Abstract

Supervisors always improve their competence through either self-taught or continue studies S-2 or S-3 to be more professional in carrying out their duties as superintendent of education, namely from control to help teacher or school’s Headmaster. Supervisors in terms of supervision of the teachers need to understand the teachers prototype so that it can carry out supervision with the approach of the directive, non-directive and collaborative.Supervisors must have a strong personality in performing their duties so that teachers and principals respect him.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an as the main source of ethical decision in Islam providessome models of teaching, especially for children. This paper focused on educational concepts in Islam based on story of Luqman al-Hakim. According to him, Islamic educational concepts consist of Islamic monotheism, worship, amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar, and akhlakul karimah.

Abstract

A supervisor must be competent research and development to improve the quality of education in schools or madrassa. Supervisors should also be able to assist teachers in preparing classroom action research, in addition he himself should also do research oversight. Supervisors are conducting research and development in order to fulfill their duties is a professional watchdog. The role of supervisors in implementing research and development in addition to conducting research for itself seeks a teacher in conducting action research.

Abstract

The characteristics of the Prophet Yusuf leadership among other things: 1) A leader of professional, honest and provide exemplary; 2) Have the ability and high intelligence and wisdom; 3) The leader of a fair; 4) Thorough leader and mandate; 5) Leaders are consistent; 6) Ability to work hard to create a climate of tolerance; 7) Be confident (optimistic). The concept of leadership is understandable based on the story of Prophet Yusuf, a proactive leader, and have a clear objective of improving the welfare of its people. Yusuf is a multi social leader, knows no ethnic differences, so keep nurturing it all.Keywords: Educational, Leadership of The Prophet Yusuf.

Abstract

The model of organization plays significant role in controlling the quality of Islamic higher education. In this matter, the model becomes the core of the managerial works to develop the theory of management. An ideal organization is the one which has clear job description, hierarchy of autonomy, and career development. Too formal organization cannot be organized well. Therefore, for higher Islamic education, the most suitable model is organic unbiropatology.

Abstract

In some schools, teachers do not apply suitable teaching media. Therefore, every time they teach the media and methods used remain the same without regarding the topics and materials. According to the Law of National Education System 2003 education is conscious effort to develop learners’ potential to make them religious, intelligent, and have good attitude and skill needed to develop self, society, and nation. This implies that to achieve the goal as mandated by the Law, the teachers implement good teaching method, materials, and media.

In the globalization era, traditionalist moslems in Indonesia are fighting against the problems of modernism and loss of self-identity in addition to economy problem. Abstract

Effort to develop plural-multicultural Islamic educations of great necessity to further expand and streamline the implementation of Islamic education that accommodates all forms of diversity and difference in the dynamic of life. Islamic educations essentially a multicultural education that put multiculturalisms one of the educational vision whose main characters are inclusive, egalitarian and humanist, but remained firm on spiritual values​​ and divinity based on al-Quran and as-Sunnah. Plural-multicultural Islamic education principle has clear basis, both in terms of prescriptive and empirical basis. Its principles has prominent characteristic, namely humanitarian and receive diversity. In addition, it has a great opportunity to continue to grow as it has a clear basis and is in accordance with the needs of todays society.

Abstract

Knowledge, understanding, and the truth of action is important and necessary to be taught and planted from early age. The learners (students) as the subject of learning process are hoped to have constitution concept and able to develop the life pattern culturally. The teacher as the front liner or the lance-point of learning process has a very strategic contribution to develop it. Therefore, the approach used in learning process done by the teacher should combine among knowledge, understanding, and the truth of action. In accordance with those statements above, the model of learning process should reveal any parts of constitution from each subject; describe the facts about constitution problem from every relevant basic competence; study the basic concept of today constitution; and build a certain action/manner of constitution awareness individually or in group. The model of learning process certainly can build the awareness of constitution by applying study of constructive analysis. Generally, the purpose of this writing is to encourage the constitution awareness related to the application of constructive analysis. Moreover, specifically the purpose of this writing is to build the knowledge of constitution, increase the constitution understanding, analyze the truth of constitution action, and encourage the constitution awareness by studying constructive analysis.
