Abstract

The Great Resignation appears as a phenomenon that threatens the company's current existence. This condition was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic which changed work methods to WFH and the shift in the economy towards automation and artificial intelligence. These things motivate employees to resign and increase employee person-job mismatch and job insecurity. Currently, one of the things that drives employees to work is the suitability of employees with company values and culture, also known as PersonOrganization Fit. Previous research has examined the relationship between these three variables, but the conditions in the last five years are far different from before, so this research is intended to examine the effect of PersonOrganization Fit and Person-Job Fit on turnover intention in the last five years. Meta-analysis using JAMOVI software was carried out in analyzing eight selected studies from 51 studies available on Scopus. The results of the study show that both variables have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. In addition, between the two variables, PersonOrganization Fit has the highest correlation with turnover intention.

Abstract

Net-zero emissions are the main target for countries to immediately address the current carbon emission problem due to the degradation of the natural environment. Asia is the largest emitter of carbon emissions and the largest user of energy. Most of these carbon emissions result from the excessive use of non-renewable energy as the main energy input. Renewable energy is believed to have a dual effect of reducing carbon emissions and replacing the role of non-renewable energy. The transition is an important issue nowadays for countries supported by domestic climate policies and country commitments. The purpose of this study is to determine whether renewable energy, non-renewable energy, carbon tax, and net-zero emissions will affect carbon emissions. The results show that renewable energy and net-zero emissions have a negative significant effect, non-renewable energy has a positive significant effect, and carbon emission has no significant effect on carbon emissions in Asia. Even so, the implication of this research is as input and consideration for countries to transition to sustainable energy sources and strengthen the design of carbon tax to be more effective along with the country's commitment. The sample used is 36 countries in Asia from 2011-2020. The method used is panel data analysis to determine the effect.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation on student satisfaction and loyalty at Bimbingan Belajar X, a leading tutoring center in Indonesia. Despite its established reputation, the institution faces challenges such as low student retention rates and a lack of long-term commitment. Analysis indicates that only 40% of students maintain loyalty, significantly below the desired 75% target. The study identifies a trend where many students enroll primarily for short-term, exam-oriented preparation rather than continuous tutoring. To address these issues, the research emphasizes the importance of strengthening customer relationships through effective CRM strategies. By leveraging modern technology, including e-learning platforms and personalized learning systems like Item Response Theory (IRT), Bimbingan Belajar X can enhance communication, provide tailored learning experiences, and foster stronger connections with students. The findings suggest that improved CRM practices are crucial for increasing student satisfaction and loyalty, which are essential for maintaining a competitive edge in the increasingly competitive education sector. Without innovation and adaptation to evolving market demands, Bimbingan Belajar X risks losing its prominent position in the educational landscape.
