Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has made people compete to create new digital-based business models, one of which is digital invitations. With the digital invitation, it is expected to reduce waste from paper and plastic produced from conventional invitations in general. In building the application, the author uses the Agile Development Method because this method can provide values faster with better quality and predictions. The Agile Development method in building this application also allows changing needs in the middle of the application Development process, because one of the properties of this method is flexibility. The author uses the Ionic Framework and Elementor in the application Development process because this Framework can produce applications that are easy, fast and have an attractive appearance. We develop this digital invitation application with the hope that people who want to organize events can take advantage of existing technology with digital invitations, instead of using conventional invitations which increase paper and plastic waste. In addition to this, the author's goal in building this application is to create business opportunities, namely by pioneering information technology companies/startups. The results of this study are a Mobile-based digital invitation application that can be downloaded on the Google Play Store which can be used by smartPhone users to create digital invitations

Abstract

Pada saat ini sistem penjualan produk melalui internet sedang berkembang pesat. Banyak perusahaan yang memanfaatkan teknologi yang berbasis web sebagai suatu strategi perusahaan dalam menawarkan produk mereka kepada customer tanpa harus dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Toko Buitenzorg Outdoors adalah sebuah toko yang bergerak di bidang usaha perdagangan dengan menjual peralatan pendakian gunung. Pengolaan transaksi di toko ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka penulis membangun sistem informasi penjulan berbasis website pada toko Buitenzorg Outdoors. Toko ini di kembangkan dengan metode waterfall dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP karena banyak di gunakan kalangan pembuat website dan menggunakan MySQL sebgai database karena lebih efisien dan mudah dimengerti. Bagian front-end web ini meliputi aktivitas customer, mulai dari melihat produk, kategori produk, detail produk, keranjang belanja, dan juga dapat memesan barang, sedangkan bagian back-end ini meliputi aktivitas admin, mulai dari input kategori, input produk, konfirmasi pemesanan, cetak laporan pemesanan,dan cetaklaporan penjualan.

Abstract

This study examines the utilization of the K-Means algorithm for sentiment analysis in widely used hospital services utilizing the Python programming language. The main goal is to improve comprehension of patient satisfaction with the healthcare services provided at these hospitals. The data used for sentiment analysis was obtained via scraping patient evaluations from the web. The K-Means technique was utilized to classify the feelings into negative, neutral, and positive categories through the study of large-scale data. This investigation offers useful insights into the specific aspects that influence patients' opinions of healthcare services at their preferred hospitals. The study's findings provide valuable insights for hospital management to enhance the quality of healthcare services. Utilizing the K-Means algorithm in sentiment analysis facilitates the identification of prevalent trends and patterns that may not be discernible through manual techniques. Thus, this study integrates computational methodologies and sentiment analysis to offer a more holistic perspective on patient experiences at preferred hospitals.
