Wagini; TheRelationshipof Educationand Training Toward EmployeePerformance in Religion Ministry in Seluma District. Purpose of this study is todetermine the relationship ofeducationandtrainingon employee performancein religion ministry in Seluma Regency. The populationin this study is all existing employeewithin the office of Religion Ministry inSeluma District. The sampling technique used in this study isa purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria set of samples so the sample is taken from 50 people. The result shows a good indicator of education and training as well as the performance obtained good grades,means by getting employees follow the training will be followed by increasing in performance, because in general training followed by civil servantsat the Religion Ministry in Seluma Districtisa training to in crease knowled geandinsight about jobs and regulations relating to the dutiesand functions of each principal.Kata kunci: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kinerja Pegawai

The purpose of this study was to determine public perceptions about the tourism potential of the Waterfall in Bengkulu Province. By taking six waterfall tourism objects in three regencies namely North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Tengah Regency and Kepahing Regency, each regency has two waterfall ojek tourism objects studied. , where the assessment of perceptions concerns the accessibility to the waterfall, infrastructure supporting the accessibility of the waterfall, security of the location of the waterfall, promotion and marketing, the organization managing the object of the waterfall, the presence or absence of community economic activities, the presence or absence of the tourism industry, and environmental comfort including protocols health deter covid pandemic 19. This type of research is a survey research with quantitative and qualitative analytical descriptive methods, where the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, data analysis uses an average distribution with measurement of 5-point Likert scale and frequency distribution with the help of SPSS software . The results showed that the public perception of the potential of the waterfalls studied at six locations of waterfalls that were examined were good. Based on the perception of the people studied, most respondents felt that the indicators were good, this certainly could be used as input for the local government in order to further improve the improvement indicators requested by the community. The results of this study can be used as a basis by decision makers in Bengkulu Province because most districts all have waterfall tourist destinations. This tourism potential cannot be ignored, especially in the New Normal Era, tourists prefer to be friends with nature.

This study aims to look at the effect of income and burden on taxes with pre-tax profit as an intervening variable. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements for the period 2010-2017. Data testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test, and test coefficient of determination. The results showed that income directly had a negative and not significant effect on taxes, with a total effect of -1.400 and a significance level of 5.7%. Whereas indirectly, income has a positive and significant effect on taxes through pre-tax profit as an intervening variable, with a total influence of 1,401 and a level of significance of 0.07%. Direct expenses have a positive and significant effect on taxes, with a total influence of 1,064 with a significance level of 3.6%. Whereas indirectly the burden also has a positive and significant effect on tax with pre-tax profit as an intervening variable, with a total influence of 1,401 with a significance level of 0.07%. The results of the analysis can be concluded that profit before tax is rightly used as an intervening variable to see the effect of income, expense on pre-tax profit because it can contribute influence by 94%. That is, the tax that must be paid by PT. Bank Bengkulu is influenced by three important factors, namely income, expenses and pre-tax profits.

Ida Ayu Made, Wagini; This study aims to determine the inventory of raw materials in the production process to support the Martabak Alim Bengkulu City. The analytical method used was the determination of the purchase of the economy ( Economic Order Quantity ) , Inventory Safety ( Safety Stock ) , and the determination of the reorder point ( Re - Order Point . The survey results revealed that the purchase of raw materials on Martabak Alim Bengkulu City during the year 2017 with the EOQ method is 433 kg of wheat flour special for Martabak in one booking with frequency ordering as many as 4 times and intervals of 78 working days . The assessment of safety stock ( safety stock ) against wheat flour made in Martabak Alim Bengkulu City in the amount of 15 kg . appraisal ordering time again ( Re -order point) wheat flour in Martabak Alim Bengkulu City in the amount of 27 Kg . The analytical method used is Spearman’s rank correlation and hypothesis testing. Based on the Spearman correlation analysis of the correlation between brand equity with customer loyalty at Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Company Bengkulu Branchobtained the value of rho ( )the correlation between brand equity with customer loyalty at Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Company Bengkulu Branchis 0.841 at the interval of the correlation interpretation of 0.800-1,000, with very strong criteria, meaning the correlation between brand equity with customer loyalty at Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Company Bengkulu Branchis very strong. To test the hypothesis between brand equity and customer loyalty at Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Company Bengkulu Branchis obtained a calculated rho value greater than rho table (0.841> 0.364) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant correlation between brand equity and customer loyalty at Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Company Bengkulu Branch. One of the tools to assess financial performance is profitability ratio analysis which aims to measure the overall management effectiveness which is indicated by the size of the level of profit obtained. The better the profitability ratio, the better the profitability of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the profitability ratios to assess financial performance at PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk in 2010-2020. The data collection method uses documentation and literature study, and the analytical method used is quantitative analysis using profitability ratio analysis, namely Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE). The results showed that the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) in 2010 was 28.41% based on the criteria for assessing this situation in good condition. In the following years GPM has always increased so that the company is in very good condition. With that we can see that there is an increase in profits obtained. Net Profit Margin (NPM) in 2010 to 2018 was always in a good position, in 2019 and 2020 there was a very far decline to <1% until this position resulted in a bad condition. Return On Assets (ROA) in 2010 to 2018 there has always been a decline in the level of this ratio but even so this ratio is still classified as very good, in 2019 and 2020 this ratio has decreased very much, namely <1% causing this ratio to be in a state of disrepair. good. Return On Equity (ROE) in 2010 to 2018 this ratio experienced a change in the increase or decrease in the level of the ratio >10% so this ratio was fairly good, but in 2019 and 2020 there was a very large decline in the ratio level to <1% this caused this ratio in bad shape in the last two years.

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover and receivables turnover on profitability (ROA). This analysis uses the independent variables of working capital turnover, receivables turnover. while the dependent variable is profitability, namely ROA.The data used are secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020. The data testing method uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of the study using multiple linear regression test with t-test Working Capital Turnover of 8.430 > Ttable (4,302) which means that Working Capital Turnover has an influence on profitability. The Accounts Receivable Turnover variable has a value of Tcount (1.713) which is smaller than Ttable (4.302) where Working Capital has an influence on profitability at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing using the Simultaneous F Test shows that the calculated F value is greater than the F value. t table. F count is 34,385 > Ftable 9.552. Significant values on all variables show that they are smaller than 0.05, which means that each variable has a simultaneous effect on the profitability of the company.

The purpose of this study was to analyze income, average income, net income, and BEP Unit and BEP Rupiah laundry business in Bengkulu Selatan ironing lodge in 2016 - 2020. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach.
