Abstract

In contemporary times, various Islamic economic ideas emerged like Abu Ala Al-Maududi, Baqir Ash-Sadr, and Adiwarman Azwar Karim. The emergence of Thought and School of Modern Islamic Economics. In the modernist era, Islamic economics began to be knit back to be raised as a concept of theoretical and applicative science. The division of the school of thought of Islamic Economics appears in three schools. The School of Baqir As Sadr, the Mainstrem and the Alternative Madzah, the background of the division of these three schools is the disagreement on the concept of what and how the Islamic economy. However, it is not yet certain that the application of Islamic economic concepts and theories in todays society is sufficiently shaded by the three schools. Efforts to re-emergence of Islamic economics amid the world community with the conceptual offer of science and economic system that seemed to only begin to be pursued massively since the modernist century, especially as has happened in Indonesia, Islamic economics has been massive since the emergence of sharia banking activities in Indonesia pioneered by Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

Pemasaran Batik Madura, di kelompok pengrajin batik Madura Dusun Arsojih, Desa Pagendingan, Kecamatan Galis, Kabupaten Pamekasan, selalu menjadi permasalahan utama. Padahal, secara motiv dan kualitas, batik Madura di Desa tersebut, sama-sama memiliki kelebihan.  Konsep pemasaran yang dijalankan saat ini oleh pengrajin batik tersebut, ialah konsep pemasaran konvensional Proses penjualanya dilakukan di Pasar Tradisional. sementara proses promosi penjualan batik, dilakukan melalui mulut ke mulut. Baik antar pengrajin batik, pembeli batik, atupun warga disekitar pengrajin batik Madura. Sehingga, tingkat penjualan batik Madura, sangat terbatas. Dari permasalahan itu, peneliti ingin mengubah pola pemasaran Batik Madura, yang awalnya dilakukan secara konvensional, menjadi pemasaran digital. dengan memamfaatkan pemasaran melalui layanan internet. Baik dalam bentuk pembuatan blogger, webset. Serta promosi melalui media social Facebok, What Shapp, Blak Bery Mesegger, Twiter, Istagram dan Promosi Line.Adapun Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, promosi melalui pemasaran digital tersebut, sangat membantu kelompok pengrajin batik Madura Dusun Arsojih, Desa Pagendingan, Kecamatan Galis, Kabupaten Pamekasan, dalam meningkatkan tingkat penjualan batik Madura, serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Jika semula, hanya mampu menjangkau pasar lokal Madura, melalui jaringan pemasaran digital, ditargetkan mampu menjangkau pemasaran regional, nasional hingga internasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the applied Islamic business ethics and its impact on the welfare of cattle traders in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with field research type (field research). The results of this study found that the study of Islamic business ethics applied by cattle traders in Masbagik Subdistrict has not fully applied the principles of Islamic business ethics, While from the study of the impact of Islamic business ethics on welfare, not all cattle traders in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok regency Get Islamic prosperity because it has not fulfilled the needs of dharuriyat (prayer and haj). Much more has gotten a good life. Because it can meet the needs of dharuriyat. They have said to be happy, for being grateful for the well-being they received.

Abstract

The natural stones producer’s behavior in production process of UD Renta Jaya causes air and sound pollutions. It is as effect of cutting stones process and truck activities which bringing stones. About the waste, they have initiative to sell it to the colleague. Another cases, they are careless to the employees safety working, examples: employees didn’t use body protector, masker, gloves, etc. On the other hand, based on Islamic production perspective, UD Renta Jaya complies Islamic law purposes (maqasid al-syariah). They use halal material and didn’t contravene with Islamic law. The competition between competitors is faced naturally. They also keep the wise of production and the harmonious of social society by managing the waste, although it is done simply and don’t comply production standard.

