Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) for birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Board of Bengkulu City. The method of the data analysis was used is descriptive and qualitative analysis. The study shows that: (1) the preparation phase of the implementation of SOP services at the Population and Civil Registration Board has been executed well, where socialization SOP has been done properly, the SOP has been well implemented and equipment of the Ministry has been drafted and personals, has been shared with the right personnel, so as to facilitate the process of service to the community and (2) the implementation of SOP implementation the issuance of a birth certificate in the Population and Civil Registration Board of Bengkulu City from the stage of receiving and examining the file the petition for a birth certificate, file verification application scheduled, and collect files petition, enter data and print a birth certificate, check, legacy and sign, and submit the quote birth certificate to the community have been implemented in accordance with the stages of service assigned. Every employee involved in the birth certificate service has been implemented in accordance with the stages of service assigned.Keywords: Policy implementation, Standard Operational Procedure; and Birth Certificate

Abstract

Afifi Bachtiar: Purpose of this research to know how Inventory Control Indirect Material in the form of cup size 240 ml in order to increase production effectivity at PT. Curup Aquifers. PT. Curup Aquifers has been using simple methods, while using the company's EOQ method produces cheaper cost when compared with the method that has been applied by the company. Abstract

Ahmad Soleh, Feri Susanto, Reka Susanti; Perception of the village government's arapatur to the  village fund in Seluma Barat Sub-district of Seluma District. The perception of the village government apparatus will affect activities in the use of village funds. The purpose of this research is to know the perception of village government apparatus to village fund in Seluma Barat sub-district of Seluma district. Determination of samples in this study using Purposive sampling. The sample in this research are 36 people, namely the Village Head, Secretary, Treasurer, and the head of BPD who served as the village government apparatus from 9 (Nine) villages in Seluma Barat District Seluma  District. The nine villages include Talang Perapat village, Purbosari village, Air Latak village, Pagar Agung village, Talang Tinggi village, Lunjuk village, Sengkuang village, Tanjung Agung village and Lubuk Lagan village. Rating Scale is used in analyzing data obtained by using questionnaires. The results showed that the perception of the village government apparatus on village governance activities showed good interpretation (71.8%); Perceptions of village government apparatuses towards development activities and improvements in village infrastructure show excellent interpretation (88.6%); Perceptions of village government apparatuses on community empowerment activities showed excellent interpretation (85.4%); And perception of village government apparatus towards social activities showed excellent interpretation (81,2%).Key Words:  Perceptions of the Village Government Apparatus, Village Funds, Seluma Barat District, Seluma District

Abstract

Ade Tiara Yulinda: The objectives of this research is to analyze the influence of customer relationship management (technology, people, process and knowledge) on customer?s loyalty at PT. Indosat Bengkulu. Using survey research, analysis techniques using a likert scale and using multiple linear regression analysis. Samples used were 100 respondents. The result of this research, can be concluded that the customer relationship management in the variable of technology, people, process, knowledge influenced the loyalty tothe company, and partially the knowledge influenced the loyalty of the customers, while toward the technology, people, process didn?t influence the loyalty of the customers significantly.Key Words : Customer Relationship Management, Technology, People, Process, Knowledge.

Abstract

Titik Harliza, Merri Anitasari:The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of DAK, DAU and PAD on regional expenditure in Bengkulu. Analysis tools used in this study is Pooled Data Regression with common effect model. Abstract

irta Wijaya, Neri Susanti dan Sulisti Afriani; The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the accessibility of financial statements to public accountability to the Local Government of North Bengkulu Regency. Sampling method by purposive sampling. Analysis method using Spearman Rank Correlation analysis. From the research result, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between accessibility of financial report and public accountability to North Bengkulu Regency Government which seen from rs count> rs table (0,63> 0,450). While the strength of the relationship between the accessibility of the financial statements with public accountability is strongly apparent from the correlation value of 0.63 is at the interval of 0.60 - 0.799 with strong interpretation.Key Words: Financial reports, accessibility of financial statements, public accountability

