The development of the world of technology is currently growing very fast over time. This development is expected to be useful for humans in their survival. Currently in vocational schools are often encountered various kinds of problems. To solve the problem done unilaterally by the leadership or any particular party. The problem in SMK Negeri in Malang city is very much and the decision is more likely to be taken by the principal and is unilateral. DSS is a decision support system that can be an application or others by utilizing technological developments. Kinds of SPK there are several methods that are often used are AHP, SAW, TOPSIS, Fuzzy, etc .. The use of SPK for problem solving in SMK is required appropriate support criteria for the results to be valid. This writing produces what criteria are needed in Decision Support System to overcome various problems that often occur in SMK.

Manic Depression Disorder is often a trigger for people to do things beyond their normal behavior, can even lead to extreme behavior. There are several scales that can be used to indicate the extent of this disturbance. The most commonly used scales are the Depression Trend (BDI), the Anxiety Scale (TMAS), and the Suicidal Tendency Scale (SIBD). In this research will be built case-based system to determine the level of disturbance Manic Depression by using scale BDI, SIBD and TMAS. The subjects used were the inmates of Class IIA Jember by using a rule-based expert system. The rules are derived from literature studies and input from experts. To increase flexibility, the system is designed web-based. Expert systems are offered as second choice after specialist medical personnel. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for prisons and related parties to develop problem-based intervention programs, especially those related to prevention and curative programs in addressing these psychological problems

Indonesian Muslim universities utilize WiFi networks as a facility to support the implementation of student and academic lecture activities within the scope of Indonesian Muslim universities. However, with the number of Indonesian Muslim University students around 17,000 people, internet access to the internet network has become slow. In addition, there are several faculties on several floors that do not get wifi signals or get weak signals so students cannot enjoy the internet network. Because it is necessary to measure the signal quality on wireless devices (AP) in each faculty in the scope of UMI with action research methods and analyze the signal quality so that it is known what factors can cause the wifi signal to sometimes be weak or not even get a signal at all

Poverty is a complex problem experienced by majority of world’s nations especially in the developing countries such as Indonesia. Poverty countermeasure has become the main country development program as one of the indicators of development success is the decrease of poverty rate. Various programs either in national or regional scale have been made as the government’s attempt to reduce the poverty rate. However, there have been a lot of news reports covering the government’s programs which are less precise and even not on the target. Thus, it is essential to have a method which can be implemented to help the planning process of those poverty alleviation programs. This study aims at explaining the formation of K-means algorithm model for classifying poor households; taking a study case in Banyumas Regency, Central Java. The result of this study was K-means algorithm model which has been adapted to the poverty concept from the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) as well as the factors affecting the household poverty. The information obtained from each cluster formed is household characteristics, estimation of household number, and estimation of population experiencing poverty.

Purnama Jati is one of the home industries in Jember Regency which is specialized in Jember specialities food. One of the excellent products produced by Purnama Jati is “proll tape”. To market its products, Purnama Jati has been working with several outlets that are spread in Jember Regency. The uncertainty of the number of the “proll tape” demands cause the number of product distributions with the product necessity of each outlet is not equal, which make the process of product delivery becomes ineffective. One of the effort to anticipate that condition is by building a forecasting system using the method of Weight Moving Average to help the Purnama Jati to predict the distribution of products toward each outlet. Moreover, this system has been built by generating value for each outlet about 71% -76%, and the MAPE value range's from 24% -29% so the planning and forecasting system on the distribution of products is count as an applicable system category.The methods examination is done by comparing the manual calculations and the system calculations. The results obtained are accurate, so the method of calculation on the application are equal to the manual calculation.

The level of customer satisfaction is a benchmark to get a better benefit. One of the strategies that relates to creation of customer satisfaction is customer relationship management (CRM). Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Ltd. in Mastrip Jember agency is a company that experienced consumers degression after the emergence of competitors that offered better services. Because of that it is necessary to evaluate the service quality, facilities, and rates compatibility that can affect customer satisfaction. Therefore, CRM method is needed to know the level of customer satisfaction. Questionnaire is used as the method to collect the customers’ responses as the data. After that, the data which is the questionnaires that contain the customer’s responses is processed using K-Means clustering method as the grouping algorithm of respondents. K-means is algorithm clustering by grouping the data which has similar criteria by determining the center point of the cluster (centroid). There are 4 Clusters, the first cluster has a role as a very dissatisfied customer, the second cluster is not satisfied customer, the third cluster is satisfied customer and the fourth cluster has a role as a very satisfied customer. The application examination used 100 respondents with 80 respondents are training set and 20 respondents are test set. The result showed the cluster which has the most members is cluster 3, it means that there are so many customers satisfied with the services. The results of the training test set 100% accurate with the test set. Thus, the appropriate centroid coordinate is the one from the cluster in the last training set iteration.

To continue with higher education students should be able to choose the right course of study in order to continue their studies according to their abilities. This study program is intended for later students can finish college according to their interests and abilities. The process of choosing the current study program has the disadvantage that it takes quite a long time and also the results obtained accurately because it can be a lot of mistakes because there is no special application to support the calculation. In addition, the element of subjectivity was quite high because the criteria yan used is still a little and less relevant. To overcome these problems then made a decision support system to assist Academic Lecturers and Student Affairs in determining the selection of study programs.In this research using Fuzzy MultipleAttribute Decesion Making method with Simple Additive (SAW). The criteria used are the final score of mathematics, the final score of Indonesian language, the final grade of English school, the final value of the school of science. Final Physics School Value, Final Value of Chemistry School, Final Value of Art School's End School of Culture, Final Value of Sports School. End of School Economics Value, End of School Sociology Value, End of School History Value. The end result of this research found that decision support system with SAW method able to overcome the problems in the selection process of study program in high collateral.The calculation result using POLTEKES Permata Indonesia Yogyakarta method and using FMADM method with SAw method have 76.92% match and 23.08% unsuitable data from 26 data in selection of study program. From this research is expected to add knowledge for students and lecturers so that the diagnostic process in determining the study program becomes easy it will simplify the decision making to determine the appropriate study program.

Congestion is one type of damage that occurs in the histology of the kidney tissue, where there is excessive blood within the blood vessels of a particular area. In this research, we will design a system to detect congestion in the histology network of the kidneys using texture feature approach with gray level cooccurence matrix (GLCM) method, as well as using vector machine support method (SVM). The subject of data used is histology image of mouse kidney tissue using H & E staining obtained at medical faculty of Islamic university of indonesia. image data used as many as 50 congestion training images and 50 normal training images with the size 256 x 256 pixels. while the test image uses an average size of 3000 x 3000 pixels. the results of the experiments performed with cluster parameters k = 2 to k = 5 show good results, with an average class accuracy rate of 80%, and the accuracy of the segment is 96%.