Abstract

Abstrak A prominent phenomenon in the world of modern economics is the smaller number of people directly involved with the productive sector and the growing service sector. Because of that salaries, wages, intensive and bonuses are important variables in modern human income whose cumulative values often far exceed the number of commodities listed in the hadith texts, such as agricultural products. The potential of zakat in Indonesia is very large, in 2006 The Frod Foundation estimated that zakat, infaq, and shadaqah funds reached around 19.3 trillion. Unfortunately, this potential has not been utilized optimally so that efforts to empower the community through zakat have not been implemented adequately. What is encouraging at this time is that there have been many zakat management institutions that have sprung up and coupled with public awareness in carrying out zakat also increased. Abstract

Abstract There is a lot of literature that tries to look at zakat from various sides, such as from legal aspects (fiqh), management, potential and its role in poverty alleviation. This proves that zakat has a significant place in the realm of Islamic sciences and other sciences. The obligation of zakat in Islam has a very deep meaning. In addition to dealing with aspects of Godliness, as well as economics and social Two dimensions possessed by zakat or identites that will provide a very good impact on society, both as an effort to worship Him and as an effort to care for social with fellow human beings . However, zakat is not limited to that. Optimizing the distribution of zakat funds in a professional manner will have a better impact in efforts to distribute wealth or income to the community. Optimizing the distribution of zakat funds is still very limited to date, due to the limitations of professional institutions and human resources in the field of zakat. Indeed, in the concept of productive zakat distribution we find various types of distribution, but not all of them apply the distribution of productive zakat by using the concept of sharia distribution. Thus, it is expected that with the conception of productive distribution of sharia zakat funds it will not only provide welfare for muzaki but can also implement the concept of productive distribution in accordance with sharia guidance which is far from the magrib element.   Keywords: Reflection, Sharia Distribution, Optimization of Zakat.

Abstract

Abstract:Buying and selling is one of the most important areas of business, and Islamic law has confirmed that is permissible under certain conditions. Therefore, the researcher explained the nature of the contract and its legitimacy and types, so that the research is clear in theory when dealing with the practical application of Islamic banking. This research is based on a deductive reasoning method. It began by compiling the original references from the general and particular books of Islamic jurisprudence and the efforts of the four schools approved. As a result of this research, the current sales are the legitimate ones, they are different from the general sale picture, including: 1) bargaining sales, 2) sales of the trust, and 3) the exchange contract. And the contemporary sale that are forbidden by sharia, it’s the sale that is forbidden by the Sharia for a defect in its pillars or a lack of its conditions. The most important things are: 1) sales are forbidden by Sharia because of gharar and ignorance, 2) sales are forbidden because of the sanctity of the eye of sale, 3) sales are forbidden because it distracts from acts of worship. Abstract

AbstractThe role of unit link sharia insurance companies in the development of digital economics in Indonesia can be described as follows: in providing information related to company profiles, products and also several other provisions, it can be easily accessed using the internet on their respective websites. in Indonesia under the supervision of the FSA both through mobile and laptop media. For information regarding the customer policy, it is also provided convenience with the application on the smartphone about the policies owned by the customer provided by the company. Abstract

Having a background as a fuqaha scholar with a stream of ar-ra'yu experts, Abu Yusuf is more inclined to his economic thinking by using a qiyas analysis tool which he preceded by conducting an in-depth study of the Koran, the hadith, atsar sahabi, and the practices of the rulers godly person. Therefore, the ideas and ideas of Abu Yusuf felt more accessible and easily accepted. Apart from the various principles of taxation and state accountability for the welfare of the people, Abu Yusuf gave several suggestions on ways to obtain shopping resources for long-term development, such as building bridges and dams and digging large and small channels. This is the main strength of Abu Yusuf's thinking in public financial matters. With his high level of observation and analytical reason, he seeks to decipher financial problems and shows some policies that must be adopted for economic growth and people's welfare.

Abstract

The development of Sharia economics in Indonesia is also not separated from several driving factors. Simply put, the factors are grouped into external and internal factors. External factors are the cause that comes from abroad, the development of Sharia economics in other countries. This realization then ' Mewabah ' to other countries and finally reached Indonesia. While the internal factor is the fact that Indonesia is destined to be the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This fact raises awareness in some of the scholars and economic practitioners about the need for an economy that complies with Islamic values run by Muslim communities in Indonesia.
