Abstract

Creativity is the ability to imagine, interpret, and present ideas and businesses thathave creativity to new combinations of previously existing elements in order to obtain anincrease in the quality of a person in his development. Creativity is an important key foreveryone to deal with changes in their lives and life itself. There is no difference forchildren. Unfortunately, children at Dusun Bandung and Dusun Songbanyu 1, KecamatanGiri Subo, Gunung Kidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta in their daily life just filled withplaying and readingAl-Qur’an. Although helpful, monotonous activity will not help thedevelopment of their creativity. Therefore, author took the initiative to organize a funactivity and inovastif to hone the creativity of children at those two hamlets.. The activitywas studied drawing and coloring.

Abstract

The success of education, especially formal education is determined by thesuccessful implementation of teaching and learning activities that is by empowering thestudents. Armed with confidence, every child could certainly develop into a humanberstimulus character. Children who are confident will be able to accept himself, readyto accept thechallenge in the sense of want to try something new even though awarethat the possibility of one must have and tend to be more successful in doing what hewants. While children who lack confidence will be someone who is pessimistic in theface of challenges, fearful and hesitant to express ideas, wavering in the choice and oftencomparing themselves to others. Since the development of personality, mental attitudeand Intellectual formed at an early age and the need for a gradual process, then thechild's confidence needs to be built from the outset. Quality early childhood is areflection of the quality of the nation to come. By using the method of public speakingtraining, public speaking and the gaming public speaking contest in the pack in a funlearning and in support of other facilities in the expected confidence of the students atSD Kemejing will increase. Thus students in elementary Kemejing can speak fluently,dare to ask, dare to declare: the question is also no need for coercion before finallywilling to step in front of the class so as to optimize in an effort to prepare the nextgeneration of character.

Abstract

Job analysis has the main function to improve the organizational performance the individual in the organization. The implementation of  job analysis can help employee to understand the job that are and will be occupied. Organization will have simplicity to place their employee who is suitable with the competency, which is the right man in the right place. This community service is done by doing material exposure and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the  articipant that is attended by government officials on the Regency of Hulu Sungai Tengah, South Borneo. Knowledge and data that is conducted from the method and job analysis procedure on FGD can be useful as a basis of every practice and other human resource management activities, such as performance evaluation and compensation in government organization. It is also used as advice in job designing and redesigning.

Abstract

Drug abuse can impair mental development of young generation for both the userand others. Drug as a substance that is necessary for the treatment in the health serviceis often abused are not in accordance with the standards of treatment and ifaccompanied by illicit drug trafficking will lead to a result which is very detrimental toindividuals and society, especially the younger generation may even pose a great dangerto the lives and values nation's cultural valueswhich in turn will undermine nationalsecurity. From a legal perspective, Narcotics are very dangerous for muda.Parageneration of children and young couple need guidance and knowledge about thedangers of drugs so as not to wear and fall in the world. From the implementation ofservice programs performed masyarakart teenage children enthusiastically participated inoutreach programs dangers of drug abuse prevention, so that teenagers understand theharmful effects that would occur if the consumption of drugs. Furthermore, teenagerscan find out the types of drugs that are very dangerous. As well, Marijuana, Heroin,Ecstasy.

Abstract

Farmers in dusun Dungtileng, Somongari village, district of Kaligesing, Purworejoregency, Central Java Provisions, had used organic’s fertilizer. But, they still used thebasic material, so the quality is still low. This program was conducted to provideadditional insights and teach the farmers of this village cultivate organic fertilizerscomposed of animal waste, dry leaves, green leaves, fruits decanter of waste, and soil. Byimproved the quality of organic’s fertilizer, farmers would get many benefits.

