Abstract

Merta Kusuma, Tm. Said:The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation, work environment, selection, and training toward employee?s performance in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi. Population of this research was 550 permanent employees in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi. Sampling techniques that used in this research were Nonprobability and Insidental sampling. To determined the sample used Solvin formula, so there was 84 people as samples. Data collection techniques were observation questionnaire, and interview. Data analysis techniques used by researcher were qualitative and quantitative analysis which consists of a multiple regression model and coefficient of determination. The result of this research used regression test Y= 6.003 + 0.230 X1 + 0.134 X2 + 0.188 X3 + 0.232 X4. While the result of determination R =  0.472 and R2 = 0223. T test significant level < 0,05 so, there was significant influence, if significant level > 0,05 so, there was not significant influence, the result of each t sig was 0,021 for motivation variable, 0,034 for work environment variable, 0,045 for selection, and 0,049 for training variable. The four variables were < 0,05 so there was significant influence. Next, F test, if F sig < 0,05 and (Fanova > F table) so, Ho was rejected ad H1 was accepted, the result of F sig=(0,000) < 0,05 and (5,673>2,337)so, the regression model can be used to predict employee?s performance variable or it can be said that the motivation variable (X1), work environment(X2), selection(X3), and training(X4) were influenced employee?s performance(Y) together in PT BIO Nusantara Teknologi.Key Words: Motivation, Work Environment, Selection, Training and Employee?s Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the Feasibility Assessment of Giving Prospective Customers of Islamic Bank Financing. The object of this research was carried out in Islamic banks. This research is carried out by using quantitative and qualitative methods, namely analyzing the facts that exist and described in the form of numbers or a way to analyze data by carrying out calculations using financial ratio tools, and comparing a theory that applies to events that occur in the field. The results of the study show that Islamic banks have fulfilled and applied standard principles in providing financing to prospective customers. Based on the results of the application and calculation of financial ratio analysis conducted by Islamic banks. Financial ratio analysis consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability in good condition and the third number of these ratios in accordance with the standard ratio established by Islamic banks

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 telah merubah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya masyarakat di Kota Bengkulu. Dari update yang disampaikan oleh juru bicara Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan  Covid-19 Provinsi Bengkulu, Jaduliwan, per hari ini, Rabu 29 April 2020, terjadi penambahan Positif Covid-19 sebanyak 4 kasus. “Pertama perempuan umur 44 tahun asal Bengkulu Selatan, tidak ada gejala klinis, lalu perempuan umur 26 tahun asal Kaur, tidak ada gejala klinis, selanjutnya laki-laki umur 46 tahun asal Kaur tidak ada gejala klinis riwayat perjalanan dari Kota Bengkulu dan perempuan umur 48 tahun asal Kota Bengkulu juga tidak ada gejala klinis,” jelas Jaduliwan. Dari ke empat pasien positif ini dijelaskan bahwa pasien tidak memiliki gejala klinis  alias  OTG  (Orang  Tanpa  Gejala)  hal  ini  harus  menjadi  perhatian  serius  bagi masyarakat. Dimana masyarakat harus meningkatkan kewaspadaan diri khsususnya selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini berlangsung.Peningkatan  kewaspadaan masyarakat Bengkulu terus menerus kita lakukan ,tidak boleh kita mundur, tidak boleh kita berhenti, jangan sampai ketika kasus tidak terjadi, masyarakat kita tidak patuh, tidak taat, seperti di pasar tidak pakai masker, tidak mengatur jarak, tidak ada satu orang pun yang bisa meyakinkan dirinya terbebas dari virus Covid-19,” tegas Herwan Antoni Kadinkes Provinsi Bengkulu. Pemerintah sudah menganjurkan berdiam di rumah kalau pun mau keluar rumah pakai masker,  jaga jarak hindari kerumunan, cuci tangan pakai sabun sesering mungkin dan tidak menyentuh tempat penularan dari virus Covid yaitu mulut, mata dan hidung,” jelas Herwan Antoni. Maka dari itu, peningkatan kewaspadaan masyarakat Tebak Rapak dalam mencegah penularan pademi covid-19 lebih intensif, melihat kondisi ini Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis melalui Pengabdian Masyarakat melakukan edukasi,sosialisasi  dan penyuluhan tentang protokol Covid-19 dalam 5 hal yaitu cuci tangan, memakai masker,menjaga daya tahan tubuh,stay at home dan social distance dilanjutkan dengan pemberian masker dan hand  sanitizer  kepada  masyarakat  Tebak  Rapat  Kec.  Muara  Bangkahulu  Kel.  Bentiring Permai Kota Bengkulu. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan tersebut ,dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa Peningkatan Kewaspadaan Dalam Pencegahan Covid-19 sangat membantu masyarkat dalam melakukan protokol pencegahan  penyebaran virus  covid-19Kata Kunci : Kewaspadaan, Masyarakat,  Pencegahan

