Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumption credit, working capital credit, and investment credit on revenue at PT. Bank Bengkulu. The data used are secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Bengkulu from 2010 to 2017. Data testing methods used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination coefficient (R2), by testing the statistical hypothesis t (t test) and F statistical test (F test). The results of the study using multiple linear regression test obtained the regression equation Y = 470287,976 - 0.035 X1 - 20,430 X2 + 46,218 X3. That is, if the consumption credit, working capital credit, and investment credit is worth 0, then the revenue is Rp. 470,287. If there is a decrease in consumption credit of Rp. 1, then the value of revenue decreases by Rp. -0,035, - if the working capital loan decreases by Rp. 1, then the revenue will decrease by Rp. 0 20,430, - and if the investment credit increases by Rp. 1, - then the revenue will increase by Rp. 46,218. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that the credit given has an effect of 20.5% on revenue. While 79.5% is influenced by other factors not examined. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) state that consumption credit has a negative and not significant effect on revenue with a significant value of 0.820 and t count of -0.244<2.446 t table. The testing results of working capital loans show a negative results and not significant effect on revenue with a significance value of 0.379 and t count of -0.988<2.446 t table. The results of the investment credit test show that the results have a positive and not significant effect on revenue with a significance value of 0.371 and a value of t count -1.008<2.446 t table. While the simultaneous test results show that consumption credit, working capital credit, and investment credit have no significant effect on revenue with a significance level of 0.796 and a calculated F count of 0.344 < F table of 5.786.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of customers? trust with saving interest in at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya North Bengkulu Regency and to find out the relationship between the promotion with saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency. The analytical method used was Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. From the results of the Spearman rank correlation calculation between the customers? trust with saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency, it is known that the value of rho count is 0.562, which means the correlation between customers? trust and saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency is moderate, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.400 - 0.599, then the correlation between promotions and customers saving interest with the value of rho count is 0.608, which means strong correlation, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.600 - 0.799. From the hypothesis testing between the customers? trust and saving interest with the value of t count is greater than t table (5,131> 1,672) meaning that the hypothesis proposed in this study proved that customer trust has a significant correlation with the customers saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya North Bengkulu Regency. Then the hypothesis testing between promotions with the customers saving interest with the value of tcount is greater than ttable (5,782> 1,672) meaning that the hypothesis proposed in this study proved that the promotion has a significant correlation with the customers saving interest at PT. Bank Bengkulu KCP Padang Jaya of North Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Analyze Effects of Long Road Infrastructure Development, Energy Electricity, Telephone and Water to Economic Growth. The analytical method used to achieve this goal is by using PLS regression analysis model Fixed Effects. Type of key data used secondary data is district / municipality located in the province of Bengkulu years 2009?2013. The result using 7.0 eviews Program found that the factors positively and significantly affect economic growth during the years 2009?2013 Bengkulu province is the observation variable length Roads, Energy and Water, although variable Phone has a negative correlation, but a significant impact on economic growth.

Abstract

Arminsyah, Merri Anitasari;An Analysis Of Services Quality at Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Alami Kepahiang. This research aims to investigate the quality of Services at drinking water Company (PDAM) Natural Tirta Kepahiang. This research then used questionnaire as the data collecting method. Quantitative analysis then also be used as a techniques for data analysis by using weighted average value formula formed by Men Pan decree Number KEP/25/m. PAN/2/2004 on the 14 items that are observed. From thequestionnaire it was obtained that the highest average of services is on the ease of servicing requirementswith a value of 3.03. While the lowest average value of service is on the services equity which gain a score 2.95. For IKM value,it get 63 which places between 62.51-81.25. This score means that the performance of PDAM Tirta Alami Kepahiang is good.Kata kunci:Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

Ogianto, Abdul Rahman; An Analysis of consumer interest toward ABE Salon Services in Manna.This researchaimed to investigate the consumer interest toward services that is givenby ABE Salon in Mannaand also they interest toward its attributes. This research then used Accidental sampling as the data collecting method by spreading a questionnaire to 100 respondents. The results showed that overall the consumer’s interests toward ABE salon is very positive. It can be seen from the total index score acquired for 3,809528 (Sj ≥ 3). As for the main strength of ABE salonare rank as follows; First from the services attribute, second on the product attributes, third on the facilities attribute, fifth on the prices attributes and the last on the location attributes.Kata kunci : Minat, Jasa

