Abstract

In determining the interest of potential customers on Facebook, so far there are no tools and basic benchmarks as indicators that can be used as a reference for them to determine the target of online advertising. There is also no tool found in the form of software in the form of a decision support system that can help business people to process data and make decisions. The purpose of this study was to create a decision support system software for determining Facebook ads using the SAW method, with 6 criteria, namely the preferred page, likes, comments, shared, redeemed ads, ads clicked. The results of calculations using the system as well as those that have been manually calculated indicate that recreation is the best interest because it is based on a value of 14.60, with a percentage of suitability of 100%. So that the designed system can be used as a decision-making tool.

Abstract

The application of IT at the University 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya has not received special attention because the role of information technology is only seen as a business supporter and not a major business. These conditions cause several problems related to the management of information technology at the University 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, namely: (1) the application of information technology governance is not optimal, (2) the function of information technology does not yet have a clear strategic and objective direction, (3) The role and employee responsibilities within the Information Systems Department are clearly defined. The purpose of this study is to create an information technology strategy map by applying the cascading balance scorecard process. In achieving the research objectives, ten cascading balance scorecard stages will be carried out, namely analyzing division objectives, identifying the relevance of divisions, identifying customer divisions, identifying division activities, tabulating outputs, identifying customer outcomes, lowering corporate strategy targets to the Division, compiling a strategy map, and determining KPI as well as strategic initiatives. The results of this study are IT strategy maps that show an increase in information technology user satisfaction that will lead to improved performance in conducting academic / non-academic operational activities. In support of increasing IT user satisfaction, IT mastery strategies are needed by all university human resources and enhancing relationships with IT vendors. Whereas in supporting the improvement of the performance of academic / non-academic operational activities, information systems and optimization of IT asset management need to be supported

Abstract

Orange is a flowering plant surnamed Citrus from Rutaceae tribe. Oranges are one of the most important fruit plants that are given top priority to be developed nationally. Jember regency is the centre of producer of Jeruk Siam in East Java which is often known as Jeruk Semboro. A lot of types of pests or diseases in oranges plants result in the need of an agricultural consultant who is able to diagnose pests or diseases that contribute oranges crops. However, time and cost are the reasons for oranges farmers not to consult experts so there is often a mistake in providing solutions to the plants that have been attacked. To overcome this problem, then built expert system to diagnose the disturbance of citrus plants by applying the method of case-based reasoning where this system can diagnose pest or disease of oranges plant by imitating expert way of work. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is one method that uses artificial intelligence approach (artificial intelligent) which emphasizes problem solving on knowledge from previous cases. It is hoped that by applying the case based reasoning method to the expert system to diagnose the disturbance of citrus in citrus citrus plant is able to help the citrus farmers to diagnose the disturbance of orange either disturbance from pest or disease. This system has been through two testing methods, the first test using a comparison of manual calculations with the system, the second test using recapitulias evaluation results to test the accuracy of the diagnosis. Test results using both methods found that the Expert System to Diagnose Semboro Citrus Disorder has a validity and decision-making with a percentage of 80%.

Abstract

Bahasa isyarat adalah bahasa yang dibentuk dengan kombinasi gerakan jari, tangan, tubuh serta ekspresi wajah yang digunakan oleh para penyandang disabilitas seperti tunarungu dan tunawicara. Salah satu pengenalan bahasa isyarat tersebut adalah pengenalan dengan menggunakan teknologi sensor Leap Motion Controller (LMC). Akan tetapi pada penerapannya, sensor LMC tidak selalu dapat mengenali semua jari dengan baik. Hal ini dikarenakan pembentukan dari bahasa isyarat yang saling bersentuhan antar jari, jari yang dilipat, tersembunyi ataupun terhalang oleh jari lainnya. Sehingga pada penelitian ini diusulkan penggunaan dual sensor LMC yang bertujuan untuk mencegah dan meminimalisir adanya kesalahan dalam mengenal bahasa isyarat dari jari yang dibentuk. Tahapan proses yang dilakukan adalah mendesain tata letak sensor LMC dan mengkombinasikan data fitur dari masing-masing sensor LMC baik yang bersifat statis dan dinamis yang kemudian diklasifikasikan menggunakan metode L-GCNN. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, penggunaan dual sensor LMC ini dapat mengenal isyarat SIBI yang diberikan. Skema yang terbaik adalah dengan mengacu pada tata letak multi sensor yang saling berhadapan membentuk sudut 120 derajat dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 86,42%, dengan rata-rata akurasi dari keseluruhan skenario sebesar 84,36%. Adanya desain tata letak sensor LMC dan kombinasi penggabungan data fitur masing-masing sensor dapat meningkatkan akurasi pengenalan dengan rata-rata peningkatan mencapai 5,35%.