Abstract

There are many homes that do not fit the criteria for a healthy home. Besides lackof awareness of citizens to the appropriate criteria for home rule Engineering. So it isless strong even less inhabitable. The purpose of the extension of this technique is ahome rule so that people know what it is home rule technique, how the criteria forhome rule and the benefits of home Mechanical Engineering Rule itself. Methods usedinclude retrieving data in the form of the number of houses in the village head's house,then counseling is done by giving leaflets and briefed the residents about the importanceof home rule Engineering, Mechanical criteria for home rule, the benefits of home ruleEngineering. The results achieved in this program are the citizens know about theimportance of home rule technique, criteria for home health, and the benefitsof homerule technique, and can apply them in their homes.

Abstract

Dusun Tumut, Jrakah Village, District Selo, Boyolali. People's knowledge of thelaw is still low. Especially for parents and adults about children  protection laws, someeven do not know at all. And also that a child who has been and should be theresponsibility of the parents. Many children are being treated appropriately, for examplechildren aged 6 years has been working hard to drudge for the money. And they also getmarried under age, there is even a 5 th grader who was ready to be married. Withcounseling was given to community child protection laws to put more effort and moreaware, opening the eyes and hearts to break the silence, and helps when there are casesof violence against children that occurred around him.

Abstract

Milkfish (Chanos chanos) is a popular food fish in Southeast Asia. This fish is the only species still present in the Chanidae. In Surabaya, the demand for processed milkfish products is quite large. The community's trend to eat milkfish is very profitable for the producers. In Pakal Sub-district Surabaya, there are 2 (two) Self-Help Groups (KSM) which have business of Processed Milk Products: 1) Members  of Self-Help Group (KSM) namely Gelora Bandeng RT 01 RW06 Wonorejo Sub-District Pakal Surabaya as partner 1 and  2) members of Self-Help Group (KSM) namely Bandeng Bara In Pondok Benowo Indah  RT01 RW 09 Kelurahan Babat Jerawat Kecamatan Pakal Surabaya as Partner 2.  Both Partner 1 and 2 encountered the same probles that can be divided into Management problems and production problems.  In management problems are Lack of working capital, Less orderly administration.   From Production matter there are some problems related to the needs to training variants of processed milkfish products, Food Processor needs larger capacity, less attractive packaging, and partner 2 does not have Certificate of Household Food Production, anad there is no name board in their  production house. The solution offered from the management side is to provide information about utilizing existing capital effectively and Efficiency, developing and applying blog or other online marketing medias, applying  IT based-administration particularly  using Microsoft Office Excel in simple bookkeeping.  From the production side we conducted training to develop product variants, showing how to make Brand through a simple tutorial over the Internet., help to gain PIRT  Certificate for partner 2,  giving production equipment such as larger capacity Food Processor, and the construction of name board for the Production House.

Abstract

Seeing the many moral crisis that exists today is certainly the presence of areligious education to be one of the best solutions to save thenation's next generationof characters. As a nation with a majority Muslim population, the religious and moraleducation can begin at an early age. Religious education early childhood can be doneinformally through family and social environment, one of its forms is through TamanPendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA). TPA as basic institutions for learning the Koran mustprovide national service and quality standards, to be able to print learners / students aresmart and professional in the field of the Qur'an so that it can address the moral crisisthat hit the country. In practice, the weakness of the landfill education in Indonesia islargely landfill does not have a standard curriculum and evaluation to assess theimplementation of the landfill. TPA in Hamlet DurenSawit, Village Selomirah, DistrictNgablak, Magelang included into the landfill that does not have a standard curriculumand evaluation to assess the implementation of the landfill. Because procurementcurriculum in the manufacture of value very important TPA curriculum should beimplemented. In addition, in order to terselengaranya conformity with the teachingcurriculum created in fact, it would require a manual containing the material listed in thecurriculum. It is also to facilitate teachers in finding teaching materials and methods ofteaching fun and enjoyable so make santriwan / wati always the spirit to go to landfill sothat the existence Wildlife Education Qur'an (TPA) more optimal and effective in thedelivery of learning materials religion Islam and can make a positive contribution,especially in the cultivation of faith and the development of faith and piety also goodmanners (akhlakul karimah).