Abstract

Mitior, Karona Cahya Susena; An Analysis of the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between Services and the Customer Satisfaction At Motor Candera repair shop In Kaur regency. It used Spearman Rank and t test as the data analysis method. The result of the research showed that it has a correlation of 0,701 in spearman rank. It means that there is a high correlation between the services and the customer satisfaction in Candera Motor. The higher the service provided will increasingly the levels of satisfaction of the customer. The Hypothesis testing results showed that tcount is greater than ttable (7,482 > 1,672). Thus the hypothesis H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. It means that the services has a significant relationship with the customer satisfaction at Candera Motor repair shop in Kaur regency.

Abstract

Mulyadi, Ahmad Soleh;The Relationship between the application of PP No 71 2010 With accountability performance of financial report at regional Secretariat in Bengkulu. This research aims to find out the execution of government regulation Number 71 in 2010. The population in this research is the member of Finance in regional Secretariat Bengkulu. It used census as the sample collection method by choosing 15 person as the sample. The test results show that there is a relationship between the regulation of the Government No. 71 in 2010 with the accountability performance of financial report at regional Secretariat in Bengkulu. while the others is affected by other factors which are not examined by the author. Thus the hypothesis that the authors reveal that PP Number 71 in 2010 affect the accountability performance of financial statements in regional Secretariat in Bengkulu is proved.

Abstract

Vivi Yulian Sari, Neri Susanti; Factors That Influence Compliance With Taxpayers In Paying Tax On Motor Vehicles In The Province Revenue Service Unit Of Seluma Regency This study aimed to determine the factors that influence taxpayers compliance in paying motor vehicle tax (CLA ) in Unit Revenue Services of Province ( UPPP ) Seluma District. Type of this study is descriptive study. The population in this study is whousedtaxpayermotor vehicleisregisteredinthe Unit RevenueService of Province (UPPP) SelumaDistrict, witha sample of30taxpayer-wheeled motor vehicletwo (2) located atTaisMarket and registered inUnit RevenueService of Province of(UPPP) Seluma Districtin July2013.The data collected by usingquestionnaire. Data analyzed by using rating scale method. Taxpayer perceptions towards tax penalties showed a significant effect on tax compliance in carrying out its obligations to pay motor vehicle tax ( CLA ) , is seen from the position of the respondent's perception of the value of tax penalties perceptions of factors affecting tax compliance in paying taxes on motor vehicles in Unit Revenue Service of Province( UPPP ) Seluma District with the total score of 316 is in the interval 308-381 , agreed criteria.

Abstract

Antoni Sibarani, Nani Halima Zahara; The Implemetation of Balanced Scorecard as a tool of measuring performance in Bayangkara Polda Hospital of Bengkulu. This research aims to determine how the performance of Hospital by using the “Balanced Scorecard”. The use of “Balanced Scorecard” is expected that hospital can improve/develop the financial and non-financial performances for measuring the evaluation activity, so it will provide the satisfication to the customers, employers, and also sufficient surplus. This study took the data within the lastest two years (2011 to 2012) by using a comparative analysis, the researcher evaluated the performances of hospital between several periods and then compare with the pervious targets which have been set and scored according to the criteria. The data obstained from some sources; the evaluations of Hospital Bhayangkara within four perspectives; financial, customers, internal bussiness processes, and learning and growth . From the results of the study the concept of the Balanced Scorecard measurement can be deduced from the overall performance of Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu is 0.57. This study showed that Hospital Bhayangkara getting better if it is measured with the Balanced Scorecard approach.

Abstract

Wagini; TheRelationshipof Educationand Training Toward EmployeePerformance in Religion Ministry in Seluma District. Purpose of this study is todetermine the relationship ofeducationandtrainingon employee performancein religion ministry in Seluma Regency. The populationin this study is all existing employeewithin the office of Religion Ministry inSeluma District. The sampling technique used in this study isa purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria set of samples so the sample is taken from 50 people. The result shows a good indicator of education and training as well as the performance obtained good grades,means by getting employees follow the training will be followed by increasing in performance, because in general training followed by civil servantsat the Religion Ministry in Seluma Districtisa training to in crease knowled geandinsight about jobs and regulations relating to the dutiesand functions of each principal.Kata kunci: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kinerja Pegawai
