Abstract

The development of tutoring or bimbel does not only occur in big cities but also in the city of Bengkulu. Like Primagama, Ganesha, Talenta, and Onma. One of the tutoring in Bengkulu City is Onma. Onma Foundation is an institution that aims to help the government to realize a society that has competitive value in the world of education and the labor market, especially in Bengkulu Province. Up to now the addressable guidance institution on Mayjend street. Soetoyo No. 25 Tanah Patah Sub-District of Bengkulu City is still one of the partners of the Provincial Government and the City of Bengkulu to realize Bengkulu City Students. The ability and trust of students studying at Onma is influenced by the quality of the teacher. Teachers who are confident and have good interpersonal communication with their students will make students more quickly master the subject matter and they also have confidence in themselves that they are able to complete the tasks given by the teacher in tutoring. In this case, the teacher plays a very important role in increasing students' trust in their guidance teacher. Given that there are still many high school students in the city of Bengkulu not yet fully have good beliefs and morals even though in the field of academic achievement they excel, like Public High School 05 City students Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to examine the process of tutoring for students through interpersonal communication between teachers and students which has a relationship with the level of trust possessed by high school students 05 City of Bengkulu who are currently attending the tutoring process at Onma Bengkulu.

Abstract

Television that has the greatest potential for our lives. This happens because the power of audiovisual television that touches the mental aspects of viewers and television media has become a reflection of the culture of spectacle. One of the issues is how much violent content is found on television. Students as one of the television audience segments have different perceptions than children. This study looks at how perceptions of violence among students using interview data collection techniques. The method used is qualitative. From the results of the research, there were negative perceptions about violence on television, but they still watched it on soap operas and films. The government must be able to exercise more control and action in order to reduce the negative impact on children.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the implementation of population growth control policy in Bengkulu Province. This research based on the rate of population growth which always experienced a high increase caused by the increase of Total Fertillity Rare (TFR). This research is used George Edrward III approoach implentation model of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were interviews, obeservations and documentation. The results of this research is that the implementation of population control policy in Bengkulu Province has been effective enough, altough still found few of obstacles and problems in the implementation. By using the approach of George Edward III, it can be analyzed that the implementation KKBPK Program in Bengkulu Province has been running as has been determined, although there are still some indicators which are insufficient. The recomendations of this reseasrch are (to BKKBN office of Bengkulu Province): 1. should to improve communication between implementer, stakeholders, and cross-sector partners; 2. Should increase human and non-human resources (means, facilities and infrastructure); 3. Should to improve the nature of honesty and commitment in carrying out its duties and functions; 4. Should to maintain coordination among institutions or organizations.

Abstract

The type of research that will be used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. This research is limited to the disclosure of a problem or event as it is in just to reveal the facts so that the result is emphasized in the description objectively or as is about the object under study. In this study a qualitative descriptive type was used to describe how the creative strategy of Community Service Ads "Bengkulu Maritime World Axis" by BETV. Based on the results of research and discussion of creative strategies in making public service advertisements in Bengkulu BETV neatly arranged. There are 5 creative strategies using the Rhenal Kasalli theory of creative advertising criteria, namely Attract Attention, Interest Gain, Create Desired, Conviction, and Precipate Action.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence between halal and price labels influences consumers in making buying decisions, to know more about identifying products, buying and using products. This study uses a closed questionnaire in data collection and literature studies and other references related to research problems. The sample in this study was a student of UNIB management which was taken using a purposive sampling method with the criteria of using wardah cosmetic products for approximately 4 months from this study and having knowledge of beauty care, then analyzing the data using statistical tests of multiple linear regression analysis (F test and T test). Based on the results of the research, it can be seen halal and price labels. So it can be concluded that the results of halal and price labels partially (T Test) null hypothesis (H0) are accepted which means there is no positive influence, but overall both of these variables influence consumers' decision to buy and choose wardah products.

Abstract

The tradition among all is a Javanese tradition carried out to commemorate the birthday of someone in the Javanese calendar. One of the Javanese who still carries out the traditions among the Javanese is in Magelang Village, Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency. This study aims to examine the value of harmony and family values ​​of ethnic Javanese in the tradition of among those in the village of Magelang. The method of this research is qualitative research using Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis. Determination of informants in this study was purposive sampling and data collection using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Charcoal (symbolizing the furnace in the kitchen), money (all human needs purchased with money), rice (indicating cooked food), banana leaves (as a base for eating), red porridge (symbolizing maternal blood), porridge white (symbolizing father's sperm cells), fern leaves (as traditional medicine), dadap leaves (as traditional medicine when children are sick), eggs (as the center in ngepong emong), and urap (symbolizing ancient simplicity), while developing myths about the tradition of among the people is that this tradition is carried out to ask for the safety of the child to avoid being disturbed by supernatural beings. The value of harmony and family values ​​of Javanese ethnic in Magelang Village are maintained and intertwined with the implementation of these traditions. The community still adheres to the philosophy "manganese manganese is important to collect" to become their foundation in maintaining harmony and kinship between them.

Abstract

This research was conducted at BKKBN Branch office bengkulu Province, training and developing (Latbang). This research purpose is to find out the role of BKKBN Bengkulu province in Training of Family Planning field officer. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data is collected thru observation, interview and documentation. Faried Ali (2011) theory is used in this research. The result of this research shows that the roles of BKKBN in PLKB training are: (1) Stabilizator, PLKB can increase the knowledge and ability in PLKB Training, it can be seen from pre-test and post-test. But not in all PLKB trainers can increase their skills because some of them weren’t listening or taking a note, some of them playing with their smartphone and talking; (2) Dinamisator, the process of PLKB training started by holding a preparation meeting. In that meeting, materials are discussed, training time, administration preparation like correspondence and financial, also facility in training; (3) Inovator, BKKBN found new things in PLKB Training because there was an evaluation after training, observation, suggestions, all trainees can give suggestion about the training. BKKBN also give material according to PLKB need and has provide the material professionally because they split time into discussion, working group, field practive, refreshing (outbound) and follow-up.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the frontliner services for customers of PT Bank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Descriptive qualitative research aims to explain the phenomena as deeply as possible that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection is done by means of initial observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the quality of service of PTBank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu has implemented five dimensions of service quality according to Parasuarman et al, namely Tangible, Reliability,Responsivity, Assurance and Emphaty, but there are some things that have not gone according to customer wishes such as the inability of waiting room at PT Bank BNI Syariah KC Panorama Bengkulu, where the waiting room is too small, sometimes busy customers have to wait outside, then the lack of seats waiting sometimes customers waiting to stand up remember the condition of small and narrow room and for EDC tools that have to swipe cards repeatedly because the EDC engine is error.