Abstract

Helmi Herawati; The study of intellectual capital in Indonesia originated from the emergence of PSAK No.19 which was the beginning of the development of intellectual capital. PSAK No.19. The data to be used in this study is all companies listing on the BEI using annual financial statements obtained with online database http://www.idx.co.id/. The amount of sample is as many as 397 companies listing on BEI, using the technique of sampling sampling is a type of random sample selection of information obtained by using certain considerations or with the aim to obtain a representative sample in accordance with the criteria specified. Based on the results of testing with PLS note that IC (VAIC) does not positively affect the financial performance of the company. Hence, therefore, H1 is not acceptable. From the result of PLS testing indicates that IC (VAIC) positively has no effect on future company's financial performance. Hence it means that H2 is not proven. From the result of testing of PLS present proof that there is no positive influence of ROGIC to financial performance. From result of PLS test show that IC contribution to a future performance of company there is no difference according to type of company sector. Rinto Noviantoro, Umar Purwoko; This research was aimed to determine the effect of growth and equity financing murabahah about returns in the form of return on assets in the Bank's Credit Rakyar Sharia (SRB) in the island of Java in the period quartalan ie Balance Sheet reporting period March 2011 s / d in December 2012 were published. The hypothesis testing using multiple linear test that examines the effect between murabaha and growth equity capital structure as an independent variable to variable yields as dipenden. Secondary Data collection method is by using quantitative analysis. Test statistics using Classical Test assumptions. The results of this study indicate that the murabahah and equity capital structure significantly influence yield, whereby the different results that the growth murabaha significant negative effect on BPR Syariah then capital structure itself significant positive effect on the yield on Syariah BP.Key Words:  Murabahah  , Own Capital Structure , and yields

Abstract

Merta Kusuma, Tm. Said:The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation, work environment, selection, and training toward employee?s performance in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi. Population of this research was 550 permanent employees in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi. Sampling techniques that used in this research were Nonprobability and Insidental sampling. To determined the sample used Solvin formula, so there was 84 people as samples. Data collection techniques were observation questionnaire, and interview. Data analysis techniques used by researcher were qualitative and quantitative analysis which consists of a multiple regression model and coefficient of determination. The result of this research used regression test Y= 6.003 + 0.230 X1 + 0.134 X2 + 0.188 X3 + 0.232 X4. While the result of determination R =  0.472 and R2 = 0223. T test significant level < 0,05 so, there was significant influence, if significant level > 0,05 so, there was not significant influence, the result of each t sig was 0,021 for motivation variable, 0,034 for work environment variable, 0,045 for selection, and 0,049 for training variable. The four variables were < 0,05 so there was significant influence. Next, F test, if F sig < 0,05 and (Fanova > F table) so, Ho was rejected ad H1 was accepted, the result of F sig=(0,000) < 0,05 and (5,673>2,337)so, the regression model can be used to predict employee?s performance variable or it can be said that the motivation variable (X1), work environment(X2), selection(X3), and training(X4) were influenced employee?s performance(Y) together in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi.Key Words: Motivation, Work Environment, Selection, Training and Employee?s Performance.

Abstract

Melvi Yansi: This study aims to better know the performance of cement companies were assessed from the financial statements, by taking samples of the two cement companies listed on stock exchanges of Indonesia, namely PT. Indocement Tunggal Perkasa Tbk and PT. Holcim, Tbk from 2014 until 2015. This research is comparative, according to four financial ratios may indicate that the financial performance. Indocement Tunggal Perkasa, Tbk is good enough only for the activity ratio and ROE, and ROI are still not good, while financial performance. Holcim, respectively Tbk unfavorable. PT. Indocement Tunggal Perkasa, Tbk expected to be able to sustain the financial performance of existing and further enhanced in the utilization of current assets, whereas for PT. Holcim, Tbk to be able to improve the financial performance of existing again with lebik better cash management company that will be used to pay liabilities of the company.Key Words: Financial Statements, Financial Ratios.