Abstract

Setiap Usaha harus bisa mengelola usahanya dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang semakin pesat. Pemberdayaan Ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif melalui Bumdes ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat/kelompok tani untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kemasan serta pemasaran produk yang dapat bernilai dan bersaing. Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) masyarakat/kelompok tani kopi Desa Pelangkian masih rendah dalam proses kemasan bubuk kopi dan pemasarannya, selain itu kelompok tani kopi Desa Pelangkian belum mendapatkan pembinaan dalam pengembangan usaha. Bentuk Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan yang melibatkan masyarakat/kelompok tani serta Bumdes Desa Pelangkian dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengembangan usaha bubuk kopi mulai dari kemasan sampai kepemasaran produk bubuk Kopi Kitto. Dari kegiatan ini target dan hasil capaiannya adalah terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan pengabdian secara lancar, meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman masyarakat/kelompok tani tentang pengembangan usaha kreatif dan inovatif melalui Bumdes dalam dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat/ kelompok tani serta munculnya wirausaha yang sejenis dengan kemitraan yang senergi dalam mengembangan ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif. Abstract

Background – Every prospective student is free to make their choice to choose the faculty and study program they are interested in, which of course is in accordance with their abilities academically and financially. This research was conducted based on the research gap found by the researcher. Baker (2018) suggests further research to analyze the expected job variables as a factor in choosing decisions. Objective - To analyze the direct and indirect effect between each variable Interest, motivation, and expected job on the decision to choose. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were new students in the 2020 academic year at the Faculty of Economics at five universities in Bengkulu City. Samples were drawn using the Slovin formula as many as 356 respondents. Results and Discussion – The results of this study indicate that the higher the interest of individuals (students) it will encourage them to decide what they want, so it is said that interest is one of the factors that encourage someone to choose something. Likewise, student motivation in studying can be a determinant of their success in the future. The expected job is an important driving factor for students in choosing the faculty they will take in gaining knowledge. This is evidenced by the results of the current study and strengthened by the results of previous studies. Conclusion – There is a significant effect between each of the expected interest, motivation, and work variables on the decision to choose, with values ​​of 0.596, 0.452, 0.580, respectively. Then the work variable which is expected to be able to mediate between the interest and motivation variables on the decision to choose, with values ​​of 0.507 and 0.566, respectively. Research implications - The expected work variables in this study can provide information to each university that is the object of research that is not only related to student internal factors but there are other external factors that have an important contribution to the decision to choose prospective students in determining their choice to take college. Thus, universities and faculties can establish cooperation with job providers to accommodate quality graduates in the future, so that this can increase interest and motivation in determining college choices at universities in Bengkulu City. Research limitations - This research is limited to the Bengkulu City area with a total sample of 356 respondents and the number of variables studied is only two independent variables (interest and motivation), one mediating variable (expected job), and one dependent variable (decision). choose).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Koperasi Nusantara cabang Bengkulu dan Curup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor-faktor yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah Beban Kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara dan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis data, diantaranya uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis tanggapan responden, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinan, dan juga uji hipotesis. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan Koperasi Nusantara Cabang Bengkulu dan Curup. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapat hasil sebagai berikut : Y = 20,315 - 0,489 (X1) + 1,135 (x2) + e.Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

The Mayola was firstly opened in November 2018. This shop is one of the stores at mega mall in Bengkulu city. It sells women's fashion products. This study aims to determine how much effect of the Shopping Lifestyle and Store Atmosphere on the Impulse Buying on consumers of Mayola Shop Mega Mall Bengkulu City. The method used in this research was quantitative data analysis. The population were consumers at Mayola Shop totaling 120 people. To determine thesampling, the researcher used accidental sampling method. The data was  collected using a questionnaire. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 3.099 + 0.333 (X1) + 0.122 (X2). The Results and hypotheses show that Shopping Lifestyle (sig <α = 0.001 <0.050), Store Atmosphere (sig <α = 0,000 <0.050), simultaneously have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. Partially both the Shopping Lifestyle and Store Atmosphere variables have significant effect on Impulse Buying. Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Store Atmosphere, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Merta Kusuma, Sri Ekowati, Ipan Wahyudi; This study aimed to determineThe Effect of Compensation and Motivation toward Employees’ Performanceof Estate Office (A Case Study on PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air Berau Estate). The population of this study were 40 employees of PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air BerauEstate. The sampling technique of this study was saturated sampling where all the population was 40 employees. The data collection method was a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques of this research used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results of the study known that the compensation variable has a significant effect toward the performance of Employees at the Estate Office of PT. Daria Dharma Pratama Air Berau estate. It is seen from a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Motivation is influential because a significant value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.698. This means that the Employees’ performance of the Estate Office is 69.8% by the independent variable namely compensation and motivation. While 100-69.8%= 30.2%) are influenced by other causative factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sembilan Pilar Utama. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah beban kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sembilan Pilar Utama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pt. Sembilan Pilar Utama.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Sembilan Pilar Utama.Sedangkan waktu penelitian selama 10 hari yakni pada tanggal 17 januari sampai 27 januari 2020.Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sembilan Pilar Utama, sedangkan sempel penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sembilan Pilar Utama yang berjumlah 45 orang, dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan teknik analisis data uji penelitian, hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi responden tentang Beban Kerja (X1) Dan Disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dengan hasil regresi linier berganda didapat persamaan sebagai berikut : Y = 1.802 + 0.466 (X_1) + 0.516 (X_2) Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Beban kerja memiliki nilai yaitu t_hit>t_tabel (3.658 > 2.0180) dan (sig < α = 0,001 < 0,050), Disiplin kerja memiliki nilai yaitu t_hit>t_tabel (12.192 >2.0180) dan (sig <α = 0,000 < 0,050). Secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Secara parsial ke dua variabel mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Sebaiknya pimpinan PT. Sembilan Pilar Utama meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar tercapai suatu tujuan yang diinginkan dalam perusahaan.
