<![CDATA[The availability of data is valid, reliable and accountable is an important element inthe planning of programs- community development and empowerment. But thephenomenon has been demonstrated that the publication of data on rural / urbanneighborhoods conducted by various agencies are often less accurate and different-different, and not well integrated so that people get confused where the data is accurate.On the other hand the government is not responsive in implementing administrativeprofile data so that data collection activities, training of village profiles become lessperfect, and even neglected. Even the local government there that do not care about thevillage profile data. Based on the findings in the field showed that in Krajan village stilldoes not have a profile or publication so there are still many people who do not knowhow and potential in the hamlet KrajanKrajan village. The purpose of this program is tointroduce the area more about the circumstances, conditions and the potential thatexists in the village. Making this village profiling can be used every person who wants toknow the hamlet of Krajan and the potential that exists in the hamlet Krajan. So it canbe the view and materials for residents to develop the village and the existing potentialso that the village and the residents can be more advanced. The program is carried outwith a couple of stages, conducting interviews and searching for information tocommunity leaders in the village Krajan about the state of society and the potential thatcan be tapped to become the manufacture of profiling. Furthermore shooting and do adescription, the latterdid manufacturing output such as posters and brochures whichcan be used by anyone who wants to know Krajan village. While the result is the profilehamlet / village posters that can be seen so that any newcomer can describe thecondition of the hamlet Krajan.]]>

<![CDATA[Lack of knowledge of both the theoretical and practical issues of benefits,functionality and how to make organic fertilizer to make the most of the villagersLencoh, Boyolali use chemical fertilizers or inorganic fertilizers as the main material toncrease their agricultural output.Society/ farmers do not quite understand that the longterm use of inorganic fertilizers will erode nutrients and other essential minerals in thesoil causing the soil becomes less fertile and ultimately it will impact on the lack of yieldeven crop failure.The complaints of citizens about the high prices of inorganic fertilizerson the market so that the citizens of the profits generated from agricultural products tobe smaller and less adequate to support the economy of farmers in general. Based onthe above data that the author can be through direct observation and interviews withvillagers Lencoh, the writer took the initiative to conduct counseling and training onhow to make organic fertilizer from cowmanureby using the main ingredient EM-4 plusother materials that exist around citizen. Selection of cowmanureas an alternative toorganic fertilizer is because the average citizen to keep cowas cattle, besides it has beenresident who use manure as fertilizer, but because of lack of knowledge, farmers LencohVillage would make a fatal mistake for direct mix unprocessed manure to agriculturaland.As a consequence it actually makes the disease on plants that they are familiar withthe name "akarbrendol". Thisdedication activitiestakes approximately 14 hours startingfrom the socialization phase, ensure the availability of primary materials and mediafertilizer to practice directly with residents. The result of citizens then began to realizethe benefits of organic fertilizers as well as the danger of an organic fertilizer. Residentsalso came to realize that the use of organic fertilizers is more cost-effective and are keento start using cow manure and other animal waste in general as a soil conditioner mediareplace inorganic fertilizer.]]>

