Abstract

Tutoring is a process of providing learning assistance to students from elementary school to high school. One of the tutoring institutions in Jember Regency is Griya Belajar Pintar Arrava. Arrava always tries to provide the best services and facilities for its students by providing quality teachers. Qualified teachers can be obtained through a good teacher selection process. However, Arrava's leader, who also serves as a decision maker, always has difficulty in choosing new teachers. Efforts that can be made to overcome these difficulties are by building a decision support system for teacher selection. The decision support system for teacher selection can assist Arrava leaders in selecting qualified teachers by providing applicant recommendations based on the results of system calculations. One method that can be used in the selection of teachers is the Promethee method. Promethee is a method that is able to solve problems in determining the order (priority). Basically the Promethee method compares the scores between alternatives (applicants) based on each criterion, resulting in a more accurate decision. The results of this study indicate that the applicant who is ranked first is Nur Khotimah with a value of 0.362014, the second is Hendra Setiawan with a value of 0.245347, the third is Miftahul Arifin with a value of 0.000833, the fourth is Novi Ekasari with a value of -0.3025, and the fifth is Nurul Azizah with a value of -0.30569.

Abstract

Digital Forensics is one of the technological fields contained many sub-fields that can assist technically in collecting digital evidence to be presented in a trial in accordance with applicable law. The example of digital forensics sub-field is Image Forensics, which aims to digitally collect and look for evidentiary facts in determining the authenticity of an image or document that contained images. Various criminal and pornographic cases involving image files are still happening nowadays, therefore forensics on images as evidence is an important key to assist the court in making decisions. This research examines the authenticity of documents in the form of digital letters using National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) method by applying the forensic ELA (Error Level Analysis). Several previous researches have proven that the forensic ELA is able to detect modifications that have been made to images. Differences with previous researches and this research are the authors also checked the metadata of the images before performing the ELA examination using Fotoforensics. The results of the analysis shows a high level of consistency in the images and writings due to the accumulation of white dots in several places such as in headers, logos, header’s writings, text contents, footnotes, and signatures.

Abstract

Food security is a condition of food proclamation based on the availability of sufficient food to be able to live a healthy, active and productive life in a sustainable manner. Based on data from the Global Food Security Index (GFSI), Indonesia is ranked 69th with a level of food availability with a value of 63.7% and a level of ability or food needs of 74.9%. Jember Regency as one of the regencies in East Java Province based on TP2AK food security data in 2020 is in good condition (very resistant). However, in the same year Jember Regency experienced natural disasters with a total of 92 incidents The World Food Program in 2009 explained that one of the indicators of food security is vulnerability to food insecurity which is influenced by natural disasters. Based on the disaster conditions experienced by Jember Regency, the research carried out is to group food security areas in the Jember Regency area based on transient indicators using the KMeans method. The results of the analysis of the optimal SSE cluster formed in K4 (4 clusters) with an SSE value of 24,809. Each of the 4 clusters formed has a food security category of very resistant, resistant, moderately resistant, and somewhat vulnerable.

Abstract

A Barbershop service provider is a company that provides hair care to the community. Many people are currently doing business in this field, and many business actors are opening Barbershops in a variety of locations, ranging from campuses to office districts to densely populated towns. In Lhokseumawe City, there are 12 Barbershops. The application's benefit is that it can identify the shortest path from the user's location to the selected Barbershop, as well as the Barbershop's location and a brief description of the Barbershops in Lhokseumawe City. Only the system's defined nodes can be used to find the fastest route to the Barbershop. Dijkstra's method was chosen because it works against all current alternative functions and provides the shortest path from all nodes, ensuring that the shortest path is produced optimally. Because the Bellman-Ford algorithm is a variant of the BFS (best-first-search) algorithm, which is also employed in the search for the closest distance when the search for the closest distance has a negative weight, it was chosen. The same results were obtained in picking the route based on the results of the route selection test. However, when the two techniques are compared in terms of program execution time, Dijkstra's algorithm is faster than the Bellman-Ford algorithm.

