Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan kredit macet pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjan RIAS P1. Mardiharjo, Bagaimana penerapan risiko pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam RIAS P1. Mardiharjo dalam mengurangi kredit macet. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa, faktor internal terjadinya kredit macet yaitu, adanya penyimpangan dalam pelaksanaan prosedur pemberian kredit, iktikad kurang baik dari pemilik pengurus atau pegawai bank, lemahnya sistem administrasi dan pengawasan kredit, serta lemahnya sistem informasi kredit. Faktor eksternal terjadinya kredit macet yaitu, gagal nya usaha debitur, musibah terhadap debitur atau terhadap kegiatan usaha debitur, serta menurunnya kegiatan ekonomi, dan tinggi nya suku bunga kredit. Risiko yang terjadi pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam RIAS P1. Mardiharjo adalah risiko telat membayar dan juga masalah risiko kepatuhan. Penerapan Risiko Kredit Macet Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam RIAS P1. Mardiharjo adalah menggunakan sistem evaluasi dan juga menjalin hubungan serta komunikasi yang baik dengan semua anggota, baik itu dengan nasabah atau pengurus pada koperasi tersebut. Karena sesuai dengan asas koperasi yaitu sistem kekeluargaan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa suatu lembaga termasuk lembaga keuangan harus mengelola risikonya, memulai dan menetapkan, mengidentifikasi risiko, mengukur risiko, memitigasi risiko, dan melakukan pemantauan serta melaporkan implementasi risiko yang dilakukan. Penerapan risiko ini dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi peningkatan kredit macet yang semakin besar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gender diversity on financial performance with a mediating environmental performance. This population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2017-2019. The sample in this study amounted to 249 companies with sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique is path analysis processed using WarpPLS 6.0. the results of gender diversity have an effect on financial performance and environmental performance does not mediate the effect of gender diversity on financial performance and not mediate the effect of gender diversity on financial performance

Abstract

Shopee is one of the most popular online marketplaces for consumers to purchase. The increase in online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic can be attributed to impulse purchases driven by various factors, including more convenient shopping and discounts. This study uses a quantitative methodology and uses the variables "Shopping Lifestyle" (X1), "Discounts" (X2), and "Impulse Buying" (Y) as research variables. This study used a convenience sample of 70 people who were taken non-probabilistically. Information was collected by sending questionnaires to prospective respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a component-based data analysis technique that utilizes the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis tool. The research findings indicate that lifestyle shopping and discounts have a statistically significant positive effect on impulse purchases made on Shopee.

Abstract

In Indonesia's economic development, SMEs have an important role because it is a sector where many workers are absorbed. The SME sector is a sector that was able to survive the 2 major crises that occurred in Indonesia, namely the Asian financial crisis that took place in 1998 and the global financial crisis in 2008. The purpose and objectives of this research are to analyze whether or not Indonesia's economic growth has been affected by the labor of SMEs, investment SMEs, and exports of SMEs. The multiple linear regression analysis technique was applied in this study so that the results obtained were that Indonesia's economic growth was positively but not significantly affected by the SME labor in 2005-2019. Indonesia's economic growth was negatively and insignificantly affected by SME investment in 2005-2019. Indonesia's economic growth was significantly positively affected by SME exports in 2005-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of Canva's business model and provide a business transformation model for UMK KriptaL. This research was conducted at UMK KriptaL in Bengkulu City with its main production activity being the production of Taro Chips. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely explaining and providing a more in-depth description of the situation and process for developing a cryptic MSE business. The main respondents in this research were UMK Kriptal business actors and employees by collecting data through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the UMK Kriptal business transformation model is a strategy that can be carried out to develop a business that will be obtained by maintaining the current Consumer Segments (CS) and Key Resources (Key Resources / KY). Things to add in the development of Kriptal UMK, namely on the Benefits Offered (Value Proposition/VP) by adding a website and social media promotions to the Customer Development block (Customer Relationship/CR).UMK Kriptal obtain Revenue Streams (Revenue Steams/RS) if there is innovation in the form of product sales new for example mocaf flour As well as maintaining existing collaborations and trying to add new collaborations for example cooperation with expedition services so that shipping costs can be cheaper on Partnerships (Key Partners).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of BOPO and CAR on mudharabah financing in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and this research uses secondary data from the annual financial reports of Islamic commercial banks for the 2015-2020 period. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The sample of this research is the bank's annual financial statements using purposive sampling method, and there are 7 sharia commercial banks that meet the criteria. Data analysis methods in this study used descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and multiple linear regression tests. To test the hypothesis using a simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test), coefficient of determination test. The results of the study stated that the BOPO variable had a positive effect on mudharabah financing, as well as the CAR variable had a positive effect on mudharabah financing. And the BOPO and CAR variables simultaneously affect mudharabah financing at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Quantitative research method is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, which is used to examine a particular population or sample. Research data collection was carried out using research instruments. Data analysis is quantitative which aims to test the established hypothesis. Promotion strategy variable (X1), shows t count 2,942 1,98045 and sig a 0,004 0,050. Thus, it can be concluded that the promotion strategy variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. Social Media Variable (X2), shows t count 17,852 1,98045 and sig a 0,000 0,050, it can be concluded that Social Media variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. This means that the hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that the promotion strategy (X1), social media (X2) had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) management accounting information on hospital performance (2) reward system on hospital performance (3) management accounting information and reward system simultaneously on hospital performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study were all employees of the Arga Makmur Regional General Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 40 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that there is an effect of management accounting information and system rewards on Hospital Performance. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the Adjusted R square is 0.442. This shows that management accounting information and reward systems affect hospital performance by 44.2% while the remaining 55.8% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

One of the strategies implemented by the banking sector is to apply the concept of relationship marketing (RM). Relationship marketing (RM) is very helpful for companies in fostering good relationships with customers, debtors, and shareholders. In this study, the direction of the research was to examine how important the quality of the relationship between regional bank customers (Bengkulu Bank, Jambi Bank and Bank Lampung) had a positive impact in increasing the relationship marketing / RM dimensions (customer trust, customer commitment, and communication) to loyalty. This study uses an explanatory survey approach with a quantitative analysis approach. The population in this study were debtor customers at three regional-owned banks, namely Bengkulu Bank, Jambi Bank and Lampung Bank. The number of research samples were 520 respondents. The sampling method used a purposive sampling approach. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the LISREL 8.7 program. In this study, the researcher found novelty, namely with regard to the dimensions in the relationship quality variable. Where in previous research in marketing there were 2 dimensions, namely respect and rapport. Meanwhile, this study adds a personality trait dimension.

Abstract

Increasing competition for higher education institutions in Indonesia requires internal changes for each organization in preparing a competitive strategy in order to survive in the current environment. Growth and survivability have been the most common goals. Intrapreneurship can be a solution to face competition in the higher education industry. Intrapreneurship is very important and appropriate to be developed among higher education in Indonesia. This research attempts to examine the role of the variable spirituality leadership as an antecedent of the intrapreneurship behavior of lecturers at private universities in Yogyakarta. The population of this study were all lecturers from private universities in Yogyakarta. Samples were taken from the population using simple random sampling techniques, and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly and online to respondents. The data analysis process uses Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), to test the model as well as to test the hypotheses offered. Overall, among the four hypotheses proposed, there are two hypotheses that are accepted, and two hypotheses are rejected. The research findings show that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurship and organizational support. On the other hand, organizational support has no direct effect on intrapreneurship, and organizational support is also not a variable mediating the relationship between spiritual leadership and intrapreneurship.
