Abstract

Marketing strategy is a form of plan on how to design the direction of the target market towards consumer demand in determining the company's expectations to attract customers' interest in the products offered in increasing sales. The problem faced by the Shrimp Shrimp business in Rantau Panjang Village is the absence of a brand and a small business while the management of production in rural areas is difficult to penetrate the market share, for that it is necessary to do a strategy in this Shrimp Shrimp business. The purpose of this study was to determine the right marketing strategy for shrimp paste. The data collection method was obtained from Observation, Interview and Documentation using the Quantitative Descriptive Method, the data that had been obtained was then analyzed using the SWOT analysis method, by looking at Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. The results show that based on the research above, it can be concluded that the problem that occurs in the shrimp paste business is the difficulty in marketing production as a result of the absence of trademark rights and a very simple marketing system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Caffee Ten Bos Boba Simpang Tiga Ngalam, Seluma Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical technique used is SWOT (Strengths Weakness Opportunities and Threats) analysis in determining the cafe's internal and external factors formulated through SAP (Strategic Advantage Profile) and ETOP (Environmental Threat and Opportunity Profile). The results of the SWOT analysis, Caffee Ten Bos Boba Simpang Tiga Ngalam, Seluma Regency is in an investment position which is the interaction of the results of SAP (strategic profile analysis) obtained a value of 4.13 with a strong position and from the results of ETOP analysis (Environmental Threat Opportunity Profile) obtained a value of 3 .95 for opportunities and threats 2.29 which shows the company's position in a speculative business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of the company and the conformity of the assurance statement in the sustainability report. The accounting information tested in this study is industry sensitivity, profitability, leverage, and company age. This study uses panel data samples (unbalanced) on ASSRAT participating companies on the NCSR website as many as 77 companies for the 2018-2021 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of industry sensitivity, profitability, leverage, and company age were positively correlated to the statement of assurance of the sustainability report. This explains that the high sensitivity of the industry to the company will encourage the guarantee statement mechanism. The better profitability of the company fosters companies to attract investors to invest. High corporate leverage makes the company motivated to implement a statement of sustainability assurance to restore stakeholder trust. Furthermore, companies that have been operating for a long time will tend to make social disclosures, this recommends the application of a sustainability report assurance statement. The results of this study can theoretically confirm the theory of Stakeholders and Legitimacy which play an essential role in the company's sustainability.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research to determine the level of employee performance was carried out at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi, South Lampung Regency. The level of employee performance is proxied by a comparison of employee performance in this case teachers by age. The type of research used is quantitative with a comparative method. The researchers used a population of teachers from SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi as many as 78 teachers and a set sample of 34 honorary teachers. The sample is divided into teachers with an old age category of 18 honorary teachers and teachers in the young age category of 16 honorary teachers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques and independent t-Test data analysis. The result of this study is that there are differences in the performance of employees or teachers in the old age category and teachers with the young age category at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi Lampung Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze, Audit Opinion, Management Change, KAP Size, and Financial Distress have a simultaneous and partial effect on Auditor Switching. The population is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. A sample of 44 companies from the consumer goods sub-sector based on the criteria that have been considered. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression. Which has four testers including: Assessing the Overall Model (Overall Model Fit), Testing the Feasibility of the Regression Model (Goodness of Fit Test), Determinant Coefficient (Nagelkerke's R Square) and Classification Matrix. The results obtained simultaneously Audit Opinion, Management Change, KAP Size, and Financial Distress have an effect on Auditor Switching. Meanwhile, partially Financial Distress has an effect but Audit Opinion, Management Change, KAP Size, has no effect on Auditor Switching.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know effect of Sales Promotion, Content Marketing and Shopping Lifestyle content creator TikTok on Impulse Buying. Population in this study are students in the city of Semarang who have shopped at e-commerce Shopee and also have social media Tiktok then sample used in the study was 100 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling. In collecting data in this study using a questionnaire through Google Form, while secondary data using literature study. The tool used in this research is PLS. Based on the test results of the Sales Promotion (X1) variable on Impulse Buying (Y) there is a positive and significant effect with the magnitude of the effect being 0.250. The results of testing the effect of the variable Content Marketing (X2) with Impulse Buying (Y) is that there is a positive and significant effect with the magnitude of the effect is 0.390. The results of testing the effect of the Shopping Lifestyle (X3) variable with Impulse Buying (Y) is that there is a positive and significant effect with the magnitude of the effect being 0.324

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Inflation and Bank Indonesia (BI) Interest Rates on the Profitability of North Sumatra Bank Karya Medan Syariah Sub-Branch Office in 2017-2021". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation on the profitability of the North Sumatran bank's sharia sub-branch office Karya Medan in 2017-2021, the influence of interest rates on the profitability of the North Sumatra bank's sharia sub-branch office Karya Medan in 2017-2021 and the effect of inflation and interest rates simultaneously on the profitability of North Sumatran banks. sharia sub-branch office Karya Medan in 2017-2021. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data. The research results obtained are interest rates and inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kecamatan yang berperan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan dan wilayah hinterland. Metode pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Lokasi di kabupeten Gorontalo dengan 19 wilayah administratif. Variabel meliputi data fasilitas ekonomi, pendidikan dan kesehatan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah skalogram dan indeks sentralitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 19 kecamatan hanya terdapat satu kecamatan yang merupakan pusat pertumbuhan yaitu kecamatan limboto kecamatan lainnya merupakan daerah hinterland. Simpulan terdapat satu kecamatan yang berada di hierarki I yaitu kecamatan Limboto. Pada hierarki II terdapar kecamatan Tibawa, Telaga Biru, Limboto Barat, Boliyohuto, dan Telaga. III terdapat Kecamatan Tolongohula, Batudaa, Pulubala, Bongomeme, Batudaa Pantai, Dungaliyo, Tabongo, Asparaga, Telaga Jaya, Bilato, Tilango, Biluhu dan Mootilango. Hasil nilai interaksi Kecamatan Limboto sebagai pusat pertumbuhan memiliki interaksi tertinggi dengan kecamatan Limboto Barat, Kecamatan Telaga Biru, Kecamatan Tibawa dan Kecamatan Telaga.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the use of digital in the marketing of creative village rattan woven products in the Border. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling method, data collection, researchers using interviews, observations, and documents. The data analysis used in this study consisted of several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, to determine the validity of the researcher's data using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that not all of the digital marketing strategies were used properly, the use of social media Facebook and Whatsaap were the most widely used tools, besides that marketing strategies could also be seen through the 4P marketing mix where rattan woven products have the uniqueness of different motifs so that the price is also low. adjusting, strategic location because it is located on the border so that traditional promotion facilities are also very effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of product attributes on purchasing decisions. This study uses associative research with a quantitative approach. There are two variables used in this study, namely Product Attributes (X) and Purchase Decision (Y). The sample used in this study was 75 respondents using simple linear statistical analysis techniques and saturated sampling techniques. Sampling was carried out on respondents who used Johnson's Baby products. The results of the simple linear regression analysis test in this study indicate that product attributes have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the results of simple regression analysis, namely: Y = 18,658 + 0,711 where the constant value is 18,658. The value of the product attribute regression coefficient has a positive influence, which means that if the product attribute increases by one unit, then the purchase decision will increase by 0.711 units. Product attributes have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Johnson's Baby products in Rantau Kasai Village.
