Abstract

The principles of sharia economy are: First, Islamic economy is nothing but an economic form to create a quality life. Second, not exploitative (usury). Third, the prohibition of gambling and speculation. Fourth, Islamic economics is the Welfarist economy. Fifth, maintain spiritualism in the public sphere. In the sharia economy has its own rules for economic activities remain in the principles of sharia. Therefore, in the implementation of Islamic economic supervision, there are the role of the ulama, the Sharia Supervisory Board, the National Sharia Board and the Financial Services Authority.

Abstract

A contract or agreement must meet the requirements of the validity of the agreement, that is an agreement, proficiency, certain things and a lawful cause, as defined in article 1320 of the Civil Code. With the fulfillment of four conditions of validity of the agreement, then a treaty becomes lawful and legally binding for the parties that make it. The Definition of the Law The Syariah Agreement is a deliberately written engagement, so it can be used as evidence for the parties concerned. The contemporary forms of ijtihad of the ulama have now been formed by the National Sharia Council (DSN) which is part of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). This is what enables the Law of the Shariah Covenant to keep up with the times. By using ijtihad result, contemporary scholars who are well versed in the technicalities of business transactions prevailing in today's modern times, but the Law of the Syariah Agreement can still be executed in accordance with the original rules.

Abstract

Shariah financial management is an activity of planning, management, controlling, financial examination based on sharia principles based on al-Qur'an and al-Hadith. Activity use of funds based on Islamic sharia principles must have existed since the time of the Prophet. All collection of state assets must be collected first and then issued according to the needs of the state. Along with the development of the time of financial management activities emerged the latest innovations so as to facilitate the understanding of sharia-based finance to the public. The development of rapid financial management is not only driven by religious spirit in implementing Islamic teachings, but also motivated by pragmatic practical interests in building the economy of the ummah.

Abstract

This research is to understand: (1). How is the Production Development Effort of wood lathe industry in simo village? (2). What is the Strategy by wood lathe in Simo village in Developing Business Competitively? To achieve the research objectives, the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Trying to find out about Competitive Business of woodcraft lathe (Case Study: Production Innovation and Marketing Development of wood lathe handicraft in simo village). The data source of this research is wooden lathes in simo village. The method applied in this research includes qualitative descriptive and research type using case study. The findings of this research indicate that; (1). The effort of handicraft industry of wood lathe in simo village in developing the production: a. Upon the craft of wood lathe makers in Simo village to develop wood bubble production, the Planning Process has developed a production innovation involving a number of stages called Generation ideas. b. Government efforts always provide learning motivation wooden lathe, and provide a cost benefit for each wooden craftsman. c. Attempt to place employees according to their field. (2). Business Development Strategy: a. This lathe industry strategy expands the segment. b. strategy to develop business by conducting coaching on workers, employee performance motivation training, checking facilities and infrastructure, employee performance appraisal, and evaluation.

Abstract

Islam has its own way to run the economy. The Qur'an and Hadith as the ultimate reference for carrying it all, while the pre-classic is merely rationalizing rationality as the development of his scholarship. In this study the author will explore about how the economic system in the Pre-Classical and the Prophet's time. Surely there will be many differences and similarities between the two about the concept of economy. The concept brought by each era has its own development both way, thought and system. The purpose of this paper is to know how the thinking of the classical era economy and the time of the Prophet. The last Islamic economy certainly did not adopt the ideas of its predecessors, but the complement and perfection of the preceding teachings made it more perfect.

Abstract

Working capital is one of the most important elements in the company. Because without working capital the company can not meet the required funds to run its activities. The period of working capital turnover has since been reduced to the elements of working capital to become cash again, is less than a year or short term. The period of working capital turnover shows the level of efficiency of the use of working capital. The faster the working capital turnover the more efficient the use of working capital, and of course. Therefore, financial managers are guided to pay attention to the source of funds to fulfill the working capital. Understanding of capital in the concept of Islamic economy means all the treasures in the view syar'i, where human activities participate in business production with the aim of development. The term capital should not be limited to RIBA assets alone, and it includes all types of assets accumulated during the process of company activity and development control in other periods. Capital is called capital which means the goods produced by nature or man-made, which is necessary not to meet directly the human desire to help produce other goods that will be able to meet human needs directly and generate profits. Abstract

As a financial institution with no operational execution system using the interest (riba), speculation (maisir), and the uncertainty or vagueness (gharar). Banks also that upholds the Islamic system. Ways and benefit-sharing system of Islamic banking products obtained from banks or mudharib should be shared by both parties in accordance with the beginning of the contract aggreement. Legal sources used for distribution clappers is a hadith that stated by a National Sharia Council. Not all the hadith can be used as a basis for making law. This study aimed to describe the quality of the hadith about the fatwa of the principle of distribution of National Sharia Council. The method used is Takhrij al Hadith, which revealed traditions in the original books with full sanad and explain the level of quality tradition. This study concluded that the tradition of the principle of distribution is the hadith dhoif.

Abstract

The phenomenon of cooperatives in Indonesia Per quarter I-2017, based on data Kemenkop SMEs, the number of cooperatives throughout Indonesia recorded 212 thousand units, but the active only 150 thousand units. This research method using qualitative approach, using literature review. The literature review is to analyze the relationship pattern and typology form. Where the pattern of relationship and form is divided into 3 typologies. First, the potential of Indonesias demographic structure. Secondly, the typology of the life cycle period of Indonesian cooperative products. Third, the typology of Indonesian cooperative business. The life cycle of Indonesian cooperative organization product management is based on the demographic characteristics of generations X, Y, and Z in Indonesia, as well as the period after Act No. 25 of 1992 on Cooperatives and Law No. 17 of 2012. And Draft of Cooperative Law. The subject of this research is Indonesian cooperative that exist until December 2017. The object of research is product life cycle management. Data collection is derived from other secondary sources (web sites, books, laws, other documents) as per this studys study. The results of product life cycle management research on Indonesian cooperative organization are: The potential of Indonesias demographic structure consists of 3 generations, namely generation X (boomer generation), generation Y (millennial generation) and generation Z. Product life cycle management, can be classified five, namely: traditional, pre modern, modern, digital, on-line. 9 concepts of typology of business, namely: Cooperative Business Sector Agriculture, Livestock and Agribusiness (Agriculture Farm); Cooperative Business Sector of Mining (Mining); Cooperative in the Business of Handicrafts and Manufacturing (Manufacturing); Cooperative of Building and Construction Business Sector (Construction); Cooperative Business Sector Marketing and Trade (Trade); Financial and Insurance Service Business Cooperation (Finacial Assurance Service); Cooperative Field of Personal Services; Cooperative Field of Technology, Information and Public Services (Public Sevice); Cooperative Field Tourism services (Tourism).

Abstract

In its application, unit link sharia insurance practices in Indonesia have referred to the DSN MUI fatwa and are accompanied by a sharia supervisory board (DPS) that has been appointed for each company, as well as under the supervision of the financial services authority (OJK) so that it is expected in accordance with applicable provisions in Indonesia. And can encourage the growth of unit link Islamic insurance services that are getting stronger and become a milestone in Indonesia.