Abstract

This research discussed the usefulness of the promethee method to solve one of the problems that commonly occur in UD Motto Racing Surabaya. Problems at UD. Motto Racing Surabaya which is still using a manual system in determining the priority of procurement. One alternative solution to this problem is to build a system that can directly produce recommendations to determine the priority of procurement. So that it can minimize errors in the re-stock of goods that result in consumers disappointed. With the existence of this sales information system and priority of procurement of web-based, can help leaders in making decisions for the procurement of goods because comfort and customer satisfaction are the main keys to the company. The results obtained are the priority recommendations for the procurement of goods to be more accurate than without using the system, as evidenced from the results of accuracy testing in the number of April percentages of 66.67%, May percentages of 83.33%, June percentages of 50% and July percentages of 83.33%.

Abstract

This study aims to classify aging of loan data using the decision tree method based on plafond, outstanding principal, and the amount of loan. The subjects in this study were the debtor of ULaMM (Unit Layanan Modal Mikro), unit of Kolaka, PT. PNM (Persero) Kendari Branch. The number of samples used is 100 data debtors. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that the classification analysis using the Decision Tree has an accuracy rate of 95.00%, while the classification analysis using the Gradient Boosted Tree has an accuracy level of 90.00%. From the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that for the data in this study, the classification method using the Decision Tree is better than the Gradient Boosted Tree method.

Abstract

The development of telecommunications technology is very rapid along with the times that have reached the era of "technology in the grip". The use and utilization of information technology in this grip is needed by LCC UKM or LP3I Computer Club Student Activity Unit, where this UKM regularly holds training activities or seminars both for participants from internal campus and outside campus. But apparently the data management of participants who attended the activity was still manual, namely still using paper to record attendance of participants so there was no database of participants which caused the committee to find it difficult to contact participants who had already participated in UKM LCC activities if there were new activities. The main objective of the research is to produce an application based on Android activities to facilitate the committee in creating a participant database. The making of this application uses the scrum method so that it can make priorities in building this application as needed. The results of this study, the LCC UKM committee no longer needs to use paper for recording attendance and the participant database can be stored directly on the server.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the application of the Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the decision-making process of choosing tourist destinations in East Java. This research is motivated by the problems faced by the Jakarta Backpacker Community who often have difficulty in making choices about tourist destinations to be visited in East Java. The criteria used in this study are cost, destination, meeting point, trip length and facilities obtained. The results of this study indicate that The TOPSIS method and the SAW Method can be used for the decision-making process in the selection of tourist destinations in East Java, with the results of Explore Baluran and Menjangan being the most recommended choices as the primary choice. Besides, it is also known that there is a match between the TOPSIS and SAW methods, with the calculation results using the TOPSIS method that is 0.64 and the calculation using the SAW method is 0.86 as the highest calculated value. So as such, these two methods can be stated equally well used in the process of determining tourist destinations in East Java. However, this applies only to the highest value, because for the order of two and so on, the results of calculations on these two methods show differences in rank.

Abstract

During this time the management process of managing Kuliah Kerja Nyata at IAIN Salatiga still uses the conventional way by involving documents manually so it takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to build applications that are useful for handling the process of managing Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) at IAIN Salatiga starting from registering data management, KKN supervisor lecturer management, to reporting the results of KKN. The application development method used in this study is the prototype method and in testing its application using the BlackBox testing method. From the results of the Blackbox, The Testing test shows that the application of a Kuliah Kerja Nyata on the Salatiga IAIN as a whole the functionality can run well.
