The data was collected from August 02 until August 05, 2017 assisted by enumerator with data processing using chi square test and 95% CI. The result of this research is the correlation of knowledge with measles immunization (p value = 0.127), attitude relation with measles immunization (p value = 0.001), health officer support relationship with measles immunization (p value = 0.001). The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between knowledge with measles immunization, there is a correlation between attitude and support of health officer with measles immunization. It is expected that health workers provide re-counseling on the importance of measles immunization and provide support to mothers to be motivated to immunize against measles on time. Keywords: Measles Immunization, Knowledge, attitude and support of health officer

Some female children are carried out the circumcision when they were still babies, on 7 – 10 years old, and other communities also carry out after delivering the first baby.In the circumcision practice to the female babies in Indonesia, the doctor or midwife generally only take off the praeputiummembrane. It is the membrane that wraps or covers the clitoris. Circumcision Practice of the female has become the tradition of the particular communities. The main purpose is to control the sexual libido of the women.  There is an assumption that the dirt on the clitoris can cause the women sexual libido become uncontrollable, whereas the circumcision practice is harmful to physical health and sexualpsychic of the women.                       Keywords: Culture, Circumcision of female children

The results showed the quality of hospital management service statistically consisted of physical evidence dimension (Tangibles) with p value = 0,001, reliability (Reability) with value of p <0,001, Responsiveness with value p <0,001, Assurance with value p <0.001 and attention (empathy) with p value <0.001, have a significant effect on doctors’ satisfaction. Physical evidence dimension (Tangibles) has the greatest effect on the satisfaction with the value of the coefficient (B) 0,552. The result of this research is the quality of hospital management service consists of physical evidence dimension (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and attention (empathy) affect doctors’ satisfaction in JKN era at Dumai City Public Hospital (RSUD). Diarrhea is the number one cause of the death on U5 children among other 10 diseases in Indonesia. The bad sanitation is the most significant factor that causes the occurrences of diarrhea, Therefore, the interaction among diseases, human and other environment factors that led to the diarrhea occurrences should be properly addressed in the diarrhea prevention programs. The environment factors, like water, foods, flies and insects, Enterobacter, intestinal paracites, viruses, fungus and sal chemicals have also considerable roles to that. The data is collected through questionnaires that are distributed to Manyak Payed Public Health Services, from 28 May to 6 June 2014. The result shows that of 27 respondents who live in an unhealthy environment, 77.8% of them have  suffered from diarrhea with p value of 0.001 (p<0.05). While, 71% of 31 respondents with lower economic status also  experienced diarrhea with p value of 0.007 (p<0.05) and 73.9% of 23 respondents with limited knowledge on diarrhea have also  experienced diarrhea with p value of 0.029 (p<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between environment, economic status and parents’ knowledge and the diarrhea occurrences on U5 children. Keywords: Environment, Economic status, Knowledge, Diarrhea occurrences

Abstract

About 40%of heart disease patients do not realize they have coronary heart disease (CHD). Based on the lifestyle of people in Aceh, there are several factors that can increase the CHD risk, such as smoking, coffee, fatty foods, stress, and lack of physical activity. Such a lifestyle has the potential to increase the risk of CHD, as evidenced statistical papers reportinghigh levels of CHD cases in Aceh. This study was aiamed toreview the patients lifestyle with coronary heart disease at Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This research is quantitative, with a case-control design. In April 2017, 206 cases of CHD and 206 non-PJK cases were analyzed, using patients medical record and a lifestyle questionnaire, in Zainoel Abidin Hospital. The result of bivariate analysis through a chi-square test showed that lifestyle factors related to CHD included diet, physical activity, smoking, coffee, and stress control (p <0,05). The results of the multivariate analysis with logistic regression showed that smoking is a lifestyle that remains a consistent as a risk factor for CHD. In addition, after interacting with other risk factors, stress control and coffee drinking habits become a protective factor of CHD. Smokers are twice risky to have CHD than nonsmokers. The influence of lifestyle on CHD is also determined by age and income factors. The research implications of this study offer various parties the opportunity to pursue an active involvement in preventive efforts against CHD.Keywords: Determinant, lifestyle, coronary heart disease, Zainoel Abidin Hospital