<![CDATA[Special Region of Yogyakarta as a city of Education on October 23, 2014 has been named the World Batik City, by the World Crafts Council (World Craft Council / WCC), in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province, China. This coronation as well as an award will admit it as a work of traditional Indonesian batik, which has become an integral part of a Yogyakarta high artistic value. Besides, the establishment of the World Batik Yogyakarta as the City by the World Crafts Council raised hopes for batik artisans in a number of centers in Yogyakarta batik craft to increasingly develop their region into a tourist village-based craft of batik. The development is expected to boost the economy during this batik artisans who rely only income from the sale of batik. Dusun Plalangan Pendowoharjo Village is one of the District of Sleman batik artisans Sinom Parijotho locations in Sleman with the number reaching 20 batik artisans artisans belonging to groups Ayu Arielle batik. Determination of Hamlet Plalangan as batik center in Sleman make a problem for the group. These problems result from 1). unpreparedness crafters to have a regional or batik showrooms integrated, 2). The inability of artisans in developing regional master plan, 3). Potential inability of artisans in mapping and planning the development of the region. Therefore people need assistance through a program of strengthening human resources, and strengthening the potential exploration area]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Mitra Karya Anugrah Medan is a company engaged in the sale of motorcycle parts of Aspira brand which has some problems relating to supervision and work experience. A common issue occured wasthat the lack of oversight in the realization of sales visits to shops and many employees were those who have recently graduated from high school who do not have work experience at all. The lower in employee performance can be seen from the decline in sales revenue over the last three years. The theories used were of human resource management, which deals with supervision, work experience and employee performance. The research used a quantitative approach, with descriptive quantitative studytype and the nature is descriptive explanatory research. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. The method of data analysis of this research was multiple linear regression. The population of the study were all employees at PT. Mitra Karya Anugrah Medan totaling 42 people at one time used for the study sample. To test the validity of 30 respondents of similar companies were taken from PT. Sinar Inti Cakra Medan. Results of research on this hypothesis indicated that the supervision and work experience simultaneously and partially affected employeeperformance and supervision was the most dominant factor affecting employee performance. <![CDATA[IbM aims to improve the management of hypertension and Diabetes mellitus (DM) through optimizing the Posbindu (Integrated Development Position) Position of Terong and Jatimulyo Villages. The target is the establishment of posbindu with adequate facilities and trained posbindu cadres. Other targets are the formation of IEC media on hypertension and DM and obtaining baseline clinical parameters data and after management for 3 months. Devotion is implemented within 8 months in fiscal year 2017 in cooperation with the government of Terong Village and Jatimulyo and coordinate with local health center that is Dlingo II Public Health Center. The first stage is cadre training and posbindu formation. The training was conducted by using the method of "Learning Active Cadre" (CBKA), cooperative learning, case-based learning with material on Posbindu implementation, risk factor measurement, early detection, hypertension and DM management, herbal treatment, and basic counseling techniques to play motivator healthy lifestyle. After that done early detection (baseline data) and management of hypertension and DM disease for 3 months in order to know the level of improvement of disease management and as a picture of program sustainability. To improve the knowledge of the community also provided IEC media about Posbindu and hypertension and DM. Until the end of October 2017, the Dedication team has completed several programs such as training candidate cadres posbindu, procurement of medical equipment, and the establishment of posbindu in the Village Terong and Jatimulyo. Based on clinical examination data at the opening of posbindu, monitoring and final measurement can be concluded that the implementation of Posbindu has been able to detect, monitor and improve the management of DM patients and hypertension in both villages in order to achieve controlled clinical condition.]]>

The training programmanufacture and packaging of nata de coco is done in three phases counseling aboutmaking nata de coco, information about the packaging and the practice of making nata decoco. <![CDATA[Drugs and narcotics are the substances that used in the medical world to various treatments, but over time turned it is turned into a threat and had a very bad effect onhealth and mental when it is used in accordance with the dosage and proper purpose.Over time, more and more type of drugs encounter many developments. Several types of fungal are into the class of drugs. One of them is “Jamur Tlethong” or known as amagic mushroom. Jamur Tlethong is a type of fungus that can cause hallucinations.Today, this magic mushroom is widely abused, especially by young generations with non-medical purposes in order to change the mood, change the perception of themselves orthe world around, gain sensation and experience the “new” and “romantic” as well as toimprove the ability of a specific function in the social and sexual. This magic mushroom grows in cow manure.Dusun Klumprit II is a dusun that located in Wukirharjo, Prambanan, District Sleman and Yogyakarta Province. The majority of the residents of Dusun Klumprit II isbreeding. The development of Magic mushroom in this dusun is high. Concerns about the spread of this mushroom arose due to the public ignorance of the type and thedangers of Drugs, Psychotropic and addictive substance is necessary needed for the residents of Dusun Klumprit II, particularly the knowledge about Jamur Tlethong ormagic mushroom.