Abstract

A development project of quality assurance is always planned to achieve a successful and satisfactory final project result. Many factors affect a quality assurance project's ability to achieve a successful final project result, called the Critical Success Factors. Conducting critical success factor analysis requires the company appropriate for the research, PT. SVM was selected as the subject of research. This research analyzes the Critical Success Factors (CSF) at PT. SVM in handling university quality assurance development projects in various cities in Indonesia. The research stages are the initial interview, literature review, data analysis and verification, and determining the result. The results of the CSF analysis in the literature matched with the verification results of CSF-related interviews. Based on 25 CSFs analyzed from the literature review, 23 CSFs were used in PT. SVM and 2 CSFs were not obtained from the verification process at PT. SVM.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a deadly virus that spreads very quickly through droplets. A person infected with the Covid-19 virus usually experiences symptoms of a fever whose body temperature exceeds 37.5°C. One way to find out a person's body temperature can be done by screening. The filtering method usually uses a tool called a thermogun. To operate a special officer's thermogun, but there is a possibility for the officer to spread or be infected with the Covid-19 virus. To overcome this problem, in this study a tool in the form of an automatic doorstop that can check the temperature was made. This tool is also equipped with an information system. The information system in question is a website, this website is useful for recording everyone who enters. The input of this information system is temperature and image. The information system can be monitored directly by officers online. The appearance of this website is in the form of the date the visitor entered the place, the temperature of the visitor, and the visitor's image. Testing is done by sending the temperature value obtained by the temperature sensor to the database and displayed on the website. The temperature delivery success rate is 100% from 10 times of testing. While the ESP32 Camera used can send images to the database and display on the website with a success rate of 80% from 10 times of testing.

Abstract

Information systems are now an important part of a government agency. One of the government agencies that have used the information system is Arjasa Village. Arjasa Village has implemented a village service information system website that contains news, history, galleries, and certificate services. The village admin or operator in managing the village information system has several problems. The certificate service feature here is still less flexible in adding or making a certificate because it cannot move paragraphs, sentences, entries in the event of an error in position, and cannot change the certificate that has been printed by residents if there is an error in data entry. The historical feature is requested to be replaced with the village government information feature because it can be filled with village history, vision and mission, village profiles, institutions, and others related to village government. Then the village government wants the transparency feature of village funds or APBDes and features of population management. Therefore, the development of the Arjasa village information system is very necessary. In developing this system, the researcher uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, because RAD is a method used in system development to overcome a condition where the development process uses a short and fast development cycle because the process is divided into several components. that can be reused, so that the developed system can find out the results without waiting a long time. RAD is also very suitable for small scale system development as in this case.

Abstract

SIP Dispendukcapil Jember is a mobile application released in 2019 by the Jember Regency Government to make it easier for the public to manage and register civil. This study uses the UEQ method which has 6 parameters with 26 items, the UEQ parameters include Attractive, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Noveltyn with the result being a recommendation for feature improvements to be improved again. This research started from data collection, literature study, respondent determination, instrument preparation, data collection strategy development, UEQ questionnaire distribution, evaluation data analysis using the UEQ method, compiling recommendations for improvement and the result is an Attractive value of 1.26 which is above the average criteria, Perspicuity 1.35 above the average criteria, Efficiency 0.97 below the average criteria, Dependability 0.89 included in the criteria. below the average criteria, 1.11 Stimulation is included in the below average criteria. the above average criteria, Novelty 1.19 is a good criterion.

Abstract

National Sports Week (Pekan Olahraga Nasional) held in October 2021 in Papua has brought many pros and cons from the public. This topic allows public for give criticism, suggestions, and opinions about the National Sport Week 2021. Instagram in one of social media that popular place for deliver public opinion. The process of sentiment analysis can find and solve problems based on public opinion on social media such as Instagram. The classification method used in this research is Naïve Bayes Classifier. The dataset can be obtained from data crawling process using the google chrome extension: IGCommentExport. The data the labelled as positive, neutral, or negative. The labelling process result showed 965 negative data, 256 neutral data, and 770 positive data. Then pre-processing is carried out on the data that has been labeled before, also word weighting process using TF-IDF. After that modelling is carried out using Naïve Bayes Classifier and the last process is evaluation-testing. The high accuracy of the result from fourth experiment which compare 90% data training with 10% data testing produce 75% accuracy. While the result of sentiment test show that negative sentiment more than positive sentiment and neutral sentiment.

Abstract

Retribution information system is very important and indispensable in a terminal. At the Sabilambo Kolaka Terminal, especially in recapitulating retribution income data, they still use recording in the ledger, this makes it difficult for terminal officers to make a report so that the process for reporting terminal retribution income data to the Transportation Office in its implementation is still not optimal and over time there are losses and losses. data collection in the form of sheets of paper. Based on these problems, the researchers conducted a study with the title "Case Study Terminal Retribution Information System: Sabilambo Terminal". The information system is made using HTML, CSS, Javascript and the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database and data management process. The results of this study can be concluded that the system created works well and meets the requirements of the Sabilambo terminal. This can be seen from the survey results obtained from the questionnaire (93.53), indicating a value. A (very good).
