN students in Tangerang City. The population in this study were students of MAN in Tangerang City for the 2019/2020 academic year, which may be 679 students. Sampling was done by random sampling technique with a total of 252 students. The data technique used a questionnaire and data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the socioeconomic correlation and spiritual intelligence affected the level of Islamic financial literacy as indicated by the value of the Wald Test. While simultaneously using the Likelihood Ratio Test, it shows that the parents’ socio-economic and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect, meaning that all independent variables can affect the dependent variable.Keywords: Islamic Financial Literacy, Parents Socio-Economic, Spiritual Intelligence

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors that affect a Muslim's decision to get married. This study uses the data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) with a quantitative approach using 83% of the sample population in Indonesia covering approximately 30,000 people taken in 13 of the 27 provinces in Indonesia. This study was analyzed using Linear Probability Model (LPM) regression, Logit regression and Probit regression. The data in this study were processed using STATA MP software. According to the results of data using three regression models, the factors that affect the decision of each individual in Indonesia in general to marry are gender, religion, age, education and occupation. The factors that affect each individual Muslim in Indonesia to make a decision to marry are gender, age, education and occupation. Then, for women in Indonesia in general, the factors that affect the decision to get married are religion, age, and occupation. Abstract

ABSTRAK Dewasa ini kesadaran diri untuk menjaga kesehatan dan kecantikan kulit semakin meningkat. Hal tersebut menyebabkan kosmetik menjadi salah satu produk yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat luas dan telah menjadi tren. Experiential quality merupakan faktor penting untuk menciptakan experiential value yang baik. Apabila kedua hal tersebut dirasa baik oleh pelanggan, maka akan timbul niat membeli ulang dan merekomendasikan produk tersebut kepada orang lain. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh experiential quality pada behavioral intention dengan experiential value sebagai variabel intervening pada kosmetik halal Golden Viera. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk proses pengambilan sampel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Kriteria sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah Muslimah yang pernah membeli produk Golden Viera dan pernah menggunakan produk Golden Viera minimal 30 hari berturut-turut. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa experiential quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap experiential value dan behavioral intention dan experiential value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Kata Kunci: Experiential Quality, Experiential Value, Behavioral Intention, Kosmetik Halal.   ABSTRACT Nowadays self-awareness to maintain skin health and beauty is increasing. This causes cosmetics to become one of the products needed by the wider community and has become a trend. Experiential quality is an important factor to create good experiential value. If both of these things are considered good by the customer, then there will be an intention to repurchase and recommend the product to others. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of experiential quality on the behavioral intention with experiential value as an intervening variable in Golden Viera halal cosmetics. The study used quantitative methods and the data used in the study were obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Purposive sampling technique was used for the sampling process with a total sample of 50 people. The sample criteria for this study were Muslim women who had purchased Golden Viera products and had used Golden Viera products for at least 30 consecutive days. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of this study indicate that experiential quality has a positive and significant effect on experiential value and behavioral intention and experiential value has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention.
