Abstract

Children have wide access to media in this millennial century. It can be said that most of children are connected to the media, especially the internet. Television is no longer the main medium used by children to get entertainment, but has been replaced by the internet. The overload information that children receive should be accompanied by good information that they can filter. Healthy internet for children is a guide that should be used as a reference for parents in facilitating their children to surf the internet. This is intended so that children can filter information that is really needed for them.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and describe the group communication strategy that is carried out by the ambassadors of language ties in the work program which is "perlu galaksis". The approach of this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. In this study using Diffusion of Innovation theory. In this study researchers used principal informants and expert informants based on Purposive Sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis techniques are done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. In this study using the data validity test by triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The group communication strategy carried out by the language ambassadors in the work program "perlu galaksis" is to coordinate with the ambassadors, the language office and the Bengkulu City Elementary School 67, using persuasive communication while teaching and using Ludo's media as a new innovation media that was first applied in Bengkulu Province. (2) In the work program perlu galaksis supporting factors, namely the full support from the office, SD N 67 who are welcome with ambassadors' ties, good coordination and many teaching staff. In addition there are inhibiting factors, namely the lack of teaching experience, unruly classroom management and the unstable spirit of children. (3) Work programs "perlu galaksis" can be well received and successfully implemented as evidenced by the increase in children's understanding.

Abstract

The role of journalists through reporting in presenting facts and educating the public is part of the social media responsibility. The purpose of writing this article is to see an overview of the role of journalists during the Covid-19 pandemic through the news of the Rakyat Bengkulu Daily Facebook account in Bengkulu City. This role is seen from the point of view of social responsibility theory which focuses on independent media, objective and accurate reporting and elements of education to the community. The results of the study revealed that the role of journalists through reporting on the Rakyat Bengkulu Daily Facebook account during the Covid-19 pandemic was quite good by utilizing independent media so that they could present news that was objective, accurate and contained educational issues so that social media responsibility could be carried out properly.

Abstract

Each of the preachers has their own characteristics in the delivery of their da'wah messages. In this study, the personal ustad Hanan Attaki has a very unique and different style. This is the background of this research with the theme of Ustad Hanan Attakidi's personal branding on social media. This study aims to determine the method of preaching Ustad Han Attaki on social media in forming personal branding and to find out the approach style of Ustad Han Attaki to the congregation in typing personal branding. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, direct interviews, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that Ustad Hanan Attaki's personal branding shows how to preach on social media using persuasive communication through light studies and prioritizing issues around the lives of young people, and using a persuasive language style that is gentle and contemporary, and has a style of appearance. on social media which is more executive, calm, hits, and easy to recognize, has become the hallmark of the preaching of Ustadh Hanan Attaki on social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the Bengkulu tourism branding strategy carried out by the Bengkulu Province Tourism Office. This research approach is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research uses positioning, differentiation and brand theory. In this study, the researcher used principal informants and key informants based on the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study uses a test of the validity of the data by means of triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the branding strategy carried out by the Bengkulu Provincial Tourism Office is by positioning Bengkulu tourism to foreign tourists in order to attract interest to visit Bengkulu and also the need for promotional activities. The Bengkulu Provincial Tourism Office has carried out promotional activities through various media, both print media, electronic media and social media. Until now, the Bengkulu Provincial Tourism Office does not know what things will be highlighted as selling points and the value that differentiates Bengkulu tourism from other provincial tourism. So that Bengkulu Province does not yet have a jointly defined brand. Bengkulu Province still uses the old brand, "The land of Rafflesia".

Abstract

Transparency is one of the important principles that must be implemented by government administrators. The principle of transparency can be realized through the dissemination of information to the public, as carried out by the Media Center of the Department of Communication, Information, and State Encryption, Bengkulu City Government. This study aims to explain the function Media Center through the website https://mediacenter.benngkulukota.go.id in disseminating information to the public based on Law No. 14 of 2008. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by interviewing three informants. The results show that the media center has carried out the information dissemination function well, which can be seen from the quality of news writing that meets the rules of journalistic writing and updates news every day.This function can be realized properly because of the competent human resources involved in the team and the support of supporting infrastructure in the process of reporting information, documentation, and managing information and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of employee work productivity on archival management at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Bengkulu Branch Baai Island. The subjects of this study were the employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II(Persero) Bengkulu Branch Pulau Baai, with a total of 62 employees through 16 questionnaires. The form of this research his associative research with quantitative analysis, with the intention to find the influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Data analysis techniques used in this research is a quantitative technique to test the relationship / influence between independent variables and dependent variables using statistical calculations, namely product moment correlation, determination test, and T-test. he results of product moment correlation analysis show r-count>rtableis=0.454>(Rtable)= 0.254, which means there is a correlation between the two variables, at the level of the moderate correlation 0.40-0.599, while the direction of the correlation is positive because the value of Rispositive. The Coefficient of Determination Test Results (R²) can be obtained (0≤0.206≤1), which means that the correlation between employee work productivity to wards archival management has alow influence of 20.6%. The results of the T-test show that the value of countis 3.922, sot-count>ttable is 3.922>1.670, the employee work productivity variable has a positive and sign if i can’t influence on the management of archives at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Bengkulu Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of village fund budget in supporting village development in 2017 in Pulogeto Baru village, Merigi Sub-District, Kepahiang Regency. The theory used was the theory of program evaluation by Wirawan. The method used was descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The number of informantsin this study were 8 people consisting of: 4 key informants and 4 key informants. Data collection was done through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used were data reuction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.based on the results and discussin it is known that the evaluation of the use of village funds in supporting village development in 2017 is more about infrastructure development. There are several processes in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs regulation Number 113 of 2014. And has produced the Pulogeto Baru Village Regulation Number 2 of 2017 concerning the Village Budget 2017. APBDes still has obstacles during the planning, reporting, and accountability processes that have not fully involved the community. And the people of Pulogeto Baru Village have benefited from the development that has been done such as the construction of concrete rebate roads, environmental sanitation and BUMDesa management called Dio Ba Gite which is engaged in barber business, LPG gas sales and fertilizer sales. Thus, it can be concluded that Pulogeto Baru village government has used the village budget well.
