This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the West Pendopo sub-district office, Empat Lawang Regency. This type of research is associative research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. The type of data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents, namely employees who work at the West Pendopo Sub-district Office, Empat Lawang Regency. The sampling technique used in sampling is saturated sampling, where the entire population is sampled. The results showed that Organizational Culture had a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Office of the Head of the West Pendopo District of Empat Lawang Regency, from the results of the calculation of the regression equation, namely Y=14,259 + 0.487X, this means that if Organizational Culture is increased by 1 (one) unit then Employee performance increased by 0.487X or 48.7%, hypothesis testing was proven if tcount 2,529 > ttable value 2,04227, so Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of the Head of the West Pendopo District, Empat Lawang Regency.

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between internal governance mechanisms and corporate anti-corruption disclosure in Indonesia. Internal governance mechanisms tested are independence of board, audit committee, ownership concentration, and family ownership. This research is a cross sectional study with a quantitative approach, the data used is secondary data. The sample of the study is 100 non-financial companies in Indonesia which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with the largest market capitalization in 2019. This study finds that the internal governance mechanism on the part of audit committee has a positive influence on corporate anti-corruption disclosure. This shows that the role of audit committee has a major influence increasing transparency in preventing corrupt practices in the company environment.

This research is to analyze the use of digital marketing strategies implemented at BUMDes Lestari Jaya and analyze the factors that hinder the development of BUMDes Lestari Jaya online stores and analyze the proposed appropriate marketing strategies to optimize the reach of BUMDes Lastari Jaya Digital Marketing. This analysis process is carried out on Digital Marketing activities that have been carried out by BUMDes Lestari jaya using SWOT Analysis. Data This research was obtained from the results of several previous studies, interview results and questionnaire results distributed to 60 respondents consisting of Consumers and Social Media Folowers of BUMdes Lestari Jaya as a source of information for improving the digital Marketing Strategy of BUMDes Lestari Jaya. From the results of the SWOT analysis obtained : Strenght : a. It has abundant raw materials, b. The quality of the poduk is quite good, c. There are several variants of palm sugar products as an option for consumers, d.Dapay receives orders in large quantities, e.The potential of partners as reselers is very large. Weakness: a. The main issue in this research is the low standard of public services at the Bengkulu Provincial Secretariat. This is because the service standards for delivering data in the preparation of performance reports to the Provincial Government are currently not technically structured and do not have special regulations, resulting in the non-optimal preparation of performance reports that can describe real conditions that occur at the time such as the absence of service standards in standard form (information/administrative requirements) in the submission of performance report data. The research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with SWOT through observation and interviews. The results of the study prove that the most appropriate optimization of public services to improve performance reporting is to carry out a communication strategy, and the achievement of success has been seen from the existence of standard service standards. It is hoped that with this research, the government can improve the development of human resources through a high attitude and work spirit that is oriented to the interests of the community, nation and state and has responsibility with the work environment and organization.

MSME entrepreneurs in Indonesia are mostly managed by women from their homes, these women are able to show their fangs in the business world even though they are still at the level of MSME scale. However, the obstacles many women face is that still many of them who are lack of knowledge about managing their business finances digitally, most of them only do simple recording manually. The purpose of this study is to find out whether digital business financial management has been used and utilized optimally by MSMEs, especially those owned by women in Palembang City. The data obtained from this study by distributing a questionnaire where there are 73 respondents of female MSME entrepreneurs in Palembang City. The data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the research obtained are Human Resources of Entrepreneurs, Artificial Resources of MSME Entrepreneurs, Natural Resources affecting the readiness of technological literacy of female MSME entrepreneurs in Palembang City with a coefficient of determination of 0.643.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of website design, trust, security and convenience on purchasing decisions on the Lazada application. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the type of conclusive research. The population of this study is infinite with the characteristics of the respondents, namely ITB Nobel Indonesia students who use the Lazada application, both male and female aged 19-23 years who have made purchases on the Lazada application. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 students. The data were analyzed and processed using multiple linear regression techniques through the IBM SPSS statistical analysis tool version 26. The results of the study found that website design, trust, security and convenience proved to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Financial statement is the document containing information that describes the company's financial condition and reflects the actual state of the company. Thus, it makes the management trying to produce financial statements describing that the company is in a healthy condition. However, management performance is sometimes not as good as expected. This encourages management to commit fraudulent financial statements. This study aims to determine the effect of the fraud diamond variables, namely pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capability on financial statement fraud in SRI-KEHATI index member companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 70 companies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression using Eviews 12 software. The results of the study showed that the variables of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capability simultaneously had an influence on the financial statement fraud. The results of the study partially showed that the variables of financial stability, financial target, external pressure had a positive influence on the financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, the nature of industry had a negative influence on the financial statement fraud. Ineffective monitoring, change in auditor, and change in director variables had no influence on financial statement fraud.

The phenomenon of murabahah financing is a contract based on buying and selling between the bank and the customer. Where the bank is the party that provides goods and sells them to customers by ordering goods to be purchased by customers. This study aims to examine and discuss the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) KCP Lauser which estimates the profit earned so that it affects the ratio to be distributed. This study also discusses the ratio mechanism in murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Lauser. Then, discuss the implementation of the principles of profit-sharing ratio in murabahah financing by BSI KCP Lauser. The research method used is descriptive analysis method, which analyzes and presents facts about the implementation of the distribution of murabahah ratios carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Lauser. This research was conducted to obtain primary sources of BSI KCP Lauser murabahah contract documents, murabahah financing tables and the results of interviews with the bank that performed the murabahah contract with the customer. The results of the study show that Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Lauser estimates the ratio to the bank's income, where the profit is based on the murabahah agreement agreed at the beginning of the agreement. Where the implementation is by buying and selling on murabahah, the bank will divide the margin. In general, the murabahah ratio at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Lauser is appropriate because the provision of financing is based on a contract, the bank negotiates with the provider regarding the terms and conditions that will be used as the basis by the bank, the bank also makes an agreement with the customer. Then, BSI is also the executor of the offer, and on the date of delivery of assets the customer must submit a Murabahah Declaration, and the BANK will declare acceptance of the offer by signing the Murabahah Declaration and submitting it to the customer. Therefore, the ratio of Murabahah is very appropriate at BSI KCP Lauser. The murabahah financing mechanism at BSI KCP Lauser, the financing is not like conventional banks in general which lend money to customers. However, in this Islamic bank, according to customer needs.

Covid-19 pandemic has become a massive crisis not only in health sector because it has an impact on all sides of life so that it has became the attention of countries in the world today. Covid-19 is a virus that has never been detected before in humans caused by Sars-CoV-2 virus. This pandemic has forced the Indonesian government to implement social restrictions to prevent the increasing number of Covid-19 patients. This has resulted in the disruption of several activities in various fields, especially in the economic sector as well as business actors, both macro and micro. The study carried out in the preparation of the results of this study refers to 8 most recent articles in 2020-2021 which discuss the problems that are currently happening, related to entrepreneurial attitudes towards the decline in socio-economic status using Systematic Literature Review method. The review process of these 8 articles is classified into 2 sub-topic groups. Based on the studies, the results show that entrepreneurial attitudes in responding to the decline in socioeconomic status during the Covid-19 pandemic need to be emphasized by making business adjustments such as adjusting the type of product and market will and also having to be technologically proficient by using various digital platforms such as e-commerce of online application.
